Nice small hotel for a short period stay. However here are some takeaways: >>NO Lift in the hotel. >>For ICE you have to get someone from reception to help you out as you cannot get it by yourself. >> Good reception

The rooms were cozy and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The pool wasn’t very kept up and the sauna wasn’t on..” breakfast was ok, but the food was out quick. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. Wonderful ice cream shop. Amazing beds and easy check in and out! Nice location. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

It was easy to find which was appreciated because it was the end of a very long day of driving. We took a quick refreshing dip in the pool before dinner. Breakfast in the morning was basic free hotel fare but good. The cons were that the ice maker didn’t work (although the staff did get some for us). Also no towels at the pool. Room towels very thin. When showering the bathroom was flooded with water. We used the towels to soak up the water. Shower curtains didn’t do their job.

Biggest downside was this hotel has NO ELEVATOR! We were in the basement and the internet was terrible. The tv remote never worked (even after they brought us new batteries). Bathroom amenities were stingy. But room was spacious and decent. Breakfast was good and overall it was better than our friends’ stays in other Richfield hotels.

The staff was helpful when you could find them. The entire property has a single public ice machine which was broken. Staff was happy to get ice from behind the scenes (again,when you could find them). Great ice cream vendor in lobby. Very reasonable and enjoyable. Rooms were tired and poorly designed. Good luck finding an outlet to charge your phone! Non-existant. No iron in room. Beds were comfy enough. Overall, not bad but all Ramada's are sort of the "Spirit Airline" of the hotel category: They get the job done without any frills!

The staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was ok but the fruit looked old and bruised. Trash was overflowing. No elevator so i had to carry my bags up and down the staircase. That would make it hard for someone older or even injured.

We stayed there for 2 days. Older hotel but in good shape, The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of hiking at zion national park. Front desk people were very friendly, and they had a decent breakfast 👌

Just on the edge of the Downtown area of Richfield Utah … This is a little hidden gem. You are far enough off from the Interstate yet not far at all. The entire property was refurbished a few years ago… and when you walk into the lobby… It is like you just went through a portal … It’s so nice inside that you have to look back to see if you are still in the small town of Richfield. … BE ADVISED… NO ELEVATOR if you need one.

We just needed a place to stay for the night. I was just exhausted with our stay at this hotel. There's no elevator! I had stroller, luggage and a bunch of Others stuff. There's 5 In our family including a baby. This motel, whatever you want to call it is only for one person, maybe couples but Not for Family. It's outdated! It's like going back in time, like in the 90's. The bed was ripped on the bottom also. And we paid almost $200 for our less than 12 hrs of stay. Just saying. We just needed a place to stay for the night.

Comfy bed. The rooms could use some modern updates but it was good for what we needed and the Scoop Ice Cream shop inside has delicious ice cream!

The room I stayed in was dirty, and it smelled weird. I couldn’t even turn on my AC because all I could smell is cigarette smoke once turn on that’s coming through the vent. The bed is very uncomfortable, the carpet look dirty. Overall it wasn’t a comfortable experience at all.

Really nice staff. Great ice cream. Mold in shower grout. Rusty/dirty tub spigot surround. Dust on hair dryer. Bedding looked clean. Got locked out at the back - key card wouldn’t let me back in when I went to the car. Good price for a last minute booking.

The staff was very friendly. However, the room needed some improvement and updates. Broken tiles in the bathroom, empty tissue dispensor, and old food left in the refrigerator. Plus there is an underlying musty smell which I'm sure is contributed to the age of the property. Not really what I expected. One and done unfortunately because the location was good.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Ramada in Richfield. Upon checking in, we were assigned a room that was still dirty from the previous guest—the bed was stripped, and the room had not been cleaned. The front desk staff informed us that their housekeeping staff hadn't been able to clean any of the suites on the first floor. ​They moved us to a downgraded room, which was also a problem. I found what appeared to be signs of bed bugs and documented them (not a extermanator but I the photos took/ attched are enough for me to not chance it), bringing the issue to the staff’s attention. We decided to leave and were offered a full refund. ​The refund process was slow, taking around 45 minutes to complete. During this time, we witnessed the staff check another family into the same dirty room we had been given initially. That family quickly returned to the lobby with their luggage and was moved to a downgraded room similar to ours, only to come back down with their bags as well. ​This hotel clearly has significant issues with cleanliness and a lack of proper room turnover. The situation was handled poorly and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was apologetic, but the overall experience was unacceptable and frankly, concerning from a health and safety perspective.

When we arrived at the property it felt unsafe; several individuals standing outside smoking and on the phones. We parked under the light to be safe, but still felt a little uneasy. The clerk was friendly when he checked us in. The hotel was quiet inside and nice setup. However, when we entered our room we were hit with a smell of what I described as a wet dog and hot air. We returned to the desk, and although the clerk assured us that our assigned room did not allow pets, he moved us to a new room he still had available. He made a note of the change and the complaint without issue. The new room did not smell, but there were stains on the carpets. Breakfast was good in the morning and the front desk was very friendly at check out.

Remodeled hotel that is super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent value!!

Didn't come to clean the washroom even I stay in six days

Property is a bit older but it was super clean and staff was great.

No iron or ironing board. Bed was very stiff. No elevator so be ready to lug your bags up flights of stairs.

Nice large room. AC unit was really loud.

Outdated. Tv the size of a laptop. Very noisy.

Although, we were only there for 1 night. The A/C unit was LOUD. The unit definitely to be looked at, fixed or upgraded Hard to get a good nights rest when it was running. However, the Staff provided excellent service at check in, during our stay, and at check out.

There was no elevator and my son is in a wheelchair. I carried him to the room. No internet. Could not make calls or get service. Felt like we were underground

The internet is not good, specially for the rooms at downside They dont have indoors parking and camera not cover everywhere! Even the simple things like toothpaste you have to buy it!

We stayed here last year, in an excellent king room (was very comfortable and why we re-booked this year). This year, we were put in a "garden" room a/k/a the basement. The room was dark, as the only window in the room faced the pool area - standing at this window we were literally looking UP at poolside furniture. The bathroom had a jetted tub that could not be turned on and the room definitely needed better ventilation. Every single time rooms above this one flushed or otherwise used water, we could hear the water draining loudly through the walls. Would not book again unless guaranteed in writing that my room would not be in the basement.

Very good location. Appears to be newly refurbished. Spacious, quiet, and very comfortable room. Downtown location. We highly recommend it.

I love my stay there. I had made a mistake with my booking. The staff worked with me fix the situation. The staff help to work around my handicapped making sure i had everything I needed

My wife needed to have her arm surgically repaired at the local hospital. We arrived a bit early to check in and we’re told that early check-in would be $50 extra. She was with me and in a sling when the desk attendant told us this. Their inability to accommodate this Was a first for us. Especially since my wife was standing there with her injury and no empathy at all was given. When I came back an hour and a half later to check in I specifically asked for a quiet room. The room that they gave us had incredibly noisy neighbors who left the TV on loud all night long. We won’t stay there again when we’re in Richfield.

The check in front desk staff was great - it was evening. Around 10pm loud noise from the adjecent room kept us awake for some time - we did complain - nothing happenend. Next morning (breakfast is soso - nothing special and very limited) the noise started again - voices and screaming etc. etc. we complained again and the front desk (male) person seemed to be understanding but didn't do anything. Eventually we knocked at the door to ask the occupants of the room to keep their volume down a bit - there were 3 adults and 2 children in this accessible room and they claimed not to speak english. The front desk person got very angry that we tried to talk to them about the noise and it felt like something fishy was going on --- the hotel was otherwise empty. We will not come back nor can we recommend this place.

Have stayed here before and was happy to return. The remodel from our last time was outstanding. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and overall excellent. Breakfast was very good, the area clean, and assistance, perfect. All of this was topped by all the wonderful Staff Members encountered. They were outstanding!! Thank you! We’re already planning a return trip and stay!

Well, it never happened. I got a call at 5 pm the day we were supposed to check in to hear they overbooked the hotel and canceled our reservation. They did find another hotel 20 minutes away for double the price and a broken ac. We had to take it. We were already there with no where else to stay.

A very nice is a convenient place. I was pulling a trailer and they had good parking for me. Also arrived late for my check in and it was no problem.

Older building but well maintained. Clean and close to town

The staff was great and the facilities were clean and comfortable for the most part. I found the bed to be a bit hard, but not enough to complain about. The location is well placed right on main street with the business district directly to the south and a nice park to the east. I would stay here again.

Carrie at the front desk was amazing. The bathroom was dirty and the sink was extremely slow to drain. Breakfast was cold and not at least warm. Good thing there was a microwave to warm it up.

The staff were very pleasant and professional. There was little to no hot water for showers. The ice machine was broken. There was no tea available for breakfast, and I was told by the front desk that they had none.

Had a quick overnight on our way from Reno to Denver. Hotel has been updated and feels super clean. Pool area was really clean and the kids enjoyed it. There is an ice cream shop in the hotel, which again, the kids loved. The free breakfast was also really enjoyable. We will absolutely look to stay here again when we travel to Central Utah.

Clean! Not very good if you are physically disabled. The regular bathrooms would not accommodate walkers or wheel chairs. No shower heads on a hose. I had to climb a very steep set of stairs to the pool, which was clean and refreshing. I could not access the gym or the sauna. I also had a hard time getting enough bath towels. I’d request more everyday only to come back and have less than I requested. They have a good full breakfast and make hot cookies every late afternoon. Another surprise was the ice cream shop attached to the hotel, nice! The staff was very friendly. I’d stay again and try real hard to get one of their “accessible” rooms
