Listing was misleading since photos showed there is a pool in the property. Thankfully the nice staff allowed pool access for us in another property the hotel owns (about 8min walk) - it was very nice of them and relaxing to escape the heat!

Schönes Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und für Hotelgäste gibt es Rabatt in den dazugehörigen Restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Corte Regina. Parking outside of the historical city center was easy as a shuttle takes you and your luggage to the hotel and back again when you check out. It is about a 10 minute walk.The front desk staff also worked at a different hotel, so they were rarely there but any question on WhatsApp was answered immediately. The location was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed our little balcony. Sirmione is fantastic!

The pictures show pool and hot tub and when we asked, they informed us that there is none. The pics are from another spa nearby. We told them based on those pictures we expected pool and hottub and not only no compensation was provided they also responded rudely when we sought some sort of compensation such as including breakfast for our one day stay. Wifi also barely ever worked.

The property was fantastic for convenience as it was located within old town and minutes from the castle, many restaurants, gelaterias and all the shopping. Parking was convenient with the shuttle service and was only a 10 minute walk if you don’t use the shuttle. The hotel was clean, however there was some mold in the shower. It was loud, you will be hearing all the sounds of the restaurants below as well as the street sounds. We were awakened every morning at 5:00 am by noise. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Tolle Lage und sehr einfaches parken am großen Parkplatz vor der Altstadt. Leider gab es im Bad unschöne Schimmelflecken und wir hatten Haare am Fußboden. Leider wurden die Haare nicht wie versprochen am Anreisetag entfernt sondern erst am nächsten Tag….

The hotel was in a convenient location and the staff were generally friendly. However, the hotel and room were quite old and not the most hygienic. We had to call the cleaner to change our bed sheets as they were dirty and had hairs on them. The sofa bed was really difficult to sleep on as it dipped in the middle, and the pillows were really high making it uncomfortable. As a result, we woke up several times during the night. Also, every time you turned on the bed, it creaked so much that it would wake us up. Also the TV would randomly turn on during the night when the remote wasn’t anywhere near us - it was definitely worrying. The other guests would also get back to their rooms really late in the night and be talking so loudly, and because the walls were so thin, you could hear everything and this again kept us up.

Noi siamo stati solo una notte ed è al centro di sirmione quindi ottimo come comodità.la navetta che dal parcheggio ti porta all hotel ottimo servizio.Alla reception molto cortese la Signora che ci ha accolti.La camera per la nostra esigenza andava benissimo ma non proprio pulita.Molta polvere sia nei mobili esterni che all interno degli armadi,prima di appendere i vestiti abbiamo dovuto pulire le grucce perché anche loro molto impolverate.Comunque Hotel carino mi è piaciuto.

Our stay was not so good. The first thing we noticed was that the walls in the bathroom were literally falling in. The room does have A/C, however, when we got back from dinner it stopped working. And let me tell you it was HOT in the room. The problem is no one works there later in the evening/overnight so you’re stuck to deal with it. Not to mention the bathroom was very moldy and didn’t have a clean feel. The location was good, very easy to access sights, shopping, and restaurants.

First off, even prior to arriving at the hotel I had a poor experience with communicating with the hotel. Parking is not available at the hotel so you have to park in a lot and get Shuttled into Simione. The recipient of my messages was not helpful when responding to my questions. Upon check-in, Nicole, was very friendly and helpful. Our bed was terribly uncomfortably and the bathroom is incredibly small. However, the issue was upon checkout. I’ve traveled all over the world, nearly 100 countries in my lifetime and I’ve never had such a horrible experience with an employee. We were not going to be leaving until later in the day so asked that the hotel to store our luggage upon checkout. This is never an issue with hotels. The older, gray haired woman was the issue. She told us to just leave our bags in the corner of the public lobby while we left for the day and I told her I was not comfortable with that. I have many valuables in my bag as I am traveling for one month. She insisted that they would be fine in the corner in the lobby where anyone could walk in and have access to the bags. I insisted again that we wanted the bags put either behind the desk or in the storage office that clearly was available and she refused. I truly do not know why she made it such a scene and so difficult, but I got upset because she was so rude and resistant to be helpful. This behavior is simply not acceptable when we are paying guests. It was the definition of inhospitable.

Hotel was really great with very welcoming and friendly staff who were extremely helpful throughout the stay. Located in a handy central location in the beautiful old town of Sirmione near the castle it was always pristinely clean. The room was a generous size for a single person with a comfortable bed and perfect size bathroom. It was a bit noisy late at night and early in the morning outside with the unavoidable clearing of the nearby restaurants and necessary street cleaning but this all made for a clean and tidy environment. It was a delight to wake up to the birdsong in the trees by the balcony and the bells from the old church across the street. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff on the front desk made it welcoming. Beautiful views from the balcony over the restaurant and street below as well as the old bell tower. The balcony gets the morning sun. There's no communal area but there's so many places to sit and eat and drink right on the doorstep that it didn't matter. Reception also provides you with discount vouchers for some local breakfast and dinner places. Caruso was excellent food for dinner with views right on the lake.

We arrived early to a warm welcome and our room was ready. We explored the Peninsula as it's great location meant everything close by. The staff were lovely and helpful. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and food was really tasty and good value.

Nossa estadia nesse hotel foi maravilhosa. O hotel é simples: é basicamente um quarto para você dormir, sem café da manhã, mas é muito limpo, o atendimento da recepção é ótimo e fica na parte histórica da cidade. Pelo preço que pagamos, achei que tudo foi excelente e, no fim, tem exatamente o que se precisa, que é um local seguro e confortável. E a experiência de dormir dentro de Sirmione é espetacular. O hotel tem convênio com três restaurantes, para janta. Oferecem 10% de desconto. Fomos em um deles, ao lado do hotel... minha pizza capricciosa estava uma delícia. Apesar de ser uma facilidade, a falta do café da manhã não foi um problema. Há vários lugares para tomar café nas redondezas. Enfim, tivemos uma estadia muito legal. Recomendo para quem busca uma opção mais barata, mas ainda encantadora.
