Convenient location for LMU graduation, close to restaurants. Beautiful hotel and pool. Hotel June has one of the best gyms I have seen at a hotel. Unfortunately multiple machines, one treadmill and two bikes weren’t working.

The location is great and the room was lovely. I did have a couple of maintenance issues. On the first night, the bathroom sink backed up. The front desk sent a maintenance person within 15 minutes, who was very courteous. Because of the hour (around 10:30pm), no housekeeping staff were available to clean the sink after, but I wiped it with soap and it was fine. However, the second night, the sink backed up again—this time past midnight, when no maintenance staff were on site. The front desk efficiently booked me into another room. Given how courteous the staff were at all other times, I was admittedly a bit thrown—there wasn't much consideration given to the fact that this was a repeat incident and I had to hastily repack and switch rooms past midnight, after I'd already gone to bed; no one offered to help me with my things and so on. Perhaps there wasn't sufficient staff at the time. I had no issues in the new room. Overall, a good stay and I will consider staying here again.

This hotel is very nice, however the bed was very soft and our backs hurt after a couple of nights. Not sure if there were rooms with firmer mattresses. Otherwise, the room was very clean and the housekeeper was very friendly.

The service was excellent - Mel and Kevin gave me great tips for walkable things and places to eat in and near the neighborhood. And the housekeeping staff were all smiles and friendly too. These touches made my first stay a good one. I will be returning again in July! Just 2 notes: My room’s bathroom looked clean but had a stale urine smell around the toilet. The half the lights in first floor womens restroom were out - specifically by the handicap stall, so it was a bit dark.

Very nice hotel and great staff starting from the valet and front desk. Visually very clean, however my wife and I both had bad allergy symptoms in the room overnight. I have seasonal allergies but she's only sensitive to dust. Perhaps a lack of vacuuming of the carpet or something in the air from the A/C or ventilation. It did not smell bad in the room. Otherwise, it would've been easily 5 stars. Would love to stay again, but I hope they look into whatever it is that made us miserable with ichy eyes and runny nose in the room after a while. I had to constantly blow my nose in the morning and ask for more tissues, which got better once I got outside. People that aren't sensitive to dust or bad air would've probably never noticed.

My wife and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The staff and valets were really nice and pleasant to deal with. The area surrounding the hotel was nice and it was really close to the car rental area near the airport. However, there were a number of things that would prevent me from returning: 1. There was no iron in the room, only a steamer that was not functional. After the steamer was replaced it still operated poorly. A traditional iron would be best. 2. There was nowhere to hang wet towels or clothes from. Coming from the pool this made things challenging. Although there are some hooks in the rooms, these are not enough to handle everything for a couple. 3. The shower drain was clogged and drained very slowly. 4. The hot water was very difficult to access. You have to run the shower and waste a lot of water before it turns hot. 5. The room smelled old and musty. We had to keep the window open at all times to prevent the smell from building up and permeating our clothes. 6. The elevators are tiny and you have to share them with the cleaning staff. 7. Some of the electrical outlets in our room did not work. These deficiencies were not enough to make up for the nice pool area and bar. The food was pretty good.

Everything was great, except the TVs weren't working. Apparently its only apple tv and there was an outage. Imo a bad decision relying solely on apple. Other than that impactful yet small issue Everything else was awesome; pool, staff, walkable food.

We had such a fantastic stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, some of the best sleep we’ve had in a hotel. The location couldn’t be better: super convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and just a quick trip to LAX. The decor is effortlessly California chic, giving the whole place a stylish yet laid-back vibe. The pool scene was a highlight- fun energy, a live DJ, and great drinks made it feel like a mini getaway within our trip. Speaking of drinks and food — absolutely 10/10. And the staff? So friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back!

Staff was extremely nice! The property is clean and our room was very quiet even though the hotel is very close to the airport. I wish they had better lighting in the rooms and more storage. They only have a small closet and floating shelves by the bed. I wasn’t expecting limited storage so I had to keep most of my clothing in my suitcase.

Bed was broken. My son laid in the bed and it smashed to the ground. Daughter and son sleeping on the floor. TV does not work. Old and grungy rooms. Terrible service. We have requested two roll away beds since sofa bed completely broken and falls down when trying to lay on it. It’s now 10:30 pm and have been told 4 times they are coming with the beds and still waiting. Truly worst hotel experience I have ever had

Very cool, vibey place. Complimentary coffee bar set up was excellent. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only negative is the blinds let in light and is not the most ideal option for those that prefer true darkness.

The biggest turn off about this property is the water pressure, if you want to take a shower, you got to give yourself least one hour to finish your shower The AC thermostat is locked and it doesn’t go below 72°

This is not a bad place but what deterred me to provide more stars is that they don’t let you log out of your Apple ID once you log into their TV. That was scary to leave your Apple ID for your whole family logged in the TV without an option to log off…

Visited LA for my birthday and went with Hotel June based off views and accommodations. I will say that we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The rooms were nice and well attended. The amenities and their access were plentiful and the service was simply outstanding. Everyone was kind but Tatiana’s hospitality really stood out our entire weekend (Go Birds) I will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Kevin, Dennis and Brandon from valet were amazing, helpful and friendly. They remembered us from our previous stay. Tatiana and Mauricio from the front desk were knowledgeable, inviting and welcoming. Our daughter left thank you notes for them and they wrote back, even sent a fruit platter. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to see everyone next time.

One very rude young lady who got an attitude with me for coming to the front desk to ask for extra towels is why I’ll never stay here again. What kind of hotel runs out of towels and simply doesn’t tell the guest this instead of promising to send some but having the cleaning staff repeatedly bring hand towels to the door instead? Just absolute confusion over something so simple. Also, the bathroom does not have a shower door, so obviously the floor is going to constantly be wet and you’re literally going to need more than the average amount of towels to keep it dry/clean. While the room was clean you can tell it was a rushed renovation due to the paint job and cheap fixtures. It wasn’t really up to par as it appears to be. The manager and assistant manager need to also learn how to speak to guests with more compassion and patience.

Complicated check in and check out. Staff couldn't find reservation for at least 10-15 minutes. Over-billed at checkout (the promised $24 credit on food purchases was not given until we asked to have the credit reflected on the bill -- this took another 10 minutes to resolve) In any case restaurant prices are too high, and the temperature while dining was really cold (we were told that the door to the outside could not be kept closed so it was kept open instead).

It was okay. Nothing really wrong with it. The photos make it look like a boho Instagram dream. It’s clearly an old motel that they decorated. Staff was nice. Pool is tiny- there is a reason there are no full pictures of it online. If you have kids, you’ll definitely be bothering anyone who doesn’t (I was here in a mommy/daughter trip.) It is a better alternative to staging at the airport hotels and there’s a grocery store and walkable restaurants, but that’s about it. Food was meh. I’d stay here again if flying in/out of LAX, but by no means is it a destination hotel.

Good for staying by airport with out feeling like you are at the airport noise wise. Nice enough rooms. Pool area is nice along with bar/restaurant. Not much to do in immediate area. Grocery store with Starbucks next door.

Such a beautiful hotel and perfect for a few nights it’s located a few minutes from LAX so it’s super convenient! We didn’t know it was valet parking only so that got a little annoying when we wanted to just grab things from our car it wasn’t an easy access but everyone in the hotel was so friendly and hospitable! However the onsite restaurant is very pricey and not a ton of options available. The rooms were so cute and very comfortable!

Hotel has a nice modern beach vibe, comfortable beds, fun pool area (although small & was packed the whole time we were there). The food & drink service at the pool & in the upstairs restaurant was incredibly slow (understaffed for sure) & overpriced. Recommend going to surrounding eateries & bringing in your own! This was an especially busy time since many people stayed there that were visiting for the Taylor Swift tour, overall it was good but still overpriced!!

Kind and helpful staff. Young and hip, so don't expect formal standards of service. ;-) The food was great (green pozole!), bed comfy, and the self-serve vibe is a clever way to lower costs.
