Hampton Inn Richfield

Everything was perfect except for when we came to our room after a long day at a dance competition no one cleaned our room and I got sad so it was hard but overall stay really good

The 2 nd floor we stayed on smelled like a wet dog. The bed was broke and the bathroom Dan stated on. We couldn’t shut it off. The elevator was broke. They did offer to give us a refund for our room when we checked in because of the broken elevator. But we knew all the other hotels would be booked. The girl at the front desk was really nice and the breakfast was fine.

The room was definitely in need of maintenance, bed lumpy, pillows horrible and carpet dirty. Breakfast was excellent with great choices. Staff was friendly and did make an effort to be friendly and accommodating. The elevator was broken making it hard on all who definitely needed it, there was never an offer to help or additional staff to help those who had difficulty with the stairs. Big mistake on the management for this. The work out room was small and smelled like a locker room. Grounds were clean and well taken care of. Not sure I would choose it again

Bang for my buck! Comfy beds, soft towels, everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious ( and bonus points for valentines sprinkles!) We will be back the next time the kid wrestles at State!

The girl at the front was nice but very inexperienced. My husband had not made the reservations, but he did go to the desk to check us in. We had previously paid Expedia for the entire package of flight, car and hotel. However, she went ahead and charged him $306.+ for a two-night stay. He asked me about it and I told him that we had already paid so he went back to talk to her about it. She said she couldn’t refund it because she didn’t know how Expedia worked and she had to wait to talk to a supervisor. It wasn’t the worst thing that ever happened, but it did add stress to an already stressful trip as we were in Richfield to attend my brother’s funeral. It seems to me that they need to put experienced people at the front desk for check-in purposes so this kind of thing can be avoided. The room was nice, but I felt that the shower could’ve been a little cleaner. It had red mold stains in the corners that a little bleach could probably have done wonders for.
