Stayed 1 night

Stayed here overnight due to early morning flight from Luton Airport, room was relatively clean, there was a lot of cosmetic damage, broken plastic covers etc but everything was bodged and working. I was thankful for working Aircon. Short walk to city centre and interchange for frequent buses to the airport.

1/5 – Avoid this hotel Staying at this hotel was one of the worst decisions I've made. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the hotel was poorly maintained. The reception lobby had no air conditioning, and I was told that the AC on the first and second floors was also out of order but would be fixed by 6:00 pm. It never was. I was first given a room on the second floor that was absolutely filthy. It was dirty throughout and even contained someone else's clothes, which shows it hadn't been cleaned properly before I checked in. After complaining, I was moved to another room with air conditioning, but the unit ran constantly and couldn't be turned off. I had to call reception just to get it switched off. The replacement room was still grimy and in poor condition, and the bathroom was tiny, dirty, and in desperate need of a deep clean. The overall standard of cleanliness and maintenance was completely unacceptable. This is, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone and certainly won't be returning. This version is firm, factual, and credible, which tends to have the most impact on review platforms.

Horrible place, shouldn't be called a hotel. Dilapidated, broken bed and when I complained they were very rude and defensive. Broken shower, amenities terrible.
