Serta brand mattress was excellent. Central air con was quiet during operation. Despite facing the Hankyu rail tracks where a train passes by every 5 minutes, the sound was not that disturbing to me. I could sleep well.

Hotel Claiton is located in an area where there a many convenient stores. But it is next to the train rails and can be noisy. The rooms are very small and old. The mattresses and pillows are hard and flat. Sadly, the onsen is only for men, which is not stated on their site. So I was very annoyed about that. The hotel is cheap, but it's obvious why.. I will say on the day we checked out, there were two very helpful women desk clerks who helped us get taxi's to out next location. We have 7 pieces of luggage, so we had to take two taxi's. They were very helpful with that.
