Best Western Richfield Inn

Outdated, not great breakfast, building is falling apart.

Tha staff were very amenable to giving us rooms on the first floor since two of us had disabilities. The laundry was a plus too!

Very nice staff, nice breakfast with nice variety, good fitness room with free weights and unique treadmill. Good value.

The check in process was excellent. Our original room was on the second floor. My husband and I have had back, hip, and knee surgeries I the past year. Climbing the stairs with luggage is challenging but not impossible. She changed the room for us since there is no elevator in this hotel. We didn’t know that when I made the reservation. Thank you.

The guy was so helpful and kind!!
