There was no elevator at this property, and I am disabled with the neuromuscular disease. Walking up and down the stairs twice each time I took my luggage into the room and then back down the next day caused pain to my legs, knees, and back. Had I known there were no elevator I would have requested a ground floor room or gone to a different hotel.

Manny at the desk was awesome! He was able to get me checked-in early to allow me and my dog to beat the 115 degrees outside temperatures. On the downside, The swimming pool on the property is empty, has been so for a couple of years, even though it is advertised as having an open pool. Not good in Arizona desert in the summertime! Very misleading advertising!

Checking in was less than friendly, not that they were needed but the laundry machines are both broken, snack machine was empty except a few bags of chips. TV would turn off or had issues displaying every time the refrigerator would turn on/off. The shower head was half plugged with build up.

Description on website stated pool, well NO POOL!! I was told it hasn’t been in use for at least a year. Dirty towels in our room. Requested room close to lobby, got the last room AWAY from the lobby. Washer/Dryer, out of order!! Breakfast, what a joke! Had to ask for refills on a lot of the items. Any “hot” items were cold. Upon check out, front desk was not friendly AT ALL. I highly DO NOT recommend this place to any one.

This hotel was DISGUSTING! DON’T STAY HERE! The floors were dirty throughout the hotel, the dining room had years of dust on the walls. The bathroom had mold, and the sheets were very old and stained. The duvets had not need washed in a long time. Our entire family pulled the bedding off and used our own pillows to sleep. It was gross from top to bottom! The tv sensor for the remote was even being held up by a bandaid. We had pre-paid or would have walked out. The next morning we decided just to look at the breakfast being offered. Yuck! The waffle maker looked like it had never been cleaned. No hot breakfast, no fresh fruit, just some small bagels, small muffins and yogurt. There was cereal and milk but I wondered how old it was. My husband is not the type to get grossed out but he took one look at the dinning room and walked out!! Are all Quality Inn like this? If not your company needs to do a quality check cause this place is crap!

This was probably the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was filthy. The towels and wash cloths were tinted brown. The tub faucet handles were older than my 55 year old son. Quality Inns should remove their name from this property immediately!

This is a literal stop off for working men/contractors, this is not a hotel for people to stay that need a clean place to sleep. The parking lot was overtaken by giant pick ups trucks that parked with no real organization and that made me feel as if my car would get hit while parked. The outside of the hotel looks fine but the rooms are not. There was wiped off make up on the bath towels in our room (I actually saw a vision of Dolly Parton in the smudged face, crazy hey?) , the pillow cases and bedding linens were supposed to be crisp white but instead we had yellowed linen with stains over everything. I have allergies to dust and only react severely when there’s a bad build up of dust mites anywhere. I woke up in a full allergic state to the point my tonsils, neck and face fully swelled at 5:30am. It doesn’t matter how cheap a hotel room is, or how old it is, cleanliness is the most important factor any hotel should focus on. Being a Quality Inn I know it’s not the top top hotel in the area but I’d be embarrassed to call this place “quality anything”. Staff were nice and polite but if they can’t get management to improve their basic standards, this place will just get worse and soon we’ll see bed bugs at this place.

Overall the stay was pleasant except for the AC that was so noisy and failed to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Since we only stayed for one night we didn't make a big deal out of it, but we did inform the front desk of the problem. We most likely will stay at this facility again in the future.

The furnishings are a bit dated. The chair in the room as well as the pillow cases seemed extremely worn. However we were only looking for a place to sleep for the night. This was the lowest price for our range and it served the purpose. The bed was comfortable and it did have a nice balcony. It served the purpose.

The room was not what we booked. Finally accepted what was offered- took 20 minutes. Wi-Fi was nonexistent. TV remote couldn’t be found. Would think towels would be better quality for the price. Think I might be getting a refund??

When we arrived there was no one to check us in. I had called earlier in the day to to let the hotel know that we would be a later arrival, after midnight. We arrived about 12:30am to find NO ONE anywhere to check us in. I contacted hotels.com and was informed that check in ended at midnight. That would have been nice to know when I called the property earlier in the day. I had to call around to find an available room at 1 am. I will not book this hotel ever again.

I purchased travel insurance for this booking and had to cancel day of. I tried to cancel online but the property had already checked me in. I tried calling the property at least a dozen times and no one answered. There was no voicemail option either. The travel insurance told me they too tried calling several times and no one answered. The insurance company said they could not give me a refund without speaking with the hotel first.

The young man at the front desk was friendly and kind. The room was dated but reasonably clean. The carpets need cleaning. The pillowcases need to be replaced or at least whitened. We could hear traffic off the highway, but foam earplugs helped to dull that noise. The breakfast offered a waffle maker, which was very good; cereal; coffee; begals; yogurt;fruit, which was fine. I think we will try a different hotel next time we are in Wickenburg.

Nice hotel with comfortable smallish rooms. No elevator so second floor rooms needed to use stairs. No pool, hot tub or restaurant. The breakfast room had nice waffle irons. The hotel is slightly out of town and was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This facility is very close to railroad tracks. Trains passed about 2-3 hours with horns blowing. The bathroom tub was clean but the surround was chipping in several places. When I asked for a receipt the next day, I was told that since it was a 3rd party rental I would need to contact them for a receipt.

The breakfast area was not clean or stocked. The coffee that I was promised to be Hot and Fresh 24 hours a day, was Cold, when I asked about it the staff told me that some people enjoy Iced Coffee. The continental breakfast was not available for me during my week long stay. For the room quality, no way should have cost as much as it did. Thieves. Didnt even offer a discount for not being able to partake in their breakfast items. Never again will I stay at a Quality Inn Very disappointing.

Staff was super friendly though occasionally overwhelmed. Be patient with them. Room was clean. Direct access to outside from our room was convenient since we were traveling with dogs. Fairly quiet hotel though the highway had a steady flow of semis all night. Breakfast was ample and well stocked. Shower had good pressure and sufficient hot water. Room was sufficiently dark after putting a towel over the hair dryer. No amenities here. You are getting a bed, shower, satellite TV and breakfast.

Would not stay again. The place is run down and looks like little is done to keep it in good condition. The towels were thin, small, stained and dingy. The breakfast was sparse, no protein or yogurt and little chose of breads or rolls. The positive was the waffle machines. The curtain bottom was dirty. The chairs were dirty with torn fabric. This was the worst hotel and the most expensive of our month long trip.

Decent motel. Need a better option for pillows. Hate feather pillows!!! Hot breakfast was a big disappointment. Food was lukewarm at best Hot water was lukewarm and the coffee was the same. Luckily there was a microwave. I was able to heat up the hot water. Cereal and yogurt was available. Only white bread was available. Sausage was the only hot food offered except make your own waffles. No fruit, bagels or sweet rolls. I ate breakfast somewhere else.
