Stayed 2 nights

At check in I wanted to use my debit card for the deposit. Tried numerous times and the transaction kept cancelling. Tried my wife’s debit card, same result. Was told there was a problem with our cards. Used my visa instead, no problem. Went out for dinner after and used my debit card. No issues!!! Didn’t appreciate being made to feel like the problem was mine and not the machine. Perhaps someone should look into the machines you are using to see why it doesn’t take debit cards!!!

We loved the hotel and the staff. The service was excellent, and breakfast in bed was wonderful. Overall, we had a very good stay and really enjoyed our experience. The only downside was the noise from our neighbors. They were quite noisy, and whenever they woke up and used the bathroom, we could clearly hear their footsteps and the sound of running water. Unfortunately, this disturbed our sleep several times during the night. Despite this, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the wonderful staff and service.
