Beds comfortable, bathroom looks like it hasn't been upgraded in years, desk chair horrible hard to describe! Pool was closed. They had a late check-out notice, but we couldn't check out late. We definitely were close to our destinations, Hurricane Harbor, and Six Flags, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

This is a fancy hotel, but it served the purposes for three days at a very reasonable rate. It was clean, and the staff was professional and helpful. The best part was we went to a Ranger game and the hotel provided a pass to the trolley which met right out in front of the hotel and took us directly to the ballpark and then took us back a half hour after the game was over saving the hassle of trying to get parking and get to the ballpark. It probably saved his $40 in parking fees

The bathroom was very cramped, front door had gaps and looked unsafe. The laundry facilities were out of order. The beds were uncomfortable. Also this is a motel, not an Inn or hotel. It is a straight up park in front of your door motel. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

They do not clean the rooms. The room was dusty. The bathtub had dirty gray ring and was very dusty. The bathtub vent was so gross. The microwave was rusted inside and out. The towels were dirty. The bed was hard and the sheets were very ichty. The staff was not rude but they were not pleasant either. I would not recommend this place.

Bed was comfy! Bedding and pillows looked inviting! I thought it appeared clean, smelled fresh, but it also looked somewhat worn down! Walls and ceilings could use paint! The door looked beaten! It had some dents! Bathtub grout needed a good cleaning or new grout! Some noisy people above in the night when arriving to their room! Other than that it was quiet! Unfortunately Roaches! I think 6 in 3 days! Mostly we weren’t even there. I hope they’re not in my bags with me! It’s a shame! I would return if their weren’t roaches!

I stayed on that property before and it was fine. The room they gave me this time was extremely dirty, the floor was sticky with dirt. The sol if my feets were all black. The sheets in one of the bed had hairs from the previous occupant and fresh blood stains. Obviously the bedsheets have not been changed or washed. I felts very unsafe and worried about our health. I hope noone caught any diseases especially because I stayed there with my wife and baby daughter.

Owners are known for being rude, but it’s okay. Nastiest environment!!! Roaches!!! Didn’t see bed bugs , but very positive there is bed bugs. They offered a refund or move into a different suite. Just don’t stay here.

Hotel was dirty dead bugs in the bathroom I asked which one of my family left hair in the sink both said it was there when we arrived. Couldn’t wait to check out and leave in the morning. Spent more than we should have because a concert was in the area. Could have stayed in grapevine cheaper and a lot nicer

The room was nasty. There were dead bugs on the floor, black mold in the shower, half the blinds were missing, dried boogers on the wall. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

These photos of the bottom of my grand babies feet after walking barefooted for one hour after arrival. Please note that when we arrived, the cleaning people had just left our room. To make matters worse, when I took a shower, the tub filled up with water.

Problem was that the TV it set itself to a screen that wouldn't leave. They said they'd have to send maintenance to our room, but no one ever came. Hard to spend an evening with my husband when he can't watch TV! Bed was hard as a rock. Felt like sleeping on box springs, so not much sleep.

Not gonna lie they need to update rooms. Beds are a box spring and Luke warm water for a shower. Room smelled of smoke. Wouldn’t recommend if you have any back problems it really is just a 30 y.o. Mattress that feels like box springs and yes you can feel the box springs. No breakfast or snacks. Won’t be back.

The room feels very dark, old, and dirty. There were burn marks on my bedsheet, and the overall atmosphere is not very cozy. On the positive side, it is close to the highway, check-in and check-out are easy, and the room has a fairly large TV.

Check in was great, thank you Kevin! Parking area was pretty good. Location was perfect and easy to get to our events for the day. Room smelled good and was clean. The air conditioning had no cover(broken off) and took a while to cool down (Texas heat). Pillows were flat and damp.

Well, the first room card i recieved i went to the room, opened the door and it was someone else's room. I went back, told the counter lady and she looked at the screen and said "ohh yea." The second attempt went to the room, and the door was wide open with messy sheets and uncleaned. Went back and told the lady and she apologized again. So the third attempt opened the door and it was okay but smelled like a dog was living there. Then we didnt have a remote to our tv. So went to get that. A man did show up to help us with the tv so theres that. Save yourself the hassle and don't get this place!

I booked a reservation from Friday April 5th - Sunday April 7th- 2 nights. I arrived at 12:30am to be told that because I didn’t check-in @ 3pm my room was no longer available. I sent a email to the hotel notifying them of me being late on the 4th. Per my email their policy states I had until 4am to check-in, but apparently that doesn’t matter when I’m not there and someone else comes in wanting a room. I will never book this place again. We were left with no room resulting in driving around for 2.5 hours until 2:30am to finally find a hotel that had availability- paying now double for us to sleep for 6 hours. Absolutely ridiculous.

I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN EVEN THOUGH IT IS NEAR MY JOB!!!!! When I arrived in my room I tried to turn on the television but it would not turn on with the remote provided. I finally got the television turned on and there was no signal. I called the office and asked that someone bring another remote and fix the television and was told that there was likely no one available to fix it as it was almost 10pm. When I further argued the point that this was an advertise amenity of the hotel I was told "You're wasting my time" by the girl at the front desk. I explained to her that she should have all the time in the world to help customers and correct issues since her job is customer service. She then stopped speaking and would no longer look at me or answer me when I addressed her. I ended up leaving the hotel and going to another property nearby.

Quick weekend trip. Was a great stay for just my spouse and I. Easy check in, easy access to room. Great location. Blankets were dirty, but we always bring our own. Not far from the baseball fields or football stadium. Little sketchy at night, lots of people out and about. Not some place I would go with my kids and they are all over 14yrs old.. I'm not one to complain either, we had a great weekend. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for.

The inside of the rooms were fine, but the location and clientel were very shady. Do NOT stay on this side of the freeway. I reserved this room for two of my employees, and 1 of them had their truck stolen at 2AM. Later that morning, while my employee was leaving his room, several police cars showed up and were going after a shady character in one of the rooms.

The location of the Red Roof Inn is perfect to the entertainment District. You can walk to many restaurants around the area and it is close to the both the AT&T Stadium, and the Texas Ranger's Stadium here in Arlington. The area is very quiet and the facility is clean. It is a bit worn, but very clean and comfortable.

Property looks nice and well kept. Clean rm except the bathroom corners were dirty. For the price a great stay. Would return. No breakfast though. Cameras everywhere and I liked that for security reasons. Also cops did security rounds. Which I also liked. Ty

Basic motel (doors on outside) for basic price. One night and it was fine. We were put at the very back which was a little creepy but the parking lot was well lit. Beds were comfortable and trolley service was super efficient. No continental breakfast was available. Coffee only.

Nice hotel with great customer service. Room was clean and comfortable. No frills, but 8 minutes from the stadium. Great front desk guys and good location next to a good Mexican restaurant.
