Went to my room immediately smelled marijuana. We had booked for a king room with an ocean view. There was only a queen bed with a partial side view of the ocean. Asked Staff to reroom us and they were not apologetic and it seemed like a bother to them. Next room was two queen beds and no ocean view. Was told that I needed to talk to the manager tomorrow. I was only there for one night. There was no apologies or thoughts about my concerns from the staff. Second room at least did not smell like marijuana. The hotel says that it is smoke free, but there is a smoke and vape shop inside the hotel so that made no sense to me. The hotel is in disrepair. It is old and smelled musty. Marijuana smell smells throughout the hotel and elevator. The pool was under construction and had boarded up view of the ocean from their pool. Did not feel comfortable there would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Older hotel, worn out. I wish the staff were more polite. Though some security, cafe, and valley guys were super nice. The swimming pool in nice and big. Easy access to the beach. Some seaweed but still can get to swim further away from the beach. We stayed on the 1st floor and the smell of marijuana didn't leave the floor for the length of our stay. Everything else was ok.

The beach staff is really rude. The fact that you have to pay so much for a basic chair and umbrella is ridiculous. The pool area was under construction. The hotel was very dated and smelled terrible. The room was okay but the bathtub was clogged. Price was good though.

This hotel was a very good deal at the price that I got. I was paying under $200 a night. Anything more and the price/value would start to get a bit askew. The room was recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check into my room a few hours early on the day I arrived.
