We expected their shuttle to pick us up at the airport since when we called they said it would be 15 minutes or so. After over an hour's wait we called again and they said there was no shuttle!!

We chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. Upon arrival they said the shuttle broke down so there was no shuttle. They offered no solution. The room was ok but the AC wasn’t good. We had to turn it down to 65 to get the room cool enough to sleep. The breakfast was was late so we couldn’t eat the breakfast like we had planned. It was overall. Poor hotel. False advertising.

The hotel is very nice, staff very friendly, pool area was very nice. Even though it is right next to very busy highway, we never heard any noise or any noise from the rooms on either side. Very nice.

Stay was fine. Included was leaving my vehicle for 5 days at a quite reasonable $10/day. The rub was retrieval by shuttle. The shuttle took 40 minutes as we saw other hotel shuttles roll through multiple times and finally called an Uber in the cold. As the Uber pulled up, so did the shuttle. Try harder.

If you love the movie “The Shining“ you’ll love this hotel. Hotel rooms did not look like the pictures. Very outdated. ALL three of the ice machines were broken. Will not stay here again.

Parking is $8 per day. I did not see this cost when I booked. We stayed here after a long flight from Asia before beginning our long drive home the next morning . Our room was noisy all night with highway noise. Housekeeping entered my room at 9:30am after they could not hear me answer when they knocked. Check out is 11 am so I am not sure why the urgency to enter my room. I absolutely would not stay here again. The hotel next door is cheaper, has free parking and gets good reviews. For an overnight airport stay, there are plenty of other options with good reviews, quieter locations, and cheaper prices.

Staff was wonderful. Still pleasant when I rolled in at almost 2 am. Quiet and convenient to both Amtrak and the airport (they have a free airport shuttle). There were a few signs of wear on lobby furnishings, but the bathroom was sparkling, looked recently redone, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was good, and everything scrupulously clean.

It was a bit of a surprise when we got up to our floor and found construction happening. There were bits of plaster on the carpet and baseboards missing all along the floor. If we had been told, we would have been prepared. Also, there was some kind of flashing devise that the front desk person had to come up and disable for us. Stay was still comfortable and quiet.

My only big issue, is had a room that was as close as possible to a major expressway. I realize I probably had a discounted room rate. but I think you could do better than putting someone in the worst room, when there are other rooms that were available

It’s a good location to the SLC airport. 5 minutes away. We had a king suite on the main floor so very convenient. We are next to the freeway so a little noisy. Decently Priced. It’s a little Dated. Mostly the bathroom but otherwise good for 1 night stay before our flight. We had to drive about 10 minutes to get to some restaurants in the area. Looks like they have a good breakfast area but it opens at 6:30 which we need to leave for our flight by then so not sure we’ll be able to grab anything before we go.

Overall it was fine for 2 days. Not the worst or the best. Just okay. The building old so once you get into the room you smell the old. The furniture needs some replacing, and the curtains with holes need replacing. They charge you for parking when there isnt a need to. They don't have security to watch your cars or is it blocked for anyone else to park there. They are not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Breakfast in the morning was okay. The noise you hear in the room was loud too. You can hear everything outside, above you, next to you, and the toilet flushing.

The place is close to downtown but near the freeway. You can hear traffic from the rooms. Check in was unexpected with being charged extra but hopefully will be refunded after talking with an agent. The rooms were cramped with the large coffee table and office chair. Beds were squeaky but comfortable. Bathroom is nice and i like the close up mirror. The coffee and breakfast options were great. I would stay here again. Wish we had time to enjoy the other amenities. Parking was also well lit for accessible parking for people with disabilities.

When I checked in and went to my room. There was a hanger on the door that read “hang on I’m busy “. I did go into the room and it was either occupied or not cleaned. The lights were all on, sheets and towels everywhere. I understand these things happen but when I went back down to the front desk and told the employee, she questioned if I really went into the room and it was occupied or dirty. no apology nothing. I understand these things happen but not even apology? That’s poor customer service.

Clean room, friendly staff as usual. The only issues I had were the phone in the room didn’t work, the juice machine was broken, and the bedside outlets didn’t work. Small maintenance items but the reason for 3 stars was a comment at the front desk about a neighboring room that had no heat. The customer commented on it that it should be looked at and the front desk staff was a little rude after the person left. I am not certain his suggestion was followed up. Overall though I know other holiday inns are on point and a great place to stay.

When we checked in the lady wouldnt stop eating cheetos. She even licked her fingers off while helping us. It was so gross. It was 1am and we just wanted our rooms quickly but she wouldn’t stop eating and prioritize us getting some sleep and our room. It took probably 20 mins to check in. So unprofessional

This property was clean and close to the airport. The staff were efficient and breakfast was fine. There is not much to do in this area and although it is clean the hotel is not updated. The tv in the room was small but worked fine. One bed was comfortable and one was hard. We felt safe and it is close to the interstate.

If you are staying here don\'t plan on eating the "free" breakfast. The food was AWFUL! On top of not being good, it was cold and hard. There was no coffee. Apparently it was broken?? The hot tub was filthy. When I checked in the credit card reader was down and they wanted me to fill out a form with my card information so they could input the information in later for the 100.00 incidental fee. I refused. I told them I\'m not leaving my credit card information in writing laying around and to call me and I\'ll come back down when it\'s up. She said, "oh, i don\'t blame you...."
