I have never had a bad stay at a Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Rates are always reasonable, and you know what to expect. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected. The pool was closed for renovations, but this was disclosed when I booked, so, again, no surprises.

It was fine. On the less nice end as far as HIE we've stayed at, but fair for the price we paid. Parking lot was tight and had trash everywhere, and was full of large work truck and trailers.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express because it was close to my family. It did not disappoint. The staff were so very friendly, polite, and helpful. For example, when we requested a shower chair (my husband is handicapped), we had a chair in less than five (5) minutes. There was plenty of options for breakfast, all as tasty as the next. The only draw back is that the front right side of the parking lot has some big potholes. So just be careful when you drive around the building. But that is a very minor thing compared to the rest of the hotel, staff, and amenities! We will stay there again when we come back to visit.

The hotel staff were amazing and the hotel has new rooms and facilities. The beds were very comfortable and the couch bed was wonderful. Great gym and breakfast.

Hotel is under remodeling - Pool was not available, and no floors on the first floor were available. Was disappointing after a long day driving that the pool wasn't available. There was no estimate on when the renovations would be completed, likely all summer long. On the plus, good service at check-in, and yummy breakfast in the morning.

Front desk as welcoming, the king bedroom suite is very nice and comfortable, the fitness center relatively speaking is terrific! Plenty of machines and dumbbells, and most of them actually work.

Staff was quick and courteous but they were going through remodeling so there was a smell of paint or caulk in many areas and the pool was closed. If this was disclosed during the booking I would have booked elsewhere. I don't know what they cook the eggs in for the free breakfast but I'd avoid it.

Our room was nice, but if we knew when we booked with this hotel they were remodeling and the pool was closed, we would have booked somewhere else. Other floors were under construction and the dust and debris were all up and down the stairs. The elevator needs work as well. We did not feel safe riding up in it and would take the stairs instead. The breakfast needs improvement. There wasn’t much to do near the hotel or in the area.

When we arrived at 6pm, check in was slow. As we got up to our rooms we noticed the house keeping cart outside of the rooms- the rooms were not cleaned. Had to go back down to get different rooms. There was a dog in the lobby barking and growling at everyone- dog pee in the hallway. Dirty floors. The main issue with our stay was the cleanliness.

Sheet on one bed had dried boogers on it. One of the towels had a huge brown spot in it. Also charged a $50 incidental fee that we were not told about prior to reservations. This is the second attempt to stay at this site, and we will not return to this hotel. Going back to the other hotel we have stayed at for over 20 years.

My bath tub had what looked like rust all over the bottom which was gross and we didn't want to step on. The beds were very hard and there was strange plumbing noises early in the morning. Staff was nice.

This is the noisiest property we have ever stayed at. The road noise is horrible! I could hear people next door and in the hall like they were in our room. The stomping of guests in the room above us was loud and most of the night.

Stayed in the King Suite, 3 adults and an 18 month old, was the perfect setup with a Queen Sofa Bed and a just the right size area for a pack and play crib. We had plenty of room. Very impressed with the ‘kitchen’ counter and cabinets- a very nice place for the coffee maker, ice bucket and cups. The hotel felt very clean and new. A very impressive remodel! Bren at the front desk was very informative and helpful at our check-in. Gabe was attentive and friendly at check-out. We thought about eating out for breakfast but we didn’t need anything more than what was offered- Scrambled eggs, cheese omelettes, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juices and coffee. The kitchen staff kept up with demand very well. Would definitely stay here again!! Family friendly!!

There were body wash in the conditioner container in the shower (room 200), when I the next morning pointed it out to the lady in the reception, her reply was, I could just have brought the contain down and they would have refilled it. I explained to her I was in the shower and the container was locked to the wall how was I suppose to do that, well it was my own fault. Dear Hotel maybe train her to say I am sorry about that I will leave a note for housekeeping. Also the thing about the hotel offer firm and soft pillows that did not work either 7 out of 8 pillows were firm even when the pillow case said soft the pillows were firm, but I guess I could just go down and get the right pillow.

We had a great stay but we decided to not have our room cleaned as we were only staying 2 nights. But whenever we interacted with the cleaning staff they were so helpful and courteous. The room was great. The food for breakfast was fabulous and again the staff at breakfast were so polite and efficient and helpful

The front desk woman was really friendly and helpful, which was especially appreciated since we had been driving for 10 hours and arrived at 11pm. The entire building felt very clean and the actual room was really nice. We only stayed for the night but my sister and I both said that it was kind of a shame that we were only staying the night. On top of all that breakfast was good with Cinnabon really making our stay great.

I don’t like that I have to request housekeeping. We stayed a total of 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once even though we requested multiple times for cleaning. Also all they did was make the bed and replenish towels. They didn’t vacuum or do a thorough cleaning.

Staff was almost nonexistant. Gave me the wrong key, walked in on other guests in their room due to mix up. Tv never worked. Water stains on the ceiling. Bathroom unclean. Construction upstairs in the hotel. Was told by staff they only do housecleaning every 2-3 days. One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at.

I got to the Hotel early before check in and was able to wait in the lobby. The desk attendant called me up and gave me a free upgraded room. The staff was so pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic the day of check out.

Though this hotel is nice and clean, the surrounding area seems a little abandoned. Clean beds, comfortable rooms, used our Roku for tv viewing. Breakfasts were good, plenty of food. Sparkles Diner is a convenient food option.

It was okay; this is an older Holiday Inn Express, but it has been maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Best part is the Starbucks within walking distance of the hotel.

I understand there are homeless people everywhere walking around. However, when I arrived, I was approached by a homeless man. The hotel itself had security keys. But made me feel uncomfortable to the surrounding area. Informed them of what happened and was told they would keep an eye out.

Overall, this was a good hotel experience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. My negative feedback is that the advertised hot breakfast was missing plates, forks, gravy for the biscuits, and cinnamon rolls. It was like someone forgot to order nearly everything. Also, the breakfast area floor was really sticky. The coffee was edible, but barely.
