Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir waren zu früh für unseren Check-in dort und konnten unser Gepäck im Hotel lassen. Dieses wurde nach der Reinigung unseres Zimmers auf jenes gebracht. Es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten wie beispielsweise ein kostenloses Tee- und Kaffeeangebot. Wir haben uns hier sehl wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

I liked the fact that it was not too far away from the shopping areas and covered markets and it was walkable from Hiroshima station. It would have been nice to have had some instant coffee in the room each morning. Free coffee in the afternoon in the lobby is nice though.

清潔な施設、的確な掃除でとても快適でした。部屋の壁が落ち着いたブルーグレーで、柔らかい光の中で過ごすことができたのも良かったです。フロントはもとより、清掃スタッフや工事の業者の方も感じが良く安心できました。中心部のホテルはお客さんがごった返してきているように感じますがこちらはロビーも比較的空いていてエレベーター渋滞もなく穏やかに過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

We enjoyed our stay at the EN Hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our twin-room on the eighth floor was compact and clean. The view of the river was beautiful. It's a 15 min walk to Hiroshima station and a similar distance to the downtown area. We liked this location.

Unfortunately we didn’t had the stay we were expecting. The pictures were deceiving. The rooms were not in the good shape as advertised on Expedia. It wasn’t very clean (f.e. hair on the floor). The staff of the hotel was professional and very caring with nice service. The location is good, just a 10 min walk from the main station and 5 min to the shopping streets. Still wouldn’t recommend it.

Property was pretty much as described. However, the bathroom was very small and not ventilated at all, so the room got very steamed up after using the shower. Beds were reasonably comfortable, and the hotel is in a pretty convenient location adjacent to yagenbori (the red light district). Very close to trams and busses at Kanayamacho. Also, don't lose your keycard. They charge 1000 yen for a replacment.

一通りのものは揃っており、不自由はなかったです。ただ、サイトに載っている写真が素敵すぎて、てっきり川辺の美しい窓外のお部屋だと思ってしまいました。広島は殆ど行ったことがなかったのですが、行ってみると、周りの環境がわりと殺伐としており、部屋からの眺望はかなり辛いものでした。決め手を眺望にしていたので、残念。ありのままの写真掲載をお願いします。あと、部屋の説明に、川側、街側という表示があるとよいかもしれません。よろしくお願いします。

I have stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and it has gone through a name change and renovation. It’s very modern and worth it with the buffet breakfast. Room is one of the larger rooms with a queen size bed. I would stay here again on my future stays in Hiroshima.
