Property was definitely used. Showed wear and tear. Good location, nice views. Ask if they bed faces the falls. Ours didn’t 😒. Connected to Waterpark and Casino great for families. Pool was inside no light and totally unappealing. For the price i may pick another hotel on the strip for couples.

Right at the base of Clifton Hill, this hotel was within easy walking distance of so many restaurants and souvenir stores. It is close to stops on the blue and green line buses as well so if walking was not an option, the buses allowed us to get to our destination with ease. The check-in staff were lovely and our room with the falls view was both the US & Canadian falls as well as the nightly fireworks. No street noise made it up to us either as we were facing away from Clifton Hill and the road that the hotel is on is actually fairly quiet. It is adjoining to the Sheraton by a covered walkway which allows quick access to the casino and a covered walkway to the waterpark. It is also steps away from the Rainbow Bridge if you want to walk to the middle of it (don't forget your travel documents to get back into Canada!) or I guess to the US. The only downside is there is no hot tub and the saunas are not working. We went for a swim in the pool, which is enclosed, but you can clearly see where the hot tub was in the past and I don't know if the sauna was just broken or if it has been de-commissioned as well. I highly recommend getting those up and running otherwise the pool area is just wasted space. This hotel is not a pickup point for any tours you may wish to do BUT the Sheraton is so don't let that dissuade you from booking something. All in all, I WOULD stay here again. For the price of other Fall view rooms, this hotel was a steal.

I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel for the convenience of having close access to the Niagara Falls Waterpark. Room: (Small, uncomfortable, tiny shower/washroom, no microwave or ice machine) Lineups: (Long lineups for everything – checking in, out, elevators, poor design) They only have 3 hotel staff to check you in/out or deal with issues. Most of the time, the lineups lasted 45 minutes to an hour. When you finally get to check in, you have to deal with the elevators. They only hold like 6-7 people, so when you have to go to your room, you have to wait like 15 minutes for an elevator, or you can always take the stairs with your luggage. There are two elevators. One connected to the parking and water park, and the other to the hotel. So, to get to the waterpark, you require 2 different elevators and so have to wait in line 2 times for an elevator to get to your destination. Prices: (Very high, especially with the hidden extra fees like parking, destination fees, taxes, etc). Trip on Expedia was $500 , after check out it climbed to $900 Oh, and no free breakfast, no microwave and no ice machine. You have to use the elevator again to access the ice machine, or microwave. Bonus! There was a coffee machine, with a free water bottle to use for the coffee, but wait, upon closer inspection, the bottle water was open, with a couple sips missing, so in the garbage it goes. Nice service.

Paid for falls view room so not cheap. Rooms very small especially bathroom. Room didn’t even have a chair- no room. Falls view was through a very dirty window. Get 6th floor or higher to see most of falls and it really is a sideways view although we could watch fireworks. no place to sit in lobby. Pool area very dark and depressing. Hotel is convenient to Clifton Hill and view of American falls but about a mile to Canadian falls. We are walkers so didn’t mind. No breakfast included. Parking $45 per day. Overall not a great value. Just ok

can improve on room cleanliness. rooms dark and dingy. bedding does not smell fresh and clean. no shower door on our stand up shower so the water spills over onto the bathroom floor. no hair dryer. no extra blankets provided. pool water cool and uninviting, pool water temp might be suitable on a hot summer day. no jacuzzi option in pool area.

Staff was very good. The rooms were ridiculously small. Very congested. Had to checkout immediately upon arrival due to small room. The swimming pool was under construction. The tea room was excellent. Very pricy but very worth it.

Expected more from a Hilton Brand. The lobbies were beautiful and clean but the bathroom in our room was HORRIBLE it was literally the size of a phone booth and it was dirty and grungy with mold. We had housekeeping come clean but literally had to go get a stronger cleaning product to get rid of the mold and mildew

I liked the staff and the fact that this is a historic hotel. However the condition it’s in is inexcusable… I paid 450$ for a night stay, there was no slippers, no robes, the pool was dirty, the lighting was white like in a hospital, sauna isn’t working and neither is the jacuzzi, everything in there is dated, a few fixes (that management is clearly too lazy to make) could’ve made it better ie, change the lighting to yellow, clean the pool better, make sure the amenities are accessible, add more decor, but nothing like that. Rust all over the windows - the windows genuinely look like they haven’t been cleaned in about 6 years. Marilyn Monroe stayed in room 801, but there wasn’t even a slab that said this was her room in the past although this hotel is heavily advertised as a place where she stayed (it would’ve added some charm). My room (partial falls view on the 3rd floor - great view) but had an AC that was leaking the entire stay - the floor was actually wet beside the bed. Overall, the staff made it a good stay, but for what the hotel is, this is horrible standard, and horrible upkeep - I wouldn’t come back here.

Enjoyed the stay. Was a bit disappointed in the size of the room for the price point. Pretty tiny. Beds were small too. Advertised as queen but definitely more of a double. Staff were friendly. Price for breakfast seemed a bit high for what was included. Decent taste. Just not hot.

I paid for "deluxe view" which was supposed to have a full view of both falls, however, the room was on the 8th floor and my "deluxe view" included a view of the American Falls but the Horseshoe Falls was blocked by an 8-story building!! Plus, the AC was working in the room. I was given a ew room on the 9th floor but without the "deluxe view". The hotel's only accommodation for the lesser valued room was to comp my parking. Don't waste your money on the "deluxe view" if you aren't on the 9th floor, all lower floors have a giant builflding in your face!

Room was small, only 1 small mirror in bathroom. Large shower taking all the space in bathroom. Door opens on toilet, shower window only halfway so lots of water on floor of bathroom, dangerous slippery. No chairs in room, tiny closet and only 2 drawers. Bonus we were upgraded to a view to the falls and view on fireworks.

The front staff were extremely helpful when the door to our king suite was locked from the inside and we couldn t get in. They gave us another room not as good a view but by dinner time they had got the door open and we were able to stay in the original room booked with fabulous view of both falls. The room was bigger than the other but not really a suite. Bathroom was very small. King bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and quiet except for weird hum coming from the waterpark engines. Didn t keep us awake. They gave us late checkout and sent up a bottle of wine and 2 glasses to make up for room delay and it was our 25th wedding anniversary. Tunnel to casino very handy. Clifton hill a short walk

Before our arrival, I emailed the hotel requesting a room with a view of the falls. When we checked in (an hour early, which they kindly allowed), we were given an extremely small room with no view at all. I asked at the front desk if we could switch to a room with a view, but was told there was no availability and, in a rather dismissive tone, that because I had booked through Expedia there was nothing they could do. The way it was handled made me feel like guests who book through third-party sites are treated as a lower priority. The front desk staff were unhelpful and lacked basic hospitality skills. For a hotel in such a prime tourist area, the customer service was unexpectedly poor. Bottom line: Even if you make a request in advance, don’t expect it to be honored – and don’t expect friendly service if you booked through Expedia.

This stay was very disappointing and, at times, discriminatory. My mother and I are disabled, and there was no accessible entrance to the hotel — only stairs — which was painful and extremely difficult for us. The first room we were given had construction workers and builders right outside the window, and we had to move to another room by ourselves, carrying all our luggage, even though the staff knew about our disabilities. I lost a lot of time complaining and fighting for my rights as a customer, instead of enjoying my trip. Later, the last night and the last morning, there was no hot water, and we had to wait for someone to come and fix the shower. Really unacceptable for a Hilton. However, I want to say something positive: the breakfast staff — Pamela, Sandra, and Zlatko — were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, friendly, and truly made our mornings better. I even left tips because they made me happy during a very stressful stay. The cleaning lady was also very professional and respectful, although I didn’t get her name. Sadly, even with the kindness of those employees, the overall experience was painful, stressful, and discriminatory for disabled guests. I expected much better from a Hilton.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and close to Clifton hill where there’s lots of activities for kids and dining options. Our “falls view” room was more of a view of the duty free parking lot, but the falls were still visible over that.

The hotel itself is stunning, location is incredible. We loved being able to walk everywhere. The garden across from the hotel is spectacular. Our room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure in the shower was great. My only minor complaint is that we booked a queen sized bed and it definitely is not queen size. Our bed at home is a queen and this was a full size smaller. Not a big deal, it was still comfortable but definitely not what we had originally booked. Also the rooms run on the warm side. We had the "air conditioning" set to 15 Celsius (lowest it can be set) and it absolutely was Not 15 degrees. I would have been shivering to death, instead I was in a t-shirt and sleeping without a blanket because I was too warm. Again not a huge problem but I would have loved to have a more comfortable sleep. I would still recommend this hotel and we will be back ourselves. Considering those two small issues, we found the rates to be fair.

Everything was great! Excellent and friendly service. The food at the steakhouse was excellent and the views amazing. The view from our room was great, of one of the falls. Loved that the window opened a bit, we left it open to hear the falls while sleeping! The exterior like an old historic building, and the inside updated beautifully.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was newly renovated but quite tight, the dead lock on the door was useless as it was out of line and the door opened right past it. Good location being steps to the strip, access to the casino through the hotel and a convenient shuttle to fallsview. The paid breakfast buffet in the hotel offered a good selection at a reasonable price, especially compared to the surcharged starbucks.

Overall, the hotel was fantastic, our air conditioning seemed to not be able to keep up so it was a tad warm in our room, they did supply us with a fan! I do wish there would have been more clarification that the rainbow room and prime steakhouse location are the same, I got the same view with my breakfast that I did with dinner but yet had to pay extra for the dinner one!

The air condition has a very loud noise, the window uses white board to close, not uses curtain. I woke up very early due to the light. The dining in the steakhouse is expensive, not worth that much.

We loved our room and the view. Staff were fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at the Brock. Breakfast was amazing and location was simply great. Only suggestion would be to add balconies to the top floor units that have outstanding windows and put the bed on the other side of the room so you can watch the falls from bed. Don’t listen to reviews that are negative. It’s a great hotel.
