Comfort Suites Ramsey

Very clean and comfortable rooms. However, pool was cold and hot tub was not working. Unfortunately, some parents let their kids down the hallways for about an hour around 1100 pm with no regard for other hotel guests.

First off the pool was not in working condition, this was our main reason for getting this hotel room. the elevator smelled like burning cables and we had a little excitement when we were in there.

The parking was easy and secure.Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff greeted us at checkin and were very personable. Very nice hotel. Location was great for visiting family. We would stay here again.

The only thing I didnt like is that the hot tub is gone---so enjoyed that!

They have an indoor heated pool and a gym. Also, the breakfast was great! 5-15 min drive to downtown area of Anoka. Many parks close by as well.

Only down fall was pool and hot tub closed but was a very nice clean friendly quiet place

Pool was down for maintenance, the whole reason for coming to stay. Should have had a discounted rate since this amenity wasn’t available

Every thing went great at this property except for the elevator. We stayed on the second floor and I waited for the elevator for what seemed like 10 minutes. Finally, I gave up and carried my cooler down the steps. Loved how big the room was with the fold out couch as we had two teenage boys so we used both!

My sister lives a mile from this hotel and we always stay with her when we visit. We thought it would be fun to stay at a hotel so our boys could swim. The pool was absolutely disgusting. The color was literally green with a nice, slimly film on top. The floor of the pool was also filled with a layer of dirt. The top lights conveniently did not work. I don’t know if that was coincidence or not. The room and hotel was very nice but I spent the money on a hotel to be able to swim with my kids and nephews. I, along with my entire family, were highly dissatisfied with the status of the pool. When brought up to staff, they did not seem concerned.

Hotel is nice. We found the beds to be uncomfortable. Hot tub was broke so not available to be used. Kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast.

Dirty room

My bed had bugs. Didn’t see any when I arrived but rolled over and out of corner of my eye I saw something move and jumped out of bed and lots of them. Crawling all over on the pillow I had my head on and the rest of the bed. The front desk David said he had never seen them that bad. They then moved me to another room and said he checked and was fine. I pulled apart the first bed and saw nothing but the second bed around the area where your knees would be and found another. I immediately went to check out and asked for a refund. He then told me it wasn’t happening until the manager came back on duty in a few days and he left a note but gave no guarantees. Also, said since I booked through Expedia I was likely going to have to deal with them directly. So, in middle of night I am desperately trying to find another hotel and all hotels locally were booked out. Had to travel an hr out of the way to find another. Also, when I called the front desk to alert them of the situation a man answered, I had seen a lady at check in. I asked if he was now working the front desk …he said. No, I am standing here getting paid nothing. I asked for a manager and he stated no one was available and once I told him the problem he changed his attitude but to have such a rude and snarky person answer the phone in this middle of this traumatic event didn’t help. I didn’t sleep all night and the way my back and head feel I suffered several bites as I had been in bed an hour before the discovery.

The staff was professional and very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very nice place to stay

We stayed in room 311 and had relatives in 104. Room 311 smelled of a wet dog. The carpet immediately surrounding the air conditioner was drenched. Our relatives room smelled of a Saltwater aquarium. Like a sting ray exhibit.

We enjoyed our stay and overall, the room was clean except for a few hairs on the bathroom floor. The bathroom light would not turn off but we just kept the door closed. The staff was outstanding. The man who cleaned the breakfast area did an amazing job of cleaning every surface! We would stay again.

I love coming to this hotel because the staff is always friendly and polite. The rooms are clean. And I can fit my family of mom and dad and four Littles in one room. Location is great because you can connect and get anywhere you need to.

The front desk staff was rude. The room had not been cleaned well, the floors were not vacuumed and the bathroom was dirty. There were rips in the curtains, and the beds were very hard

Room smelled terrible upon arrival. We had to open the window to air it out.

The rooms are nice, and a decent size with a mini fridge and microwave at least. Very quiet, especially for being adjacent to highway 10.

A little over priced for the commonness of the foom. Was expecting a little mor updated building.

Room was clean, facing the highway very noisy. At breakfast something was broken every time. Otherwise no problems.

There were three burnt out light bulbs in our room. The shower valve was frozen, so no option to run a bath. The tub drain was clogged so we stood in dirty water to take a shower.

Nice enough, comfortable enough, two queen beds plus sofa sleeper was great, desk space worked well, spotty slow wifi went in and out made working very difficult, pool chemicals too strong, plenty of breakfast options, juice maker broken, tiny mini fridge in room (very small).

Clean room and property. Staff was very friendly. Only issue was that the heater did not shut off so the room got hot. Had to keep turning the heater on and off.

Room was dank and a little smelly. Just seemed very old and outdated.

We chose Comfort Suites for a local overnight. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Big, comfortable bed with nice linens. Noise reduction windows. Nice big TV. Pleasant welcoming staff at Reception.

The room was fine, the only thing that was strange is not having someone at the front desk. You had to pick up a phone and call them. We never saw him and were in and out that day and the next.

I booked a reservation of two rooms on Expedia. Somehow the hotel only reserved one room for us. When we arrived at 10pm to check in, we were told that only one room was held for us. We had 10 people. Ultimately we were given two rooms but the second room only had a King bed instead of the two Queens and pull-out couch we were planning on.

Nice property. Current construction makes it a little harder to get to the hotel, but decent priced and nice place overall.

It was a very easy check in.Friendly. desk staff. Decent breakfast. Nice room. Very quiet. Would stay here again. Only downfall was getting into the hotel due to some road construction.

Great Value! Clean room, good breakfast, generally a great experience. Construction around the hotel is ridiculous. Don't rely on map apps... once you finally get there check in front desk for updates on construction and how to get where.

Loved this place but there is so much construction going on. It really made getting there really complicated.

The road construction around the hotel made it somewhat difficult to access the hotel. The toilet seat in my room was installed improperly, so it would not stay in the "up" position. I\'m a guy, so had to drape a towel over the thing so I could stand and use the toilet.

A great location.

The sausage links were gray, rubbery and unappealing. The eggs were good. The bread was not very soft and the waffle mix was good but almost out 30 minutes before ending time. Loved the beds and bathroom but like higher toulets.

Check in was super quick n hassle free. Room was very clean with no weird smells. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel plus breakfast staff was top notch, helpful and keep everything clean/stocked!
