Great location, ample parking, and extremely friendly and accommodating desk staff! The only downfall would be the 4:30 AM vacuuming of the lobby. Be right by there, there was no sleeping through that, lol. If they could possibly change the vacuuming schedule to AFTER checkout, around noon, that would be great. Also, no conditioner provided, and the continental breakfast was out of orange juice for three mornings. But again, great value for the price, would recommend.

Where do i start. It was easy to find and had parking. The lady when i checked in seemed nice, the key card worked, and the bed was clean/comfortable. Thats its for the nice list. Now for the bad so strap in. Its an OBVIOUSLY dated hotel, parking lot was plowed but not salted and very slippery. The shower made a terrible noise and only had water coming out of half the showerhead so i didnt get a shower. The light and fan in the bathroom didnt work at all, the toilet ran for about 10 minutes every time you flushed it, theyre basically changing sheets and thats about it because the alarm clock, coffee maker, and floor behind the bed were all dirty. Random screw holes in the dresser/tv stand, the mini fridge existed and i could hear it kicking on but didnt get cold. And in a 3/4 empty hotel (literally 6 cars in parking lot) they placed me next to what must be a long term stay because he was on the phone all dang night talking about getting his insurance and car fixed last night loud as heck and placed 5 grocery bags of trash in the hallway thoughout the evening and morning so between that, the air condioner/heater that screamed every time it shut off, and being in a highway side room i didnt get to do jack all for sleeping. And aparently the hotel.com app wont let me add pictures so check google

This hotel should’ve been called a motel. Sheets were dirty, shower was dirty, there was a half roll of tissue in the room, TV was mounted on the wall, but still sitting on the dresser, pillows were so small. I had to go out and purchase my own. I told the front desk that my comforter was dirty and that I was going to buy clean linen and she made a comment saying, I don’t blame you. The remote was a universal remote from Family Dollar. I was so disappointed to say the lease. There’s only one ice machine in the entire building. It ran out of ice. I’m so disgusted with this place. I have so many photos that I’m going to add when I do my review!!

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was amazing. She was also there setting up for breakfast in the morning. She's a hard worker and very friendly. Unfortunately the room stunk of bad foot odor and the tv remote was nowhere to be found so we had to go ask for another one. Main hallway carpeting is very soiled. Really needs to be replaced. I just couldn't get over the bad stench in that room. We doused it with perfume and turned on the AC and it seemed to help. The beds were comfy however I could hear loud music from the people next to us, but that subsided around midnight.

Rooms not very clean. Breakfast area wasn’t cleaned up. Never empty our garbage we put outside the room and never received liners for cans. Need to improve cleaning crew. Noisy at night people partying in parking lot by our room smelled of pot. Not happy. Left early didn’t complete our stay.

I’m perplexed at the 10/10 ratings for this place. Hotel was run down and not pleasing in any way. Our room, specifically was sub-par and cramped. It was small with no real bathroom (a closet with a commode, small shower and a pocket door. We had a large chair in our room which couldn’t be moved and Madi it very difficult to get in bed as well as obstructing the nightstand. 3/10 at best.

We were very impressed with our room, it had plenty of space for a room with a king bed, recliner, and a long dresser that had a friggin, and microwave in it. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice Lg shower.

Staff wasnt friendly. Upon checkin nobody was in the lobby, they were in the parking lot sitting in their car. Nobody greeted me at anytime that i traversed the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel if I had any other choice.

When we tried to hang up our clothes in the wardrobe the rod kept falling down. We mentioned it to the staff and he said he would pass it along. We tried taking a shower and there was no hot water! When we checked out in the morning and complained, the staff said we should have been told when we checked in; but could not compensate us for no hot water as we had booked on line. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was there for my family member who was in hospice, so I didn’t utilize any amenities other than breakfast, but I can tell you the staff is AMAZING. They remembered my name and went above and beyond. I was blown away. I’ve stayed all over the world, at all types of hotels, and this stay was special because the front desk staff made me feel at home. They deserve accolades!

It was a very nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and somewhat comfortable. Be aware that the walls were very thin where you can hear your neighbors talking. Also US10 was noisy but it got better later in the night.

Nice & clean hotel. We had to ask for more breakfast food to be put out so that’s why I gave them an 4 out if 5 for staffing. I’d recommend they include larger towels, conditioner and lotion. It’s weird to only be provided shampoo and hand soap.
