We will definitely stay at this property the next time we're in the area! It was clean, the pool and basketball court were great for the kids and our room fit our needs perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the located unaware of the trolley system stop but were very excited when we learned about it and used it to get to our game that night! Highly recommend TownPlace if you're staying in Arlington!

We were in town for MLB All Star weekend. I chose this location because its on the Trolley red line. We had transport to and from the MLB Village. We loved the accommodations and amenities. We had a late checkin and gladly accepted an upgrade. Loved the morning breakfast options ...3 hot items plus yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, assorted toppings, toast. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, milk, juice. Kids loved it. Plenty of space to sit. The pool could use some lighting at night, it gets really dark and i could barely see my kid in the pool. Plenty of towels and seating around the pool area. Rooms were large and spacious for two teenagers to share, they loved having their own TV. I would choose this hotel again due to its proximity to the parks and stadiums.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean and everything felt well taken care of. The best part? The free breakfast! Loved everything about this place. Right across the street from Six Flags over Texas. I'm talking about walking right up to the entrance. The pool water at the hotel was surprisingly warm but inviting. The staff was pleasant and encouraging. The choice of entertainment was wonderful. Will most definitely return...

The people were friendly. But the place was under construction, and that wasn't made clear and on the advertising. Paul was out of service and green. Air conditioner was leaking all over the floor. Security doors propped open at 10:00 at night. Construction containers blocking a lot of the parking. Elevator was rather jerky. And lot two room door was sketchy. If I had known about even some of these things I certainly wouldn't have stayed there.

This property was in a convenient location, parking was easy, complimentary breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and overall our stay was wonderful. Our room was spotless when we arrived, however my daughter did find a syringe - whether it was for diabetic purposes or other we are not sure - behind a drawer in her room. While this spot was rather hard to see, we were caught completely off guard and did let staff now right away. The receptionist was helpful and sent someone up to safely dispose of the needle immediately. We were told that we would hear from a manager who was at lunch (?) shortly after and we never heard back. If it wasn’t for this finding I would rate this hotel as a 10/10. Disappointed that we never heard back but fortunate my daughter was smart enough to tell us right away and it wasn’t in a spot where it could have poked one of us.

everything was great except the beds. I didn't mind the firmness but my wife didn't. the fold out bed felt like sleeping on the floor. It was a little weird the way it worked. Not very comfortable according to those who slept on it. but like I said everything else was top notch.

the Front Desk people were great. They would answer our question. For Room Service, we didn't have our room cleaned once in our 4 days stay. One day they took the towels and trash out, didn't put new towel in the room. Ran out of soap and toilet paper. We asked the front desk to bring the Towels & Toilet Paper. Seems like the Front Desk had to cover for the House Keeping.

We were there for 3 days, had about 4-5 interactions with her of which were equally unpleasant for no reason. It would have been a 5 star stay if not for a very unpleasant front desk representative.

Staff was fantastic, especially Michael. There was an issue with WiFi due to weather damage, but certainly not the hotel’s fault. They were so kind at the front desk at all times and actively kept us informed on the repair status. The breakfast is excellent. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the stadiums and Six Flags. We love the restaurants in the area as well, so this is usually our go-to choice for overnight stays. This time was disappointing, however. It seems the mattresses must have been changed recently - ours was hard. Extremely hard. We did not get a good nights sleep at all. The free breakfast was not good, either. Very few options, and the breakfast sandwiches were worse quality than microwaved sandwiches from the gas station down the road. We were disappointed. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is very clean. Just didn't sleep well, and breakfast was not good. We ate elsewhere.

Had a very comfortable stay. I must say this property exceeded all of our expectations. Friendliest staff who ALWAYS had a smile on their face. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable with great advice as to where to go and how to get there. Very clean property with big, comfortable rooms. Wow what a great hot breakfast every morning. This property was in a great location for walking to the stadium, restaurants and bars. I can’t forget hot coffee, tea and cookies were a nice treat every day. Will be back our next trip to Arlington.

Old place but clean. Its been recently updated but they went cheap with the renovations...messy. It also has a strong smell. Breakfast was terrible. How do you mess up waffles? They were gritty. Wouldn't chose it again.

Great place to stay! The free breakfast is not your average, run of the mill breakfast. It was different each day and quite delicious. The staff, super friendly and very helpful and accommodating. I flew in early and was able to check in, which was unexpected but much appreciated. Great location to all kinds of activities, shopping and restaurants. I will definitely be back!
