Horrible! Noisy, dirty shower. Room smelled like people smoked in it. Floor was sticky. Exit locks to the building are all broken. Door in room was hard to close and looked like it could come off at any moment. Could hear people clearly “not sleeping”. Doors opening and closing all night. Parking lot was not lit well. Main ID sign was broken. The absolute worst hotel night. Not worth the $135 a night! Stay clear.

No elevator, toilet and sink partially clogged. No hot water after one peeson takes a shower. The lock to the outside side door was broken and therefore the door was left open overnight. Smells curiously.

On Hotels.com the parking was good for large vehicles/RV's/bus. We were pulling a small boat and could not park and barely turn around. There was no where to park. The bad part is we were planning on staying at the Hampton Inn. You did not show any options for our parking but as it was, they did have areas to park. I will not trust Hotels.com again when determining if a hotel sight can accommodate our situation.

My room was unlocked when I arrived, I was able to just push the door open. The lock didn't catch well so it was a pain to get the door to close and lock properly. The key lock to the second entrance of the building was broken so it was unsecure and building was open to anyone to walk in and not pass the front desk. There was a sign posted on it that it would be locked at 7pm, it was not. It's a pet friendly hotel and smells like it. My sheets had stains on them. Staff was friendly enough but not going out of their way to help with anything. When checking out I overheard another guest stating that the shower didn't work in his room. I passed on the breakfast because of the looks of it and the very limited selection.

The floor was dirty the bathroom was also dirty the tub was a mess the areas you put your shampoo and other bath supplies were full of some kind of black dust the bottom of the tub was disgusting There was a musty Oder in the room. Staff were friendly didn’t eat the breakfast or use any amenities. I did use the washer and dryer the washer had to be cleaned before I could even use it. The entire washer was full of some kind of black dust. The parking was terrible there is not enough spaces for the amount of rooms. The hotel over all is out dated and needs quite a bit or remolding best option would be to demolish it and rebuild.

My God this place was gross. I knew it was going to be bad when I came in around 9pm on 7/4 and saw the front desk associate just vaping on the couch in the lobby. I couldn't even walk on the carpet in the room because of how nauseatingly filthy it felt. The bathroom absolutely was not cleaned. Toothpaste all over the sink faucet and pubic hair on the toilet seat. There was also some type of oily film smeared all over the door and tables. It was like housekeeping sprayed wood cleaner and didn't bother to wipe it up. Housekeeping is AWFUL here. I do want to make it known that the front desk associate working the morning on 9/5 was lovely. She's a keeper.

Location good. Hotel run down. Bathroom had hair in the sink, pubic hairs on floor, shower had mildew and not clean. Turning on the shower felt like the pipes were going to come right out of the wall. Had to go to front desk to get toilet paper. On a positive note beds were comfortable.

Arrived to friendly staff. However, upon entering the room, noticed urine in the toilet not flushed. The tub was filthy. Kids were too scared to shower in it. Heard the people above us all night long. No one slept well. For the rate of $140 a night, was expecting more. Think the rate for this stay should’ve been $60-$75.

Room 104, bathroom was big turn off. Had couple dead bugs under bathroom sink, dirt and dust in corners of bathroom floor. Bathtub had black stuff in it where looked like something was glued down and removed. Footprints on floor in front of tub...possibly from glue also. So didn't use it the one night we stayed there. Bathtub looked nasty and shouldn't of been in a room to use. Soap dish where soap and facial wipes was laid had dried soap scum on it and water spots. Didn't bother even asking for a different room since we was just staying til next morning and didn't use room until 10:30 that night. Definitely wasn't a clean bathroom. Worse bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel/motel and we travel often. They were having their Christmas get together so we didn't want to spoil their night or I would of talked to them about the room.

The staff were very helpful, the bed was good, we only stayed one night. The bathroom on the other hand was absolutely gross tiles were cracked. The bathtub was filthy…. I’m not blaming house keeping… the dirt has bin there for years.. I took a picture of the bathroom and the pamphlet left in the room describing their high standards.. needless to say didn’t use it.

Bed was fine. Room cleanliness was okay. Bathroom needed maintenance. Water handle had fallen off (needed to press it against valve stem to turn on), shower curtain rod was loose and hung down (as it was curved, the curtain would slide by weight to center and leave gaps at ends), tile was replaced and mismatched for tough finish, and there was a bug in the tub as we entered.

It was ok. Traveling from Myrtle Beach to home. Needed an overnight stay, due to weather conditions. Bathroom needed updated. We had 2 rooms, microwave and refrigerator needed wiped out in both rooms. Counter and desk needed cleaned off, both dirty and sticky. Very noisy, heard dogs barking in middle of night. Plus other random noises. It was an Ok stsy fir one night. Probably will not choose this hotel again.

It was one of the most run down and dated Quality Inn location I have been. It smelled, the carpet was sticky, it was gross. I would never return to this location. The only bright spot was that the linens and towels were clean.

Definitely dated could used some updates. The floor above our room squeaks when people are walking around at all hours of the night. Breakfast was great. Everything worked. Parking is a little tight. Plenty of food options nearby.

When we arrived, there was nobody at the front desk except for several other customers. We rang the bell two or three times, still nobody came to check us in. After about 15-20 minutes, I called the corporate number who gave me the hotel number. I called that number, and as the manager answered, he was just coming downstairs from cleaning the rooms. He was very apologetic and sincere, explaining that the cleaning staff had all quit. We got checked in, went to our room, and things just got worse. It was filthy and dingy! We checked the bed for bedbugs, and although we didn’t really see any evidence of bedbugs, the mattress was gross and disgusting! ( I took pictures as proof) We immediately decided there was no way we were sleeping on that bed! We went back to the desk and told the manager what we had seen with the mattress and that we couldn’t sleep in that room. He understood our concerns, but had no other rooms available. We left and booked at a different hotel that was nearby.

Easy to find off the highway, quick check in, clean linens, comfortable bed and pillows. The room was a bit shabby and the bathroom door didn't open all the way because it dragged on the floor. There was a musty smell probably from old HVAC filter even though we didn't turn it on. Breakfast was pretty useless except the coffee. I mean, donuts would have been more welcome. But we just needed a place to sleep on a long drive and this was fine.

My wife and I stayed at this Quality Inn about a year ago at this same exact time. We remember it being clean, quiet, accessible, with an extremely friendly staff. None of those positives changed this visit. However, there are two reasons I gave this visit an average rating. 1) our last stay featured a breakfast of biscuits and gravy which were very very good. This was not provided this time and was a major disappointment. 2) I went to take a shower in the morning and could NOT regulate the shower regulator for hot water. No matter what position I tried it remained cold...ICE cold. The desk clerk later in the morning explained how to regulate the handle and I thought I attempted all of her instructions but still it was cold. I will admit I could have been wrong but the point is it should NOT be that difficult to get hot water regulated for a comfortable shower. If the motel would render these two issues I would give it a 5 star rating.
