The hotel is clean and in very good condition. There is no bar, but you can get a generous glass of wine or beer for $3 or during happy hour for only a buck. We have stayed here before and the included breakfast is great and the breakfast room is nice. The money saved staying here will often be enough to buy you a nice dinner.

Surprisingly run down, there was argument with guest at front desk and then a loud argument between guests in hallway. Breakfast was poorly setup and inadequate for number of guests. Hot tub not hot, pool tiles broken, no door handle on sauna, room was fine except for torn screens, dirty carpet and hallways had some trash.

This hotel went above and beyond before I even arrived. I flew in to Madison to go to Green Bay so I only booked my fly in and fly out dates here. To save on the car rental I asked the airport to pick me up on fly in day, then drop me off the next day to get the car. Then pick me up after I dropped the car off on the day before I flew out. I mentioned that I’d have to make other arrangements to get dropped off for my departure flight because the flight was outside of posted shuttle hours. They offered to call the driver in 2 hours early to accommodate. The driver was amazing and the communication was great. Upon arriving at the property the service remained stellar. The front desk attendant was great and again went above and beyond by ensuring we were able to watch the football game we wanted to and assisting with local recommendations. The price is great. Especially considering the airport and area shuttle service. The rooms are very large. The hotel itself is a little older and it shows in places. Not complaining at all, I got more than my money’s worth and way higher service quality than expected. Would stay again.

Overall it was a decent experience. However, when we booked the hotel a selling point for us were the amenities like the pool and arcade. The arcade room was beyond disappointing. All the games were old, falling apart, and most broke and unusable. It was very disappointing.

Check in was quick and staff was nice. It was a quiet stay. Price was good. The only problem was how dirty it was. There was fecal matter on the roll of toilet paper. The extra blanket and pillows had blood, hair, and dirt on them. It was disgusting. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Room was clean but did have an unusual musty smell. There was also hair on the bathroom floor as well that was not mine. I was placed at the end of a hallway near an entrance and had to listen to the door being slammed every time someone came in and out. Not my best stay but certainly not my worst

The hotel was clean and in a good area. Nice pool and hot tub to enjoy. Room service needs to be requested if you want it during your stay and this wasn’t made clear at check in. Staff was a little less than friendly but not bad. Overall average stay.

Dirty!! There were bugs that looked liked cockroaches on the wall in the bedroom and on the floor in the bathroom. when I opened the sliding door to enter the pool area, there was a huge dirty dust glob that came out of the door slide. staff was nice. Would not recommend or go back.

Our room had bed bugs that woke us up at 330 am by biting us. They moved us rooms for the last 3 hours we needed to sleep but everyone was so disgusted none of us got any sleep.

Hotel is clean and seemingly updated. Not a terrible stay. But, the walls are very thin - anyone taking a shower, walking the halls or near the room can be easily heard (will wake most people up) within the room. Bed mattress was rather worn out.

The property is a 2 star, the mattress was literally sunken in the middle, husband couldn't sleep all night, back was killing him by am. The room overlooked the pool and was very noisy until 11pm, dogs in rooms barked, 3am woke to dog barking, room was 1/4 mile fro. Elevator.

Close to the restaurants, neighborhood had a business-like campus atmosphere. Breakfast was as expected. Parking was very sufficient. It was close and convenient to the Bob Suter Ice Arena where my business was conducted. My window had a broken seal- wind was whipping and caused whistling within the room. It was also humid outside causing some humidity to breach in- placed the AC wall unit at 60 degrees to counteract the humidity...it seemed to work

breakfast here was pretty much the best we’ve had at the many hotels we have stayed at in the last several years. Eggs, sausage, mini chocolate donuts, excellent chilled milk, two kinds of cheese. we loved that the pool/spa area is open until 11 PM and checkout is at noon! Really put this hotel above the rest. The only downsides was our room looked out onto the pool and it could a bit noisy, and the beds were a bit lumpy. Still, big ups.

It was terrible. They fraudulently charged me for two nights when I had already paid for the room on hotels.com. they asked for a card to hold 50.00 for incidentals and when I was already frustrated because of a unreturned 50$ hold I was skeptical about it but in the end swiped my card. Additional 108.00 +50+50. When confronted about the overcharge the front desk Baymont West representative on duty refused to look into the billing and said I'm done. I said it's fraud I'ma call the police. Well she called when I was calling my spouse for added information..Officers Middleton WI. Backed her up said she could do what she wanted. Because of the 200 overcharge I was unable to pick up my rental at 9 am and am still stranded in the miserable snow instead of back on campus. Next afternoon we were refunded 58.00 but still haven't received all three 50+ holds and the room was never used because after officer's defending a local against us a threatening me of legal issues for talking Bout the fraud. Neither felt comfortable staying there. It was dirty. TV was poop. And the place stunk like sewage was spilled down the halls.

It took quite a while to check in, and although there were two people at the desk, only one was taking care of guests. The other couldn’t be bothered. The sheets also had a few dark smudges on them. They looked almost like ash. The toilet seat also wasn’t totally secure, it felt like a rocking chair when I sat down. Aside from those things, everything else was good. WiFi was fine so I could work from the room, the bed was comfortable enough, and the breakfast was good.

I was okay with the property's cleanliness and facilities. What i am upset about is that check out is at 12pm and at 8am i had pounding/knocking at my door from housekeeping even though my do not disturb sign was on my doorknob. I was resting for work and was very upset being woken up that way. Very rude.

The hotel didnt list a security deposit. I booked and payed for a room. I was then turned away when i couldnt afford the deposit. In Wisconsin the winters are brutal, yet still was denied accommodations. Hotels.com was able to refund my money which I'm thankful for. Even still I'm told it may take a few weeks to be reimbursed. So over all my experience was not pleasant.

The hotel is fine. My only complaint is that I was given a room and a key and when I opened the door someone else was in it. They were apologetic, and I understand that errors and accidents happen, but as a woman travelling solo it was scary and I was very unnerved that someone could possibly open my door by error as well.

The staff here are very friendly. They may check in very easy. I was put on the second floor and at night it was nosy. The main issue I had is that during my stay my toilet stops flushing. I called the front desk and they told me that he would have maintenance come and he mentioned that maintenance would be here at 5:00 p.m.. 5:00 p.m. passes and it's now 6:00 p.m.. I call the front desk again and was told that maintenance is not coming. No one from maintenance showed up. There was a long pause on the phone and I said okay. No other service was offered. Not to put me another room. Not a plunger not anything. I find out the following day from the morning front desk lady staff that maintenance is here till 3:00 p.m.. So the gentleman working the desk at night had no idea that there is no maintenance after 3:00 p.m.. So I spent the night flushing my toilet using one of the trash bins. I'm really hoping that the management takes care of this. Maintenance came 10 minutes before I left to fix the toilet for the next occupant. I felt neglected and ignored.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Baymont. The only small thing I would say was a no for me was. I was heading out for the night and I asked for towels to be taken to my room. The guy was nice and gave me the face towels right away, but for the body towels he left them on the floor in front of my door instead of putting them in the room, which I didn’t like because they were clean towels just sitting on the ground. Besides that my stay was really enjoyable.

Welcoming entrance, easy check in and out. Rooms are nicely appointed with classy furniture and comfortable beds. Theres a beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzi. For close to the building parking, there are numerous entrances where you use your key card to access the building. Inviting breakfast room with a lovely spread of fresh fruit, cereals, hot options, juices, make your own waffles and breads. Woukd definitely stay here again.

Room key didn't work so front desk guy got us a new room. turns out original room battery was dead on lock. Room was very clean and nice. The one bad thing was being woke up in the middle of the night to the fire alarm going off for five seconds then shutting off then went off again at 7am. Breakfast wasn't much either. Scrambled eggs and Hashbrowns mixed with sausage, peppers and onions. Not everyone likes that mixture. Overall wasn't bad. Just very tired when I left which I wasn't expecting. Found out they were having some maintenence issues.

Confusion over Continental breakfast schedule. Most people traveling from other states unfamiliar with the time change. So many guests were waiting for the continental breakfast to arrive at the schedule they were accustomed to. There phones and watches didn’t update for the time.

We spent 3 nights total over the course of a week. Overall great place. Amazing continental breakfast. Staff was exceptional. Only hiccup is there was plumbing issues affecting the area, so we dealt with yellow water for a whole day. Not the hotels fault but was kinda gross. Would stay again though.
