Stunning hotel. My suite has an incredible 180 view facing the Hong Kong side harbor. Room is fairly large with a kitchen and washer. The aroma of this hotel is amazing. The air smells quite "expensive". The gym facility is top-notch. All the machines are new and in mint condition.

5* stay all around. Best perk: Washer/dryer in the studio. Only complaint is that the water temperature in the pool is cold!!! I’m a lap swimmer and I’d consider it to be cooler than most lap pools and definitely cold for a leisure swim.

투숙내내 마주치는 모든 직원들이 상냥하게 웃으면 인사하고 지내는 동안 불편함이 없을 정도로 매우 친절했다. 발코니에서 바라보는 홍콩의 야경은 이루말할수 없을만큼 아름다웠고 숙소에서 이런광경을 볼수 있음에 감사했다. 호텔 출입구 찾는게 조금 어려웠고 시설에 비해 조금 작은 수영장이 아쉬웠지만 이거 빼곤 모든게 완벽했다. 여행 중 숙소에 얻는 위로가 컸으며 다른 분들은 고민하지말고 k11 꼭 선택하길 바랍니다.

Ett av de finaste hotellen jag bott på, superfint hotell. Servicen däremot är bristfällig, tar väldigt lång tid att både checka in och checka ut. Hotellet känns tomt på personal och det finns ingen känsla av rörelse om man vill ha en drink. Poolen stänger 19.00 vilket är jättetråkigt så den är super härlig. Frukost öppnar 07.00 och man kan bara beställa från meny vilket innebär att det tidigaste man kan få frukost är 07.20 då maten tar 20 minuter att laga, så dåligt. Vi skulle iväg på möte som började 08.00 och kunde inte få frukost på ett 5-stärnigt hotell. Tyvärr dålig service som helhet

Our stay at K11 Artus was fantastic. The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings to see the lights. I would say, staying here was as comfortable as being at home. The convenience of the transportation options made getting around very easy. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would suggest a map of the different entrances and possibly an address card, so the taxi's no where to pickup and drop off easily. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property for your stay in HK.

During our stay, my brother left his cell phone in the taxi we took to K11 Artus from some place in HK. We paid the fee by cash and didn't take the receipt. Nor did we remember the driver's name or the taxi's plate #. We asked the staff of the hotel, name Wales if any driver brought back a cell phone to the hotel. They told us no one ever brought the cell phone to them, but they would see what they can do. Since we didn't have the receipt nor did we remember the taxi's plate# or the driver's name, he and his coworker immediately asked the security department to check video record trying to find out the taxi's plate # so to be able to contact the driver. Although we at last contacted the taxi driver though the cell phone's lost/found app and the driver helped to bring back the cell phone to us, the quick action and would-help attitude from the staff, Wales and his coworker really impress us, and we really appreciate it. The instance made us feel good being the guest of the hotel. Besides, the harbor view from the hotel is really so impressive as well. We highly recommend the hotel! And we shall stay in K11 for our next visit to HK.

We booked with our Expedia discount and then received emails from Jasper and Matthew asking about the reasons for our stay and our arrival and departure wishes and offering to reserve us a table for breakfast, very nice personal touches. We didn't have to introduce ourselves upon arrival on the penultimate day of our retirement celebration, Patricia and her team knew who we were from our emails. She suggested that we do the check-in in our room so we could immediately start to enjoy the spectacular view of Victoria Harbor. Our studio had a fully equipped kitchen and dining room table for four, a living room with couch, and bedroom with a view of the Hong Kong Island skyline. The entire studio had marble and wooden flooring. Patricia did the paper work with passports and signatures right there for us. I was surprised and moved to see balloons and a beautiful personalized card signed by the Resident Relations Kitty with congratulations on retirement with delicious chocolate pretzels. Patricia also explained that since our return flight to Europe was very late at night, we would receive a complimentary very late check-out until 5 p.m. the next day. Thanks to this unexpected generous hospitality, we had a full 24 hours to explore and enjoy the hotel. We had thought we were simply checking into a hotel for our last night in Hong Kong, but our experience became something far more. We are very thankful to the to the entire team for making our stay a Work of Art!

Stunning hotel, very artistic themed, the details and design of the hotel are just mind blowing, can be a bit confusing at first how to navigate the hotel, but will eventually figure it out! 예약후 문의에 대해 신속한 응답으로 믿음이 갔습니다. 공항 픽업 나오신 리무진 기사님의 서비스도 친절 하였고, 체크인 부터 환영과 친절한 서비스로 홍콩에 대한 첫 이미지가 좋았습니다. 2박 지내는 동안 전체 직원들이 요구사항에 대해 불편함 없이 바로바로 해결 해주어 최상의 서비스를 받았습니다. 위치, 룸 컨디션도 좋고 무엇보다 룸에서 보는 야경은 최고 였습니다! 레지던스 시스템이다 보니 조식이 맛이 있으나 뷔페식이 아닌점이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 장기 투숙이나 가족여행에는 더할나위 없이 좋으며 다음번 홍콩 여행도 이 숙소에서 지내고 싶은 의향이 있습니다:)

Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en los cuales me he hospedado. Todo es una obra de arte, decoración y detalles. Conectado con centro comercial y metro. La vista hacia la bahía es única.

共用ラウンジには多くのアートが飾ってたり、細かい内装までとても洗練されていてオシャレ。アップグレードしてくれた部屋はとても広く、香港には珍しく高層階でベランダに出れた。海と香港島が見渡せる景色は最高だった。ペニンシュラらリッツに泊まってきたが、今後はココで良いと思った。Lefacy houseやYung’sなど好きなレストランも近いし、このK11はこれまでにない香港の洗練されたエリアで気に入っている。

70대 어머니와 어머니 친구 2분과 함께 이용했습니다. 비싼 값어치를 하는 호텔입니다. 위치는 말해뭐해 할 정도로 스타의 거리에 위치해있고, 침사추이 어디든 가기 편하며, 홍콩섬 스타페리 갈때에도 걸어서 5분거리입니다. 방 2개짜리 룸에 묵었는데, 요리 할 수 있어서 어머님들이 너무 편하게 식사 할 수 있었고, 침대도 편해, 청소도 너무 깨끗하게 매일 해주시고, 물과 커피 떨어지지 않게 채워주시고, 거실 및 테라스에서 야경보면서 도란도란 이야기도 가능하고,, 수영장은 크지는 않지만 사람이 없어서 쉬기 좋았고, 사우나도 있어서 역시나 어머님들 너무 좋아하셨습니다. 수영장에 안전 요원이 2명 이상씩 늘 있어서 걱정 없이 놀 수 있었고, 스티븐이라는 안전요원님 어머님들이 좀 유난이었는데 챙겨주셔서 감사드립니다. 조식은 따로 신청하지 않았지만 뷔페식보다 낫다는 이야기 들었습니다. 조식 먹는 곳 풍경이 너무 끝내주어서 한번쯤 식사 하셔도 좋을 것 같습니다. 아, K11 뮤제사 쇼핑몰이 붙어있어서 저녁에는 장보기도 좋고 쇼핑하기 더할 나위 없었습니다. 다음에도 또 이용할 예정이고, 홍콩에서 누릴 수 있는 호사를 나 누린 것 같습니다. ~!

Ett av de finaste hotellen jag bott på, superfint hotell. Servicen däremot är bristfällig, tar väldigt lång tid att både checka in och checka ut. Hotellet känns tomt på personal och det finns ingen känsla av rörelse om man vill ha en drink. Poolen stänger 19.00 vilket är jättetråkigt så den är super härlig. Frukost öppnar 07.00 och man kan bara beställa från meny vilket innebär att det tidigaste man kan få frukost är 07.20 då maten tar 20 minuter att laga, så dåligt. Vi skulle iväg på möte som började 08.00 och kunde inte få frukost på ett 5-stärnigt hotell. Tyvärr dålig service som helhet
