Perfect..Reasonable price....Friendly service from staff...Excellent location close to everything...Big, clean room and suite area... Had everything a room and bathroom needed with good amount of towels, soap etc.. Nice pool and hot tub area....Great hot breakfast in clean area with many choices with great hrs to sleep in and still be able to eat....Big comfy bed. Quite hallways...Will be back again and highly recommended...

The hot tub was filled with concrete “a couple moths ago and was discontinued” was what we were told by the front desk man. He didn’t tell us on check-in that the hot tub isn’t a hot tub anymore… so we all suit up and go down to find a literal hot tub of cement. So I walk to the front desk and the guy say “well here’s the thing….” And starts laughing. Then he says “I can give you a free snack to make up for it” and kept laughing. I attempted to cancel so we could find a different hotel to stay at, he again laughed at me and said it was not his problem and gave us a card for the manager. We don’t complain, we’re very conscious that people need grace these days. The front desk person could not have handled this situation any worse from a customer service perspective. He told us they have known about the incorrect listing for 2-3 months and it’s still up. They are false advertising and made me revise my review before they will approve it for posting. Will not stay here again, do not recommend.

The property needs a little tlc, the carpet in the elevator needs to be cleaned. Our room was fine but the shower has a huge rust stain and the bathroom door didn’t lock. It is also very noisy, you could hear everything from the highway and the hallway.

Location is good lots of food options and shopping near by. Breakfast was good and the dining area is nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Our room had some maintenance issues. The shower leaked into the room space. Floor was wet around our chairs with what appeared to be mold. There were cracks all over the walls. The PTAC had a smell. The floor could have been cleaned a lot better.

Love the walk-in shower but prefer all of bathroom behind one door. Tall vanity was great but a comfort height toilet would be most desirable. We stayed in 2 separate rooms. My husband’s room had small black bugs, maybe fleas. Upon check-out front desk agent seemed nonplussed. We didn’t discover bugs until morning. Ramp in pool was fabulous.

The hotel is conveniently located off the highway but a disappointment for a Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were dated, bathroom door in bad shape, the hook torn off. The breakfast was quite lackluster. And the overhead fan made such a loud clicking sound, it was unusable.

Needs to look at air conditioning unit in room 206. Sounds like a bearing maybe going out. It was very difficult getting a good night of rest when the A/C kicked on and made this insane noise.

We stay at IHG often. This is our first less than stellar booking. When we entered the room the TV did not work, called and help arrived. Hole in the back of the bathroom door. Tissue box only had 2 tissues. The pull tab to activate the shower was semi broken, had to work it a lot to get it to become a shower and not just water in the tub. No microwave in the room even though it was listed on the booking as there would be one in the room. Bedside dresser was falling off the wall, when opened the drawer it would not go back in until I lifted the entire table up and back toward the wall. Multiple stains on the ceiling. The buffet was excellent as usual The location was great with ease of access to the highway. We stayed in Room 204 June 18 Thank you. We hope these issues will be addressed before another client uses this room at this hotel.

The guy at the desk was very accomodating. There was a big family reunion there and he put us in an area where we wouldn't be disturbed. We had been traveling all day and we were very tired.

We had a issue where the toilet wasn't working. They told me to fix it ourselves and if that doesn't work they had no other options. I have never had a hotel do that. It was horrible service. And they can't say it didn't happen as I have video of them telling me that. Don't stay here is my advice.

Front desk clerk couldn’t tell me over the phone how far off the hwy they were; it was 2 blocks. You could see it. My IHC account has all the wrong info. Said she didn’t know how to fix it. Might need some training. Breakfast was good; room basic

Our first night was a total disaster my five year-old granddaughter and I had to switch rooms at 10 o’clock at night because of a situation. The second night was OK. However, the pullout bed in the room had spring sticking out of it which we needed to use so the person sleeping on that was very uncomfortable and did not sleep all night. The hotel is in need of an update, but the beds were comfortable. That breakfast was hot and good and the staff was very friend
