This was out on the middle of nowhere so to think that you were going to get a really nice hotel was not realistic. However, when I took a shower, the water in the tub was above my ankles when I turned the water off. That's not good, and do I need to say more. The workout/fitness room was worthless. The cardio equipment was junk, and were not working properly - broken. This was not a good experience and will never stay there again if I ever have to go through that area again - hopefully I will not have to.

Everything in the hotel was really super. No red flags. breakfast was hot and satisfying. fitness room had a complete set of dumbbells as well as cardio equipment. Our only disappointment was the pool did not open until 2 PM so we could not do a morning swim. We would stay here again definitely.

Front desk was very nice at 11:30 pm. High beds and very comfy. Good breakfast and looks like they do care and try hard to keep breakfast stocked up. Big parking lot in back for our trailer. Easy to find off interstate.

I travel between states often and have stayed at numerous Hotels from Richfield, Beaver, Cedar City, and St. George. This is the nicest, cleanest, well decorated, room that I have been in, in this price range. Rooms were nice, comfortable bed, frig, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Slept amazing which is unusual as Hotels can be noisy as well. Thank you Best Western, Richfield for caring and taking great care of your guests!

While the staff was incredibly nice, after checking into our room we noticed a bug crawling on top of the bed. After removing the bed sheets we found it was infested with bed bugs. We notified the manager, showed him the bugs, then left.

We booked because it said it’s pet friendly. To be honest, I’ve not traveled with a pet before. But it really didn’t feel very pet friendly to me. Overall, the building was clean and smelled very good. The two things that warranted lower stars for me was that the remote control to our TV was honestly filthy. Visible yuck in the grooves and buttons. And, blood on the light button in the bathroom. Looked like someone had tested their glucose then “booped” it to turn it off. It should be a cardinal rule to cleanse high-touch areas guys. The rest of it was great. Our bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast gave so many choices, even the pickiest eater could find something they liked. For sure!

A very good place for a quick overnight stay. My king size bed was kind of small, maybe a queen, but it felt smaller. The food was not that good, but I was not expecting a full size breakfast either. I would stay there again. Easy, quick and not a dirty hotel. Staff is friendly.

I get that hotel was full, but the internet bandwidth was horrid. Breakfast was underwhelming. Just eat elsewhere. I guess it is OK for one night. It was cheaper than rest of hotels around, but if it is close in price, look for another hotel.

You can tell the owner takes pride in the property when you enter the lobby. Much better decor and style than your typical low-cost motel. The room was newly remodeled, clean, and very comfortable. Large, new bigscreen TV and tons of channels. Little things—good quality coffee/coffee maker, a blanket in addition to quilt, everything worked, plumbing, heat, etc.

This hotel was OK. The bed wasn’t a Queen. The pillows were horrible and towels very rough but room was clean. We stop to have food within walking. The only thing was Subway and Arby’s. Subway was horrible and the girls that worked there did not know what they were doing.

We stopped here for a one night stay while traveling. Price was reasonable for the facilities. Very much appreciated they have some grass behind the hotel for pets. Pretty challenging to find grass area for pets at many hotels in the desert. Bed was comfy, room was a nice size. A chair or loveseat would be nice to have and the room can accommodate it. I’d stay here again.

When I checked in, I stated my dog was a service animal. The clerk said “I guess everyone needs a service dog now.” I didn’t appreciate his attitude. He also stated I did not inform them I had a disability or a service animal but I showed him my message. He initially put me on a second floor room with no elevator. He then magically found a room on the first floor.

I am not one to leave poor reviews, this is a must. Driving from Indah to California, we made a reservation for whatvwe thought was a best western in Fillmore, Utah. We made the reservation through expedia. Within five minutes of making the reservation, i realized my mistake and found I'd made it for Richfield Best Western, a two hour drive from Fillmore. We called expedia immediately and they saidvthey would call the hotel to try to cancel. The hotel absolutely refused and the clerk even mocked us. Expedia also said there was nothing they could or would do. So we are out 82 dollars and no recourse for it. They were completely rude and the whole business was disappointing, Both with Expedia and the Best Western Hotel. Lesson learned. It was painful to suck it up in todays economy.

We had a traveler who needed a first floor room or access to an elevator. I forgot to include it with my reservation. When we got there, we had a 2nd floor room with no elevator. I was going to have to make reservations elsewhere and not use my (non-refundable) reservation there. The staff was able to contact another room and upgrade them in order to give us the first floor room. I was very grateful to him for his quick thinking and kindness.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The motel was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The bed and room were comfortable; we slept well, which doesn’t always happen when staying in motels. Our puppy was welcomed and we noticed several other customers also had pets. I would stay here again.

We stay in lots of hotels because of traveling with sports. This was the worst customer service. I was told to keep my room keys away from my phone when they stopped working, instead of just doing it with a smile on his face. I had to tell him they were never by my phone and was in a different pocket. Then the food was the worse breakfast food out of all the hotels we stay in. The mustard in the packets were brown and dried out, the eggs were in 1/2 of water making them unedible. When breakfast was over, right on the dot, the staff turned off the lights in the lobby turned off the TVs that were playing (making the lobby unwelcoming and came in and locked the breakfast room as my family and others were still in their eating. As we left, we had to unlock the door to get out. Then for some reason they had a paper over the open time of the pool thing, saying 2:00 p.m. instead of being open in the morning. That's something my daughter looks forward to every time.

I didn't reserve a dog friendly room through Expedia prior to my arrival but the hotel staff was very kind in helping me and my pup get squared away. Great complimentary breakfast, great spacious room and comfy bed. I will definitely stay here again when I travel back through Richfield in January.

Turns out this hotel was in the perfect location for a layover on my roadtrip to Colorado from California. My stay was very pleasant and the service was very nice. The desk manager was very friendly and happily answered all my questions. While this certainly is not a luxury hotel, my experience was very good especially for the price.

Ok hotel for a cheap stopover on the way to somewhere else. It is a compact hotel and it does have amenities but just about! A tiny pool, tiny gym and the laundry machines are on the corridor! Breakfast was honestly awful! The juice was decent bit that was about it! The cereal was stale, the eggs were of the powdered variety and were cold and watery! You couldn’t eat the donuts - how it is possible to get donuts wrong? The manager spoke very loudly on the phone and didn’t seem to care that we really didn’t want to hear this whilst eating our breakfast!! Having said all this, the hotel was cheap and adequate and was fine for a bed for the night. Manage your expectations and you’ll be fine here for a night

Nice clean room in good repair. The manager was very friendly as was the staff. In my experience, continental breakfast is pastries and coffee, but here continental breakfast is: Biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, waffles, pastry and more. I will be coming back here again.
