This property was perfect for a visit to Old Town. It was also close to tram stops. It had everything we needed. Guarded parking was a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Please note that there is no elevator, which may be problematic for some.

First the warnings: these apartments do NOT have elevators and so you need to climb the stairs to your rooms. Because ceilings are high, each staircase per floor is 26 steps. If you are in poor health and cannot climb with or without your luggage, then do NOT book this place. There is no assistance offered to take your luggage to your room, you have to do it yourself. Secondly, the rooms are not well insulated as these are old buildings so expect to feel cold. Apartments include a washing machine that does NOT have a dryer so you have to air dry your clothes which is very inconvenient if it is winter time as it may take 2 days for thicker clothes to dry. The washroom is not attached to the bedroom. It is across the living room. If you are older and need to pee at night, that is an inconvenience. That said, the apartments have an old world charm, are elegant in their design, bright. While the sofa was very soft, the bed was firm and that helped the back. Service is quick and responsive. Location is within walking distance of all key attractions. The included breakfast is very good and is served to your room between 8am to 1pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and got some good cardio with all the stair climbing!

Det var en veldig fint opphold. Flotte leiligheter som var velutstyrt. Ligger veldig sentralt og i et trygt område. Vi bestilte inkludert frokost, som ble levert på døren ved ønsket tid. Frokost ble levert mellom kl 07 og 13. Bestilte også transport til og fra flyplass. En veldig god service. Skal vi til Krakow igjen, vil jeg bestille her. Er ikke heis i byggene, så ikke pakk alt for tungt.

The apartment was very large and very well equipped. It is centrally located with an abundance of shops and restaurants on its doorstep. Our apartment was on the 4th floor of "B" block which doesn't have a lift so it wouldn't be suitable for guests with mobility issues. We would definitely choose to stay here again, albeit on a lower floor.

Walkable to every thing All tours we wanted to go on have hotel pickup because of the central location of the property Please not there is no elevator and luckily we were on the first floor but it is a four story hotel so you may have to carry a bag three or four flights

Ett hotell som ligger bra til i forhold til shopping og gamlebyen. Lå bra til slik at vi hadde ett rolig og fint opphold. Minuset var at vi fikk rom i 5 etasje uten heis. Men rommet va supert med to balkonger og flott utsikt. Rent og pent og kjempe god frokost som ble levert på døren hver morgen.

The location was great! The rooms great but…..when we made the reservations I specifically told them we were in our 60’s and 70’s and had issues with stairs. The stairs were horrible and there was not a life in the one building so this was a real issue for us and hauling luggage. This is a place for much younger tourists!

Very clean and everything in excellent condition. Note there are not lifts if you are on an upper floor there are stairs required. Excellent area and very easy to get around.

I felt like I got catfished from the pictures on-line and the reviews. The room was old, and dirty. The appliances were worn and at times didn’t work (ran out of hot water multiple times) You would think if you had a room for 10 people there would be enough hot water for everyone. We got the largest room for a family that had older people and little kids, and it was not comfortable for anyone. It was cold, out of season. We mentioned this to the staff and they came to fix the heater - only to find out that the city didn’t have the heat on. Only after we complained later again - We were offered mobile heaters, but we never received anything. It was a terrible experience. I would never recommend or go back to this place again.

Excellent location just a few steps from the main town square and set in a pretty square of its own with bars and cafes all around. The flat is gloomy and looks into a delapidated courtyard- from the photos of the square I assumed that is what I would see but looking again at the descriptions, I see it doesn’t claim this. Spacious apartment although it doesn’t feel cosy. Just one sofa for up to four people, TV mounted high on the wall and a large bathroom with a small shower cubicle in the corner. It was quite noisy from clanging of doors and people on the stairs. I could hear chairs scraping from the flat above. This was poor soundproofing rather than disruptive guests. The kitchen has enough to prepare simple meals with store cupboard items supplied eg salt and pepper, tea and coffee. There are several grocery stores on the square and on my last evening I discovered a far better option on the main square called Biedronka. It would have been nice for there to be info in the flat with recommendations. Several of the lights weren’t working, not enough for me to bother reception but is the sort of thing that housekeeping should check. I was underwhelmed with the various notices telling me what I could be fined for.

Transport til og fra flyplass fungerte bare sån passe, Sjafør hadde ikke med barne sete men fikk låne av kollega men dette var bestilt, på retur til flyplass kom sjafør 20 min for sent etter bestilling og purring i resepsjonen.

Excellent location just a few steps from the main town square and set in a pretty square of its own with bars and cafes all around. The flat is gloomy and looks into a delapidated courtyard- from the photos of the square I assumed that is what I would see but looking again at the descriptions, I see it doesn’t claim this. Spacious apartment although it doesn’t feel cosy. Just one sofa for up to four people, TV mounted high on the wall and a large bathroom with a small shower cubicle in the corner. It was quite noisy from clanging of doors and people on the stairs. I could hear chairs scraping from the flat above. This was poor soundproofing rather than disruptive guests. The kitchen has enough to prepare simple meals with store cupboard items supplied eg salt and pepper, tea and coffee. There are several grocery stores on the square and on my last evening I discovered a far better option on the main square called Biedronka. It would have been nice for there to be info in the flat with recommendations. Several of the lights weren’t working, not enough for me to bother reception but is the sort of thing that housekeeping should check. I was underwhelmed with the various notices telling me what I could be fined for.

This property was perfect for a visit to Old Town. It was also close to tram stops. It had everything we needed. Guarded parking was a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Please note that there is no elevator, which may be problematic for some.

First the warnings: these apartments do NOT have elevators and so you need to climb the stairs to your rooms. Because ceilings are high, each staircase per floor is 26 steps. If you are in poor health and cannot climb with or without your luggage, then do NOT book this place. There is no assistance offered to take your luggage to your room, you have to do it yourself. Secondly, the rooms are not well insulated as these are old buildings so expect to feel cold. Apartments include a washing machine that does NOT have a dryer so you have to air dry your clothes which is very inconvenient if it is winter time as it may take 2 days for thicker clothes to dry. The washroom is not attached to the bedroom. It is across the living room. If you are older and need to pee at night, that is an inconvenience. That said, the apartments have an old world charm, are elegant in their design, bright. While the sofa was very soft, the bed was firm and that helped the back. Service is quick and responsive. Location is within walking distance of all key attractions. The included breakfast is very good and is served to your room between 8am to 1pm. The apartment was very large and very well equipped. It is centrally located with an abundance of shops and restaurants on its doorstep. Our apartment was on the 4th floor of "B" block which doesn't have a lift so it wouldn't be suitable for guests with mobility issues. We would definitely choose to stay here again, albeit on a lower floor.

Property was a great value and the location was perfect. We walked out the front doors and were greeted with culture, history and dining options. A perfect location. Parking is a little trying but other than that it was a perfect location.

We stayed in a large 2 bedroom. It had everything we need including a kitchen with all utensils, stove, refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.. great location with a small grocery two doors down. I would stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying with Antique Apts. I wouldn’t rate it as quiet, as there seemed to be a lot of coming and going late at night, but not the company’s fault. Just know that it’s a semi-noisy little area of Krakow. Super easy to get to the Square & pleeeeeenty of great places to eat and shop. Would definitely stay again.

Helt ok så lenge du vet hva du kan forvente - vi ble litt overrasket da standarden var noe lavere enn hva vi forventet. Dette er i all hovedsak leiligheter og ikke et hotell, vi bodde i 5. etg uten heis. Frokost leveres som take away til rommet. Alt i alt helt ok, men alt var rent og pent!

Det var en veldig fint opphold. Flotte leiligheter som var velutstyrt. Ligger veldig sentralt og i et trygt område. Vi bestilte inkludert frokost, som ble levert på døren ved ønsket tid. Frokost ble levert mellom kl 07 og 13. Bestilte også transport til og fra flyplass. En veldig god service. Skal vi til Krakow igjen, vil jeg bestille her. Er ikke heis i byggene, så ikke pakk alt for tungt.
Det var en veldig fint opphold. Flotte leiligheter som var velutstyrt. Ligger veldig sentralt og i et trygt område. Vi bestilte inkludert frokost, som ble levert på døren ved ønsket tid. Mycket bra läge. Rena rum. Hjälpsam personal, fixade extra täcke och stämde av att allt var ok. Ska ni ut på trip och har frukost ni inte hinner äta på restaurangen be om en frukostbox, mer mat i den än på restaurangen.

Location of this accommodation is very good: in the old town, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We had room C02. This room has little privacy, because everyone walking by could see us through the windows (room lies lower than street level). And we were no fans of most of the breakfast choices offered by café Charlotte. We don’t like salads or quiche for breakfast. There was no regular butter. And some of the breakfast sets included freshly squeezed orange juice which we liked, but others only offered prefab orange juice in little plastic bottles.

Ett hotell som ligger bra til i forhold til shopping og gamlebyen. Lå bra til slik at vi hadde ett rolig og fint opphold. Minuset var at vi fikk rom i 5 etasje uten heis. Men rommet va supert med to balkonger og flott utsikt. Rent og pent og kjempe god frokost som ble levert på døren hver morgen.

Beautiful apartments & just one blockfrom old town square. Staff very friendly. Only downfall wasthe noise at 5am. Think it was deliveries. Apart from that, it was all fine. Very nice breakfast too.

We booked a room with air conditioning and got a room without, in a hot 30 degree Poland this makes a lot of difference. The coffee machine had no filters and the coffee machines themselves were very old, one not operable. The beds were comfortable.

The apartment was lovely, spacious for 2 couples out most of the time. not much lounge area if spending more time inside. it was difficult to see which pictures showed which apartment, but we were very happy with what we found. It was nice that they provided some tea/coffee/sugar. The only downside if that it the rooms over look a courtyard which meant that any sound echoed around and woke us up through the night. There's no aircon so had to have the windows open. Bring earplugs and it will be fine.
