Comfort Inn & Suites Rome South

Just stayed overnight.

Breakfast was good. Make sure to have enough coffee for busy days like graduation. Additionally, coffee was offered in room but no coffee maker. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast area was not maintained. Ran out of food and coffee. Watched for over 45 minutes and no one came to breakfast area. No one was around to refill. Front desk was never manned. Always had to wait.

Breakfast menu was bare...some good items, but many receptacles were empty. I had to request towels for all of the people in my party, and for the bedding for the pull-out sofa...and the additional pillows. The room service only provided a few new towels, but did not clean at all ---very poor cleanliness standards. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and that is the main thing for a hotel, but the staff was unable to get me an extra key, and the pool was unusable (and we all brought bathing suits), and there were not apologies for the lack of customer service.

This was an incredibly clean hotel. Staff was friendly. We had a wonderful stay. It was super quiet, and breakfast was nice. My ONLY warning is the second floor smelt a little stale but inside our room was completely fine. Otherwise, 10/10 stay!
