Our room was dirty. There was blood on the curtains and stains on the bed. Most channels did not work. Our sink and toilet were blocked. My husband had to use the plunger on arrival. The pool was also not clean and over chlorinated. Very disappointed

Room was not cleaned. Curly hair all over shower and Sheets had freshly stains on them. It was a sketchy area. I got placed at the end of the hall way next to the door to go outside as a female. I asked to be moved no accommodation.
