We had a pleasant stay at Kew Green. The staff was very professional and friendly. I'd like to commend Timothy at the front desk and the lady (didn't catch her name) responsible for our floor. Our rooms in the SHE floor were spacious by HK standards although the design palette was "unusual". The gym was small but clean. The hotel is a short walk to the Wanchai MTR and is surrounded by restaurants, bars and groceries.

Nice shower and espresso maker. Area had lots of restaurants and close to the MTR. Walkable to the Wan Chai computer Center. Small lobby and hard to bring luggage up and down from room.

Super convenient location in Wanchai, easy bus and subway access. Bit hard to call a taxi though as there's no proper stopping point in front of the hotel. Good value for money hotel, think the air ventilation is not the best though but it does the job for a place to lie your head.

住宿期间装修。天拿水味道很重，另人不舒服。牙膏、牙刷、浴帽等一次性用品收费。虽然是香港政府的政策，但酒店应该提供一套。收费可给客户折扣抵销。而且饮用水都要收费，但酒店可提供罐装水取代胶樽水。以上的收费不是很贵、比较起酒店房费。只是服务水准的问题。

Staff helps to get a taxi and load my luggage onto the car. It will be great if the hotel can improve some property management in the following areas. 1. Guests need to go up 2 levels for the lift. First level has a ramp but not the 2nd level. 2. There is only shaver electric outlet in the washroom, should have an outlet for air dryer. 3. The hotel is mean to returning customers. I have stayed for 5 nights and then returned after 5 days break. The hotel charges $20 for each luggage storing. Furthermore, I have a small handcarry putting on top of a luggage, hotel has to charge as two pieces even though they are binded together. 4. I wonder any checklist for room cleaning. Obviously the bath faucet needs repair but not done, I barely have any hot water for my bath. It is too late that I gave up to have room changed.

三张床的套间很宽敞，房间近期也是装修过的，所以还是比较新的。酒店餐厅在装修所以没有餐饮服务，但是周边有很多好的餐厅。房间的淋浴头坏了，所以造成了不方便，其他都不错。地点非常好，靠近地铁，餐饮。

We were on the third floor and the water pressure was so great that the showerhead kept blowing off the hose. The staff was very responsive and was up immediately to check on it and when they couldn’t fix it, someone quickly came up with a new showerhead and hose. Unfortunately, when my son turned the shower back on the nozzle on the new showerhead fell off, maybe it wasn’t tightened properly when they assembled it. I was able to put it back together myself. The room was a slightly odd layout with the queen bed in the first room, the twin beds and desk in the middle room and then finally leave the bathroom. The check-in process was very quick as was the checkout process. There was a convenient store across the street and it was a short walk from the hotel to get to the tram station. There is also a Starbucks just down the street. For an overnight layover, it did the job. I did take a look at the gym, and it consisted of very light, free weights, two treadmills and an exercise bike in a small room.

Bathrooms are clean with "excellent" water pressure in the shower; AIRCON, WIFI, hair dryer, electric water heater, same day laundry service (which is expensive), helpful staff, small SAFE in the room, small REFRIGERATOR in the room, ice is delivered to the room, one computer in the lobby (small fee required for longer sessions), printing available at the front desk, close to "WAN CHAI" MRT station, close to "SOUTHORN PLAYGROUND", close to "DING DING" stops (Eastbound & Wesbound), no room service but 100+ restaurants within walking distance, close to "WELLCOME" supermarket, close to "CIRCLE-K" and "7-11" stores, easy to get a taxi at the front desk, the TV works but most channels are in CHINESE. We really enjoyed our stay here !!!

The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is also a plus, very conveniently located just three minutes easy walk from MRT. But the room is very stinky with leftover smells from smoking and the smelly shower curtain further worsen the whole experience. The front desk quickly switched a better room for me after the complaint. But the similar smell is still present! Maybe the hotel simply needs a thotough renovation to imporve the problem.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Kew Green as the staff were very friendly and patient and there were many delicious dining places nearby. It was near to many bus stations and MRT stations nearby as well. Even though the room was quite dirty as we found a used slipper under the bed and the lobby was smelly, the housekeepers were amazing as they cleaned up the room even with a flood. The channels were sufficient

I was very disappointed with the experience at this hotel. The condition of the room was generally quite poor and showing signs of age, especially in the bathroom. There was a used condom wrapper underneath the bed which was also quite grim. This hotel is used by sex workers too which I encountered a couple of times in the lift - very weird. Overall I would not be in a rush to stay here again.

The location is awesome, right in front of the bus station come directly from the airport. No breakfast, but you can find plenty of items around the hotel and just around the corner from the bar district, but it was really quiet. The room was big for Hong Kong hotel.

部屋が広く、浴室もバスタブ付きかつ清潔で快適に過ごせました！アーリーチェックインや荷物預かりも快くスタッフの方々が対応してくれました。 Wi-Fiの強度と最寄駅まで思ったよりやや距離があった点が残念ですが、香港に行く際にまた宿泊させていただきます。

It is an old hotel, but the room was quite nice, clean and well maintained. The size is quite spacious for Hong Kong. The hotel is in walking distance to Metro and Tram system and quite a lot food option and convenience store nearby.

Voici ce que j’ai aimé et moins aimé… J’ai aimé le personnel, accueillant et près à nous aider. L’hotel date un peu, mais semble bien entretenu. La chambre propre, etc… Bon rapport qualité-prix. Ce que nous avons adoré et son endroit géographique, près de tout… On a pris le BUS A11 à l’aéroport, et on a débarqué à la station (Luard road) c’est à 1 minute de marche de l’hôtel. Maintenant ce que je n’ai pas aimé c’est le confort des lits, très très dur, pas confortable du tout, on aurait dit que des bandes de bois était ent dans le matelas. On est très loin du « Mémory foam » Encore une chance qu’on y était pour 3 nuits seulement.

After an overnight flight I had arranged an early check-in at a pre-agreed rate with the hotel of HK$100 per hour. When I arrived the check-in clerk demanded HK$225 per hour and after some 'discussion' he agreed to the rate I had been promised but only if I paid him HK$200 (for a 2 hour early check-in) in cash. It was a very unpleasant introduction to this hotel with was good in other respects.

I stayed here during a business trip for an exhibition in Wan Chai, and it was very convenient. The airport bus stopped right in front of the hotel, and the MTR station was just a short walk away. There are also plenty of great restaurants in the surrounding area. After checking out, I made the mistake of leaving my wallet in the safe, but the staff kindly arranged to hand it over to my acquaintance after carefully verifying the ID. I really appreciated their professional and thoughtful service. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Taiwan.

Staff are super helpful and very accommodating. There are a lot of shops and restaurants close by. The dehumidifier works wonders after I do my own laundry and needed the clothes to be dried. It was a pleasant stay. We complain about a smoker on our floor and it was immediately taken care of.

Excellent hotel in Wan Chai district. Very close to Wan Chai stations exits. Plenty of good local Hong Kong food and shopping. Good shower and bathroom amenities. Comfortable bed. Kind and helpful front desk staff. Thanks!

I have stayed for 5 nights and then returned after 5 days break. The hotel charges $20 for each luggage storing. Furthermore, I have a small handcarry putting on top of a luggage, hotel has to charge as two pieces even though they are binded together. 4. I wonder any checklist for room cleaning. Obviously the bath faucet needs repair but not done, I barely have any hot water for my bath. It is too late that I gave up to have room changed.

I have had to arrive for business here before. They always get you in a room even if your arrival time is off the normal hours. I have left items behind by accident. They have held them and returned to me. Outstanding and friendly staff. Unusual to find in the big cities.

Stayed earlier in October was fine, this last stay was opposite. Ridiculous request to show passport etc all over again to get room keys after already going through that process. Asked to speak to manager, to which some lady at front desk pretended she was. Finally someone with common sense gave keys, to go up to wrong room type. Was really a comedy of errors…VIP access was said for all 3 rooms booked, of which nothing was supplied. Possibly would stay again but with plenty of other options in area wouldn’t be first choice anymore.

The location is awesome, right in front of the bus station come directly from the airport. No breakfast, but you can find plenty of items around the hotel and just around the corner from the bar district, but it was really quiet. The room was big for Hong Kong hotel.

The Family Quad room was perfect for my family of 4. Pleasant and comfortable stay, English speaking friendly staff, excellent customer service, extremely convenient location on HK Island with access to bus stops right outside the hotel entrance and 5 min walk to MTR. Many convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, bakeries etc. nearby and laundromats as well. Only 10-15 mins by taxi from HK station and the Airport Express train. This was my second stay and I would recommend and stay again next visit.

This was very good value. Clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Kitchen was closed for the duration of our stay but very nearby Starbucks sorted us out each morning. It isn't luxury but I'd rate it better than most UK Premier Inns

The location is great, a lot of transportation options within walking distance. The street is pretty busy and safe, with lots of banks on the street. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is quiet and the bed very comfortable. My only complaint is that there isn't a lot of breakfast options nearby, it would be fantastic if the hotel can offer more breakfast options. Overall a great choice, will definitely book again.

I went for a larger room with tables and chairs since I had to setup a new computer with my technically competent son. The room was fine and came with a complimentary min-bar, breakfast and a couple of free coffee coupons. Breakfast was extremely limited, as were the staff there...just one. I walked out after a sip of the coffee, and went to a cafe nearby. The coffee machine was no better. I returned all the coupons. Mini-bar very limited. Hotel is primarily focused on Mainland Chinese visitors so the TV setup was no good for English speakers. Very good location but bring your own entertainment and eat out. The mini bar, although free, was also boring and I got minimal value from that.

三张床的套间很宽敞，房间近期也是装修过的，所以还是比较新的。酒店餐厅在装修所以没有餐饮服务，但是周边有很多好的餐厅。房间的淋浴头坏了，所以造成了不方便，其他都不错。地点非常好，靠近地铁，餐饮。
