Premier Inn Luton - Airport

First off the person in the desk got rude with me when i asked our room number after she handed me the key . She said no hotel will say that out loud its a safety risk hmmm . There were stains spills that were on floors for 3 days saw them on check in were never cleaned , the carpets never vacuumed, room had mold on shower head, cob webs and layers of dust on fan and AC unit . Counter top had sticky drink rings from previous ppl when we went in room .so it wasnt cleaned . Elevator had not been cleaned in who knows how long .it was disgusting hand prints smears that were also We Told two staff first one just looked at me blankly the one who checked us in ,she then asked me my room number hmmmm ? Night satff tried to move our room when we went in the next room to look before we moved the next room had no power and more cob webs and dust than the first . He apolagized refused us cleaning supplies as we just wanted to clean ourselves by now . He promised someone would come the next day . We went to our event came back at night and nothing had been done we went through 3 days of promises and nothing being done. There was no availability anywhere else for us to move too . I contacted hotel.com the first day .the person on chat offers to cancel the hotel and try to get our money but this terrified me as there was nothing available In the area we were there for a large event Worst dirtiest stay ive had anywhere

I got charged again for the hotel even though I showed the receptionist that the hotel was fully paid he still charged me again

Clean

Friendly staff, easy check in. Paper thin walls, we could have easily have had an intimate conversation with the rooms next to ours, who, obviously, woke up at 4 (airport), and jumped into action. Convenient, but not convenient enough for the airport.
