Perfekt beliggenhet, fint hotell og god frokost. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig personal. Hotellrommet var moderne og fint. Alt i byen er en kort gåtur unna, eller det er kort til offentlig kommunikasjon. Det var også veldig god mat i restauranten. Anbefales veldig! Vi skal tilbake :-)

Brilliant hotel, our 2nd time staying here. Love the interior design and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and friendly. Has a kind of Twin Peaks meets Squid Game meets The Shining look in the bedroom corridors, which we loved. Absolutely perfect location for the centre and train station. Brilliant place and will only ever stay here on future trips.

Fantastyczny hotel, nowoczesny wystrój. Hotel leży 5 min od Barbakanu, 5 min od Centrum handlowego i dworca. Możliwość parkowania na ulicy lub tuż obok hotelu są dwa parkingi za opłatą. Przed hotelem dwa HC miejsca parkingowe. Bardzo uprzejma obsługa .Suwerenny hotel godny polecenia.

Smart, comfortable hotel excellently situated. Most of the numerous young members of staff are friendly and welcoming, but they seem inexperienced. The breakfast is very disappointing. There is plenty to eat but It is badly laid on a circular bar with scarcely a metre for guests to move in. When a group of people arrive, it is a positive scrum. There are jugs of flavoured water but I had to ask for orange juice. "We don't have any" was the reply of a sullen girl on my last day. Is this the only hotel where there is no orange juice at breakfast. And no bacon either! But there is spaghetti--yes, for breakfast. Even the Italians don't eat spaghetti at breakfast. And there were stodgy, tubular "noodles", but no tomatoes, mushrooms or potatoes. A motley selection. And the cheese and cold meats (chunks not slices) are tucked away in fridge which has a door that won't stay open. The breakfast seems Vegan/vegetarian friendly, but elderly guest might be less impressed. In short, there are dozens of places in Krakow where one can get a first-rate breakfast, but the Hotel Tribe is certainly not one of them.

The young staff members serve with a smile and I could feel their energy. The new building and rooms have a modern design, and very comfortable. The amenities also smelled nice. My room on the 6th floor was under a roof and had a slanted ceiling, which made me feel a little cramped. The breakfast had some Asian dishes, which was nice. There were no families with small children during my stay, so the breakfast area was calm and comfortable. It's close to the main station, so dining out is not a problem. The hotel restaurant serves Asian-style cuisine, but I didn't try it this time.

Very spacious, clean and well presented room. The staff was professional, helpful and efficient. The location was amazing. Couple of minutes walk to the train station, short walk to Old Town and numerous restaurants and 25 minutes walk to the Jewish Quarter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Tribe Hotel.

Excellent value for money. Guys provide even more than expected. Brand new hotel, built July 2025. Staff is young and very professional which makes it even better. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities you could expect from a 5star hotel. Very central location right next to the mall. Couldn't be happier, keep up the good work guys.

Excellent hotel, very new with all the amenities you'd expect. Great and kind staff. Room very spacious, especially for European standards. Safe area. Less than a 10 minute walk to Old Town and just a several minute walk to the train station. I would definitely stay at TRIBE again on a return visit!

New, nice hotel close to krakow old town. Small rooms, with much noise from outside. The cooling on our room was extremely bad and it was impossible to open the windows except a veru small part. Breakfast ok but not more than that. DIdn't get what we expected for this price

Konstant bakgrunnsmusikk (støy) og unggutter med Tribe-T-skjorter som sitter å ser på I-pads hjelper ikke på. Hva gjør de egentlig? 2. Rommet er fint. God seng! 3. Frokost: Milevis fra norsk standard. Dårlige brødmuligheter og dårlige frokostblandinger. Tror jeg ikke så noen tok brød. Hva med noen rundstykker? Grøten (Outmeal), serveres kald :( Også her relativ plagsom og for høy bakgrunnsmusikk. Kl 0630 er det greit med litt stillhet. 4. Treningsrom: De har en del manualer (opp til 20 kg), men hva med en benk når de først lager et trimrom? Tips: Dette steder trenger en voksenperson / manager i tillegg til ungdommen. Smart, comfortable hotel excellently situated. Most of the numerous young members of staff are friendly and welcoming, but they seem inexperienced. The breakfast is very disappointing. There is plenty to eat but It is badly laid on a circular bar with scarcely a metre for guests to move in. When a group of people arrive, it is a positive scrum. There are jugs of flavoured water but I had to ask for orange juice. "We don't have any" was the reply of a sullen girl on my last day. Is this the only hotel where there is no orange juice at breakfast. And no bacon either! But there is spaghetti--yes, for breakfast. Even the Italians don't eat spaghetti at breakfast. And there were stodgy, tubular "noodles", but no tomatoes, mushrooms or potatoes. A motley selection. And the cheese and cold meats (chunks not slices) are tucked away in fridge which has a door that won't stay open. The breakfast seems Vegan/vegetarian friendly, but elderly guest might be less impressed. In short, there are dozens of places in Krakow where one can get a first-rate breakfast, but the Hotel Tribe is certainly not one of them.

Perfect location, excellent well equipped rooms. Young staff, enthusiastic, cheerful & helpful. We were located very close to the train/ bus station, shopping mall & a short walk from the main square. Our ages ranged from 22 to 75 yrs and we all said that the hotel was excellent & that we wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Brilliant hotel, our 2nd time staying here. Love the interior design and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and friendly. Has a kind of Twin Peaks meets Squid Game meets The Shining look in the bedroom corridors, which we loved. Absolutely perfect location for the centre and train station. Brilliant place and will only ever stay here on future trips.

Very spacious, clean and well presented room. The staff was professional, helpful and efficient. The location was amazing. Couple of minutes walk to the train station, short walk to Old Town and numerous restaurants and 25 minutes walk to the Jewish Quarter. お部屋はとても清潔で広くて快適でした。駅からの立地も良く、不満が無いくらいです。 海外のホテルでは珍しく部屋着が付いていたのもよかったです。また、朝食ビュッフェがとても豪華でした！ フロントの方は荷物の預かりを快く受け入れてくださり、チェックイン後も安心して身軽に出かけられました。クラクフに行かれる人にはとてもおすすめのホテルです！

The Staff was very friendly and professional. The front desk person( I wish I could remember his name) help me when I asked him I there was a chance we could check in early. He helped me out and we were able to check in 3 hrs earlier! The vibe at this hotel is SO cool! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Krakow! It’s in a fantastic location near the Old Gate. Great hotel, few minutes walk away to the Old Town. We checked in at 3am because of transport issues and the receptionist was very friendly and respectful of our nightmare journey. Hotel rooms had everything you needed. We didn’t have breakfast or use any of the facilities so can’t comment. Only a short walk to/from the station!!
