Like the rooms. They are remodeling so there is some areas under construction. But well worth it in the sweet rooms. The only thing we didn't really like were the pillows. Instead of 4 normal sized pillows on the bed there were 4 half sized pillows.

Nice and quiet hotel, not really accessible to parking area to and from the room. Multi-level sidewalk and a walk to room with luggage is difficult in the rain especially.

It’s in the process of being renovated. The newly renovated room had a strong chemical smell from the new carpet and paint. It may be better when fully completed. The beds were ok.

The outside pool was only open between 4 pm and 9 pm. Housekeeping could be better, carpet was not vacuumed for the four days we were there. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffl.e maker,yogirt, juices,coffee ,cereals, and, breads. There were a few potato bugs in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out went fast and smoothly. The rooms have had some up-grades to them, but my room was a bit musty. The rooms did have a nice small refrigerator, microwave and a small 1 cup coffee maker. The outlets in the lamps worked, but my plugs did not fit tightly in them so I was checking to see if things were being charged or not. Overall, my stay was fine, but typically stay in a higher end hotel, not motel. Also, my vehicle was backed into from a customer at the restaurant next door. The hotel staff called my immediately and the restaurant owner was also very helpful.

We booked 2 nights and left to go to another hotel after the first night. The room has a horrible moldy smell. We bought some air fresheners but it didn't help and it was unbearable. The toilet was leaking and the room felt dirty overall. We've stayed here a few times over the years and the hotel has completely gone downhill.

The location was convenient however upon check in the room had not been cleaned and how the towels on floor. The front desk did put me in another room and upgraded me. Cleaning staff did a good job cleaning.

The outside pool was only open between 4 pm and 9 pm. Housekeeping could be better, carpet was not vacuumed for the four days we were there. The ac in the room barely worked. It did not cool the room at all, but it made lots of noise. The tv did not work, no signal. Tried the room phone to call the front desk and it did not work. Called on my cell phone and told the guy working the desk and he said maintenance was off, he said let me check something and I will get right back to you. Never heard from him. The carpeting was stained but relatively clean, there were some spots on the walls that needed paint.

I can't say enough good things about the staff here. they were so friendly and helpful. The room we booked though, was a little dark and definitely had the smell of cigarette smoke.

Room was nice and clean. Only downside was that the heater gave off a very bad smell when turned on. I mentioned it to the staff, and I was told that they are in the process of installing brand new heaters very soon, so that shouldn’t be a problem much longer.

The hotel was decent but the beds were hard as a rock. If I had to stay another night, I could t with those beds. They didn’t allow me to get comfortable and that made me toss and turn all night. The wife had the same issue

Overall we pretty much enjoyed our stay, however, the cord to the telephone in our room was broken, so the only way we could reach the front desk when we needed to, was to use our cell phones, and when we did inform the front desk of the issue they said they would have someone to come and check it out but no one ever came to see about it throughout our whole stay.

Several rooms going through upgrades. Should make them nicer. Front desk staff VERY friendly and helpful with my questions. Breakfast foods were also very good. The lady servicing the dining area was on top of everything. She should get an A+. There are newer and I’m sure more expensive hotels in the area but this one works for me

The property I have stayed at many times is not the property it used to be. The Management onsite as well as the owner Mr. Patel has zero care if you’re taken care of. Actually he will tell you to “leave the property”, the only only employee they I can say without a doubt deserves to be valued and hopefully you come in contact with her instead of the ratchet little girl, would be miss. Whitney! She deserves better than that place! Avoid at all cost, save your money and go down the street some better beds lol

The woman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. We were in town for family weekend and had a great experience at the hotel. It was conveniently located near Murray State University and easy to get in and out of! It was not fancy but it was great!

The breakfast bar juice machine was not working, so the front desk person got a bottle of juice to serve the guests on our 2nd day of our stay. By the last day of our stay they had it fixed and up and running. On December 30 at 1 am, the toilet in our room 137 would not flush and was ready to overflow. My husband went to the front desk for a plunger, the night shift lady looked but did not locate one, so we requested to stay in another room to sleep and go to the bathroom and not move all of our belongings in the middle of the night. They allowed us after a phone call to someone to sleep in room 127. The next morning, three women employees showed up with a plunger which was on site and unplugged the toilet and left the plunger in the bathroom in case we needed it again.
