I liked my stay. The bathtub in my room was a bit dirty so they gave me another room. However, the first room had a fridge and tissue box which was missing in the second one, but it didn't bother me. A Bath robe will be a nice inclusion. The pool could be better, the water was not very clear. The breakfast was decent. The staffs were kind and helpful. It's a good location near shopping places and bus stops.

Hotel was really good. No faults with room or service. The only thing i would say is parking. When i booked it said free parking, however on arrival it is no longer free! You are charge £12 a day. Just for others to be aware of. Apart from that it was a lovely stay.

Favorite hotel in sutton because of its comfortable beds, spacious rooms and amazing facilities. Staying in the pool with grandson having fun for hours. Was going to have an evening in Sutton but didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel. Sauna, steam room, bubble tub. A real spa experience. Extremely enjoyable. Only negative is the outrageously expensive £15 charge for parking. We had 2 cars so this doubled the issue and hotel say nothing they can do about it.

We stayed in a corner suite to take our 6 year old on a birthday Chessington trip. The hotel seemed to have plenty of parking, the suite was a perfect size for us (1x teen and 1x birthday kiddo). Although it was fairly dark and could do with updating, the suite layout was great and was perfect for a night stay (maybe longer!) The bar area was bright and friendly, staff were helpful (although scarce, they were helpful when they were visible!) The Reception staff were absolutely lovely and checked on us, recommended things and were generally great representatives for the hotel. We used the pool, which was a fairly good size but not much room around the edge if you got tired of splashing kids and just wanted to rest. The pool was a bit chilly but we got on ok. I would definitely stay here again, it was reasonably priced and suitable for a family.

Surprisingly good food from the restaurant at dinner. Breakfast was good but as it was very busy food often seemed to be running out. Spacious room very comfy bed. Pool, steam and sauna was great, wasn't too busy.

Stayed for Spa facilities. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working which was a big disappointment to us. Gave more leisure centre vibes than spa. We had late check out which was good. Have to pay to park. Parking spaces were way to small and tight aswell

We stayed for one night before going to the races. Used the pool, steam room and hot tub - all clean and as expected. Not too busy either which was good. Sat in the bar after - Robert the bar man and the bar manager were very friendly and even put the football on for us 😃 Food was nice and room had everything we needed - iron/ board, hairdryer tea/ coffee etc and you could adjust the heating which was good at this time of year.

This is a comfortable hotel in suburban London if you are looking to step away from the hustle and inmerse in the local area or are visiting Sutton and neighbouring boroughs. Room was fairly dusty and furnishings were showing some wear and tear. Beds were very comfortable and hotel amenities including breakfast were great.

Housekeeping was terrible. Mattress pad had blood stains on it. (Not ours) Bathroom floor had hair on it ( not ours). On two separate days, towels were not replaced. Overall cleanliness of room was lacking in upkeep.

Hotel is outdated, dirty and loud. Rooms don’t seem to have been updated since the 80s, furniture is damaged, stains all over the place and finishing of the rooms is very poor. Children running through the corridors and door with no soft close makes the whole night very loud. Avoid this hotel and stay at the nearby premier inn

Spacious room but lack of attention to detail. Had 2 identical pictures on the walls with one hidden half behind the television. Thered obviously been a change and the picture not re-sited. Tv control was a nightmare and the bath small with the shower head to close to the wall for a comfortable shower. In the bar they had run out of three of the draught beers and so only a lager and a guiness were available. Unforgivable for a hotel of this suppoosed stature. Car parking £12, over the top. Would not stay here by choice.

What can i say i was only there for a night over, the main two issues though are that the mattress i had needs to be swapped out as i rolled to the middle of the bed and then there was the breakfast was warm at best.

Security very bad. I was given a card to get back into the room, because I had left something behind after checking out. The next guests were already in there when I let myself in. We were all appalled. Just glad they were dressed. Imagine a bloke walking in on a lone woman.

Holiday Inn London –Sutton IHG Hotel. We booked a couple nights at Holiday Inn London, through Expedia and OMG what a mistake. This place is a dump & worse than Motel 6 in America. Not even a homeless will enjoy staying at this place. It was a humiliating experience. The place is outdated and dirty and lacking required daily maintenance. The worst part was that the first day we got stuck in the shower without running water. We couldn’t even shower…. No kidding!!! We notified staff in three different occasions, and they did not assist at all. We waited for more than two hours to no avail, and they didn’t even have the courtesy to notify us of the issue. Moreover, as tourists, we lost money for bookings for that day in London. In the name of justice… the least they could do is refund the money that was paid for that horrible stay and offset the losses to compensate the troubles and losses as we lost the other travel and amenities bookings. Stay away from Holiday Inn London –Sutton IHG Hotel…or, do it at your own risk!

Waitering staff within the restaurant are the best thing about this hotel. Huge plaudits to both Summer and Stephen, who accomodated my children and I so much. Very personable and kids loved talking and playing with them. They go that extra mile to make you feel welcome and de-stress. Check in was simple, family room was nice and large, perfect for a family of 4. Pull out bed was a little too springy but fine for a couple of nights stay. Childrens pool was warm and noodles around for the kids to use. Staff, again, were very nice and my expectation was it would be busy but it wasn't. This meant we could spend time in the pool without much interruption. Didnt try the hot tub and sauna but looked like guests were having a good time. Kids dinner selection for vegetarians is limited to two dishes so could be expanded to include pizzas and a veg burger. Ice cream was delicious! Overall, a brilliant stay and will be coming back in the summer!

The hotel is fine, although the suite I booked was a little dated. I checked in late and was told that I needed to pay for the booking, dispute already paying Expedia. This was resolved in the morning. There was some confusion regarding parking at the property. I selected the option in Expedia for 'parking breakfast for 2'. I was staying with a friend and we each had a car. When we tried to establish if the booking covered parking covered parking for both cars or just one, the member of staff checking us in became obviously frustrated with our questions. She stated that only 1 car would be covered (I expected that), but as we had provided both of our cars registration numbers, we needed to know which car was covered and which car needed to be paid for. We ended up walking away with no clear answer just to defuse the situation. I later spoke with the night manager who was able to answer my question and when checking out the staff were very good.

When I arrived I was checked in by Shakia who was very professional. However when I went to my room at 16:05 the room hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest. it looked like a Bomb had hit it. I went Back to Shakia who was very apologetic and dealt with the situation very professionally. She even went to check on the new room herself to ensure that this had been cleaned. TV in the room didn't work so had to call down to reception again. Once again Shakia went above and beyond and manage to sort the issue, a dodgy lead in the back. After this first issues the rest of my stay was very nice. Staff are very polite and helpful, Gym & pool area were clean and tidy.

Excellent location for access to Wimbledon tennis, which is why we booked. Easy walking distance to Sutton station. Room itself was OK. The bathroom needed some updating and the painting decor looked like it had been done by a trainee. When we got there the room smelt liked someone had been smoking in it therefore we had to open the window to get rid of the smell and stuffiness. Bar and restaurant area very good and excellent service. Good breakfast.

I had to pay £24 for parking which I had already ticked at the point of booking and nobody would take responsibility or ownership. There was a party until 1, I could hear people telling them to be quiet but it only stopped when I called down to ask the party to get moved to another floor! It was a Monday! Dinner was nice but I had the fixed menu and it took 2 hours to get all my courses, one of which was a salad. Breakfast was nice and the people in the restaurants were very nice.

Nice facilities but not providing all guests with slippers and robes to use for swimming and spa wouldn't take a lot of effort. The rooms were fine, nice and quiet and we enjoyed the large hi spec TV. Breakfast was disappointing - only soya and almond milk available - no oat milk and limited hot vegetarian options.

A good clean, modern and spacious hotel conveniently near to our family members. We liked the standard of the facilities. We also understood having to pay for parking given it is London, though it was expensive. Really enjoyed the cooked breakfast, all except for the rubbery fried eggs. Would suggest that these are refreshed more regularly and in smaller quantities, so that they are not hard baked by the time they are served. Overall a good standard and would be a more reasonable cost if parking were included.

Lovely clean hotel. My boys loved the pool and the food was incredible. They have a lovely restaurant with so much choice for evening meals so no need to leave the hotel. Wish I knew this before I came as we spent a good hour driving around trying to find food before we checked in! Breakfast was good value for money also. Only gripe is the sofa bed for the kids was rock hard and they didn’t sleep well. would stay again if I could get a bed for them too

This hotel was okay. Not up to the standards I expect from the Holiday Inn. The carpet in my room and the walkways definitely need to be replaced. The tile in the bathroom was sloppily patched. I didn’t request room cleaning because the room cleaner took the garbage and changed out the towels. However I wanted the bedding changed. I had gotten blood on the sheets and pillowcases from an injury. The bed was made but not changed. I figured if this is normal cleaning I can do it myself. I didn’t request service again. The dining area had a wonderful buffet breakfast and the dinners were delicious. I had the same waitress each time and she was very accommodating. I don’t remember her name but she was serving every evening I ate there. Other than these few items my stay was just fine. If you want luxury then find another hotel.

Great hotel to stay at in Sutton. The only negative eas the continental brealfast choice was pitifull as it had mostly gone and not replenished. The cooked breakfasy was baked boiled and fried. Otherwise I would recommend the king suits for your stay.

BEWARE of the left turn as directed by the hotel sign into the road leading to the hotel, it directs you into a bus lane! You will be expected to pay an additional £12 for parking for an overnight stay. The hotel was fine, the dinner in the restaurant poor. Waited 30 minutes for my fish and chips to appear, and my friends didn’t appear for a further 15 mins after that! Breakfast was average.
