My suite was huge and spotless. I loved the king sized bed, the fire-place, the tv, the very large sectional couch surrounding a small round table. There was a 2 person Jacuzzi, and a steam shower . The toilet was separate from the other bathroom area and there was a kitchen area with a small fridge. A safe was provided too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room served tray breakfasts were delicious. We went to the AG restaurant and the meal was superb.

Our wonderful stay started with an unsolicited room upgrade. The Dining experience at the AG restaurant was more than fine, it was outstanding in every way. The meal was delicious and service very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the Sterling Inn and Spa for both accommodation and dinning.

They upgraded us so that was nice. But I think 20 cad car park fee for hotel guests is really unreasonable. It is better to just add it to room rate since almost everyone comes with a car. And it wouldn’t look so bad. By the way, there is a car park place for just 5 cad a day right across from the hotel :)

Our favorite hotel in Niagara. Everything is consistently excellent. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Property is SPOTLESS. Rooms are so spacious and beds couldn't be more comfortable. Robes & breakfast are the perfect touch. We will be back very soon! soon.

This was our 2nd stay at the Sterling. The entrance was under construction, we had to walk around the workers and step over their tools to get into the hotel - it was rather awkward. The room was large and had 2 levels. The bed was good. Oddly, the room didn’t have a separate bathroom, the shower opened to the room as was the sink. The toilet had a door. The shower didn’t have a light and was incredibly dark. My spouse shined his light into the shower to check the controls (it’s a steam shower) and we saw clumps of long brown hair on the floor of the shower. The breakfast was included and was lovely, the service was on time and the order accurate. Based on our most recent experience, we’d choose a different hotel, there’s a lot to choose from in Niagara Falls.

Location and staff were great. Room was lovely and spacious (offered a free upgrade) Unfortunately the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the noise from the room above both ruined the stay slightly. The flooring is just not suitable for a multi floor hotel and because we were on the ground floor, the noise was awful and it was just from them walking around…..A LOT!

Looks good, very big comfortable rooms, good breakfast on bed included, the restaurant is really good as well. Shower even at the coldest is very hot and water was escaping making a puddle outside the shower. Some rooms have a "smell", mattress was hard and in need of change., the middle was higher than the sides, pillows were big and not my first choice but that's personal preference. Could also feel the wind / cold from the window. Baseboards etc are beat up. The place needs a face-lift. Also the surroundings are sketchy, but that's Niagara nowadays.

The rooms are very large with lots of natural light. The room darkening blinds were perfect and the kitchette is nice with a sink, mini fridge with a freezer. A microwave would have been a nice extra to have. The un room coffee maker is nit ideal but the libby offers fresh ice lemon water and a great coffee/tea/espresso station with flavour pumps. The spa was nice - we booked the arm/leg/foot massage - I would recommend that after a day of walking! The breakfast was sooo mice - delivered on a tray on time, fresh and much nicer than lobby style breakfasts. They even met dietary needs! Our only two issues - 1. There are not a lot of channel options on the TV and the remote was a bit complex. 2. We tried to order room service during room service hours - we had to leave a message and they never called us back! So we had to door dash a pizza. That was disappointing when we were hoping to try the restaurant food. Overall we would stay here again , the staff are really friendly and helpful, the wifi works well and the beds were comfortable! zi also liked a hotel without a pool - you didn't have to smell chlorine in the hallways!

Although the staff is lovely and the location is convenient, you may not get the room you booked. Make sure you doublecheck the type of room you are getting when you check in: we were "upgraded" to a room with jacuzzi tub without being told, and ended up with a larger room (which we didn't ask for nor needed) that lacked the steam shower we so dearly wanted to try. By the time we found out about the issue, it was too late. We booked this place specifically for the novelty of a steam shower, and not only did not get it but were met with near indifference when we raised the issue with a lady at reception.

We have stayed at Sterling Inn multiple times in the past. Rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet hotel. Coffee/tea station in lobby. Short walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls. Staff are great and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel every time

Overall great experience! The room was spotless and service was exceptional. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the jacuzzi tub, which I normally wouldn’t care much about, but this one was HUGE and the jets were awesome. They also provided a bath bomb and robes which really elevated the experience. All the little details were what makes this place above others! I felt like I was at an upscale hotel. Not to mention the prices were so reasonable. Parking is an additional fee, but for convenience it’s worth it! Very close to attractions and easy to navigate. Would highly recommend!!!

Superb hotel - excellent service and lovely room. Sterling inn is set back from the main ‘Clifton Hill’ so is quiet and much more chilled than other hotels. It’s only a 10-15 walk to the falls although that is down a hill but not too bad. And you can avoid the crowds!! Room was big and well appointed, and breakfast a welcome start to the sightseeing. So glad we booked here and not one of the chain hotels!

Nice enough hotel with good size rooms. Just over 5 mins walk to Clifton Hill area, so convenient. One surprise was that they dont have a breakfast room - It is delivered on a tray to your room in the morning. This means you get what you are given with little choice on what you get and how much. Having said that, what was provided was OK. As with many hotels in town, parking is not included in your room price.

The room was excellent! But the complimentary breakfast was disappointing in which ot consisted of 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 croissants, 2 yogurts and side dish of granola. Scrambled eggs and toast would have been a better choice with the yogurts and granola. Also could do away with the apples. The coffee was weak.

Fantastic location, close enough to the action but far enough from the crowds. Only reason not 5 stars is the breakfast is served to your room and I prefer not to eat where I sleep (there is no breakfast room)
