Comfort Inn Richfield I-70

Breakfast was fresh and was adequate. I very much appreciated the pet friendly aspect of this hotel. We traveled with our dog and this hotel made that easier.

Great stay, highly recommend, quiet and clean rooms.

Easy to get to and check in. Parking can be a challenge though. Breakfast was your basic continental selection but pretty picked over. When asked if more was coming out was told no. That was at 7:45am and it goes until 9am. Room kind of smelt like pee.

Breakfast staff was helpful and kind. At times hard to find someone at the front desk. No towels in the pool. When I asked for towels to shower the second day they only gave me two and said there wouldn't be anymore until the next morning. Second floor and their were ants in our bathroom when we got there. Conditioner leaked.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The outside door of the hotel was unlocked for anyone to open, and the back sliding door to the pool area. The door to our room was already open with the swing bar lock propping it open. We looked down the hall and noticed a few others were propped open the same way. Room wasn’t clean with a previous guest’s long hair in the bathroom and on the carpet near the beds. Room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed other than right down the middle for some time. Staff was a bit immature, I heard the clerk complaining in the back about the customer before me as I waited in line for pool towels after he left. Spend the extra $30 and stay somewhere else.
