The building has some years but it is very well kept from every angle you can thank of. It’s very quiet at night so one can rest well. Breakfast is very good too. The only downside in my opinion is that the pool is very small for the size of the hotel.

Just came in for a quick overnighter. The room was fine, a little dated but clean and comfortable. The lobby was great, and an excellent breakfast. I used the tiny fitness center and it was ok for a quick workout. The pool looked very nice.

We were only here for a day as we have a pet receiving care from the UW veterinary. The place was nice. Pool and hot tub was good. Room was clean. No issues with anything. WiFi didn’t really work at all (on floor 2). Other than that one issue we were fine.

Smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in outside of New York City. Everything was dark, and seemed "clean" but also unclean. Killed a few ants in the bathroom. Bed was hard as a rock. A/C unit barely got the room to a reasonable temperature despite being set at 65. No noise buffer whatsoever from hallway conversations - they might as well have been right in the room. Very disappointing for the "Excellent" rating it received on Expedia.

It was an average hotel. The first impression is a clean bathroom. The bathroom sink had stains and it wasn't tidy. Also, there is a note in there about stained towels being charged and they offer makeup wipes. Alas, I did not see those makeup wipes at all. I welcome the fact of suing those new toiletries with fixture to the wall, minimum you would be expect it to be full, it was 1/4 left empty. I didn't care to inform the guest service, our stay was just for a night to move in/out daughter. Based on my stay, I might not recommend this hotel.

This hotel needs a major facelift. It's old and musty and I couldn't find the outdoor seating area that was pictured on hotels.com website. My room smelled like ass. And when I got in the shower, I found a hair. Not a strand of hair like from my own head, a very short curly hair on the ledge that holds the showering products. Pros- convenient area, close to shopping and restaurants. It also had a happy hour that included free beer, wine, popcorn, and nachos, but that wouldn't be enough for me to go back.

Got a king size room. Room was fine, but the bed was as hard as a rock. I woke up with a super stiff neck. Our mini fridge also stank like vinegar. Anytime you open it, the scent of vinegar just filled the room. The TV was also very small. Maybe 32”?

This hotel is very clean. The staff member that checked us in was rude. She made no eye contact, short with her words, no hello or welcome and just plain rude. She was not busy at the time so not sure what was going wrong for her that day. The room was so nice. The bed was a little soft for my husband but it was fine for me. Breakfast looked good but we didn’t stay. The parking sucked because they share their parking lot with a restaurant. Despite all of that, it was a nice stay.

Reversed a crib was told they had one then after swimming was told they don’t and we could be compensated for the discrepancy but then when we checked out the lady said that isn’t a thing and they don’t have cribs at all

We stayed for a major concert and check in was at 3. We were able to check in about 2:50. There was one girl on checking in a line that extended to the outside about 20 feet. She was so patient and kind. We knew you haven’t had a venue in town for 30+ years at Randell Stadium, but having her on alone to work the front desk was truly ridiculous for her and your customers. Poor employee took it in stride and even gave us recommendations of where to eat when we asked. We stayed Sunday of the concert and I was glad to see she was not working the next day when we checked out.

Good room. Clean. Location is pretty good, with plenty of retail and restaurants in the neighborhood. It is just a 15 minute drive into the University or Capital. A decent breakfast that is complimentary. In all, a good experience. I thought the lobby staff could be a bit more engaged, but the cleaning staff is excellent.

We came to Madison for Coldplay concert. We were positioned in a very nice location that we had great dining options and were able to take the bus around, including the concert. The bus like is less than a block away and for someone who has knee issues I appreciated it not being a long walk. Also when we walked in the hotel you can smell the cleaning products and yet fresh air. We knew you all took care of the hotel and keep it clean.

I have been to a lot of hotels that have breakfast included. This hotel has one of the best! A lot of choices, and really good coffee. Dedicated staff for the breakfast area. They were very diligent in keeping food and beverages fresh and available, and keeping the area clean. Impressive!

Hotel staff could have been more welcoming. My room had a view of vehicle tires down in the grass. Trashy. Room was clean. Bedding had an overwhelming bleach smell to them. Refrigerator was noisy throughout the night.

This is my third stay at this hotel and every stay has been great! Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and there is Dove soap, shampoo, and body wash products in the bathroom for use. We always use the pool area and the hot tub is so relaxing! The best part of this hotel is the breakfast! So many options! Fresh tortillas and biscuits to make your own breakfast sandwich, waffles, fresh doughnuts and pastries, cut up fruit, among many other things! Best hotel breakfast around! We will be back again!

There was construction getting to property. Soccer teams in pool area made it very loud and not great to be in. Breakfast was ok with bland reconstituted scrambled eggs. Coffee was hot and convenient. Bathroom was small and dated
