Great location

Amazing stay. Perfect location. Fantastic communication and such helpful staff before our stay with my many questions about gluten free options in Krakow. The apartment was spotless and so warm. We stayed December 2025. Would highly recommend.

First the warnings: these apartments do NOT have elevators and so you need to climb the stairs to your rooms. Because ceilings are high, each staircase per floor is 26 steps. If you are in poor health and cannot climb with or without your luggage, then do NOT book this place. There is no assistance offered to take your luggage to your room, you have to do it yourself. Secondly, the rooms are not well insulated as these are old buildings so expect to feel cold. Apartments include a washing machine that does NOT have a dryer so you have to air dry your clothes which is very inconvenient if it is winter time as it may take 2 days for thicker clothes to dry. The washroom is not attached to the bedroom. It is across the living room. If you are older and need to pee at night, that is an inconvenience. That said, the apartments have an old world charm, are elegant in their design, bright. While the sofa was very soft, the bed was firm and that helped the back. Service is quick and responsive. Location is within walking distance of all key attractions. The included breakfast is very good and is served to your room between 8am to 1pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and got some good cardio with all the stair climbing!

Excellent location just a few steps from the main town square and set in a pretty square of its own with bars and cafes all around. The flat is gloomy and looks into a delapidated courtyard- from the photos of the square I assumed that is what I would see but looking again at the descriptions, I see it doesn’t claim this. Spacious apartment although it doesn’t feel cosy. Just one sofa for up to four people, TV mounted high on the wall and a large bathroom with a small shower cubicle in the corner. It was quite noisy from clanging of doors and people on the stairs. I could hear chairs scraping from the flat above. This was poor soundproofing rather than disruptive guests. The kitchen has enough to prepare simple meals with store cupboard items supplied eg salt and pepper, tea and coffee. There are several grocery stores on the square and on my last evening I discovered a far better option on the main square called Biedronka. It would have been nice for there to be info in the flat with recommendations. Several of the lights weren’t working, not enough for me to bother reception but is the sort of thing that housekeeping should check. I was underwhelmed with the various notices telling me what I could be fined for.
