This hotel was horrible! The back door was left unlocked and unmonitored all the time. We found bed bugs in our room. When we asked for a refund, we were told we had to get it from Expedia because that’s who booked the room through. Horrible, would never recommend.

The front desk person was gone and left us standing at an unattended desk for 15 minutes waiting to check in while she was outside smoking. The pool is not used and area is just used to store junk. There is no breakfast even though online it says it serves breakfast. The side door to entry has a locking card pad but it is not used and the door is unlocked all the time. The neighborhood is terrible. Very sketchy to say the least. I wouldn't have stayed there is I hadn't already paid for it ahead of time when I booked online.

You get what you pay for. We stayed on the 2nd floor , we had pets. Stairs were dirty the whole floor smelled like cigarettes smoke. Everything in our room had cigarette burn marks on it. The grounds outside had garbage everywhere. The lower outside exit door didnt even lock. As far as clean it was for what they had to work with. Management was friendly and polite. I think the whole hotel is geared more for live in's. We only spent one night so we got what we paid for. I would not suggest taking kids.

The hotel pictures on line and in person were different. The hotel was more for locals rather than ppl visiting. The rooms were extremely outdated and lacked all amenities. The bed spread and cover were stained they provided 2 bath towels and thats it. It was a very sketchy place and slept horrible. The pillows were miniture size. Also was told i had to give a $50 deposit just incase of damage. The hotel was already horrible how much more damage can one do. I didnt get the insurance so didnt think i could ask for a refund. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay here.

Friendly & helpful staff. Burn holes in bedding and bathroom from cigarettes, mold in bathroom tub, holes in curtains from buckshot, and horrible smell everywhere. Had to wash everything upon returning home because it all smelled so bad.

I only gave 1 star because there is no option for 0 star. This hotel has been terrible. the worst stay ever, in all my traveling experience along the years. From the first night, the environment was very dangerous, not safe for kids or family at all. Room was dirty, nonsmoking but all your clothes stinks as smoke, towels were yellow, bed sheets were dirt, the room smells like mold and smoke, the additional inside lock of the door was broken. The were very unsafe environment outside, specially at night. There were all kind of illegal things happening there.... Im pretty sure. This place should be closed.

Good coffee but no breakfast at all. Listing said continental breakfast was included but there was none. Room was clean but common areas looked run down. Lots of bikers at odd hours in the night woke me up. Lots of people smoking right outside the front door. On check in, the whole property smelled strongly of weed. All in all probably average for a $50/night hotel, but VERY disappointed about no breakfast. Had I known that I would've stayed elsewhere.

My truck broke down on the way and I couldn’t make the stay. I called to make a cancellation and the hotel would not help me. They had no sympathy or consideration for my situation. It was no we’re charging you anyway they did not offer any other option to be helpful That’s it!

Staff was fine . We were quoted 86 dollars.for stay get there we are adding 50 dollar deposit on card that is on file.Then went up to room dropped bag off,went to store got snacks come back and couldnt get in room. Went down to front to get key redone was treated like i was lieing redine and went back up and still took 8 tries to get in. The BIG PROBLEM WAS NO HEAT THE ROOM NEVER GOT ABOVE 60 DEGREES AND IT WAS NEGATIVE 15 DEGREES OUT. I got I will look into it.

My room my stay was okay the night staff seem to be pretty nice people the hotel housekeeping staff except for a young girl named Britney I think were the rudest most inconsiderate people I've ever met in my life in this business and they should probably find a new career that has nothing to do with dealing with people
