All transitions are very smooth, great responses and Gary is very accommodating! This property is fantastic, either for families or fishing groups. We were a group of six friends that fish, had three boats in tow, plenty of room. Have been coming to white river for just over 21 years and so glad we landed at Garys place. Gorgeous views of the river, fantastic fire pit for those colder evenings or if you just love to burn wood all day like we do, large screened in porch area for all your fishing gear, waders, boots, coolers etc. to stay out of the elements. The interior is very comfortable, the decor is on point especially with the location and the views from inside are panoramic. We look forward to the new addition of a dock, we've been here multiple times and will be returning for sure on future trips!

I've been staying at this location for the last three years and the dock addition made this year's trip extremely convenient and enjoyable. Grab your gear, grab your coolers, down the hill to the dock, load your boat and you're off. Love it! Outdoor space is fantastic. Great outdoor firepit. Screened in porch for your fishing gear. Very relaxing. Thank you too Gary and Danette, very accommodating.

The riverbank was grown up with WEEDS 6- feet tall making impossible to enjoy the river's edge or even take a dip or fish, also steps walking down to the dock to try and go to the river's edge was missing & dangerous. The biting bugs ate us up! The dock was almost too tall to step in and out of a boat.... Someone with bad knees forget it!! Would love to provide a picture but there is no place to do that, the shower in the Master bedroom was way too small it was a joke to try and get a nice shower......it was very hot outside, and it seemed the AC unit had to work 24 hrs. a day to keep up. Also, we felt like we were being watched every minute cause they cameras on the front & back of the home... So, no privacy at all. We made several attempts to let them know the recliner in the love seat was in op and light bulbs were out in the home.

The house was decorated so well. So many little touches. Had everything we could need right there. The covered dock was great! The wildlife we saw was awesome. Communication with the property owners was timely and answered all questions.

Great screen porch, no bugs in the house when the porch is screened. Able to use fire pit, make s’mores, the host was very kind, calm and professional. There are some idiots renting houses on the white river, but this place is heavenly , homey, comfy and decorated to the T. I prefer this house over all other houses and cabins on River Road near Gaston’s. Avoid some of the way overpriced homes on vrbo by staying at this place. Book Directly to save even more money. I’ve been tot he white river for over 40 years fishing with Tommy Due, Crazy Mike, Pete Cobb and others. I’ve stayed in almost every house and cabin for rent on the white river… you can’t go wrong here, so very nice and all the screened in and sealed off patio on one side allows AC for half the outside area. Super Duper Nice and Homey. Stay away from other rentals on River Road, they are overpriced and not near as nice!!! I had people in big houses tell me not to use the lights because bugs in get their house, but that’s not a problem at this place. Awesome fishing from bank and across the river.

We have been fishing the White River for over 30 years and have stayed at a myriad of houses and resorts but nothing can hold a candle to this place. Our guides pick us up and drop us off on the river at the bottom of the stairs behind the house. It doesn’t get more convenient than that! The house has every amenity you could ask for and more. The house is impeccably clean and organized. The beds are AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!! We hope to continue to stay here twice a year for many years to come!! Thank you Gary and company!!!

My family loved staying at this gem on the White River. The house is beautiful and decorated appropriately for being a fishing destination. We loved being able to eat meals on the screened in porch to get the flavor of being outside but not deal with bugs. The house also provided easy access to the river. We had stayed at Gaston’s down the road for years but in the future we will definitely look to see if this house is available again.

Stayed here celebrating my brother’s bachelor party and could not have been happier with our stay. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. The house is very clean, plenty of your day to day things to cook with, towels, and provided everything we needed for a very enjoyable visit. Backing up to the river we couldn’t help but just sit out and enjoy a fire and BBQ as well as hook into some great Trout! Already looking forward to future trips here.

Very clean and well appointed and the owner left a few nice touches for us to enjoy like a fresh loaf of sourdough and goodies to make smores. The yard was maintained and nice for our Italian Greyhound. Back windows in river room did not lock as well as a couple others in other areas of the home. We enjoyed our stay and the liked the Proximity to Gastons Restaurant. Very cool to see the private planes come and go for dining and guide fishing. .

This place sits directly on the white river. The fog would come each morning then slowly lift. The river is so beautiful. Quiet. Short drive to the boat launch. The house was clean and very well stocked. Owners were very responsive. Beautiful, relaxing place. We all loved it.

We always love staying here when we meet family at the state park for a reunion. Anytime of the year, the back sitting room facing the river is so peaceful. Quiet location and very private. Just perfect for a weekend getaway.

We love Lakeview, Gaston’s, Bull Shoals, the White River, and Bull Shoals Lake. This home, with an amazing view of the White River, is right in the middle of all of it. Gary was a great host and very responsive. All 8 of us enjoyed our fishing and lake weekend. Thank you, Gary!

Great screen porch, no bugs in the house when the porch is screened. Able to use fire pit, make s’mores, the host was very kind, calm and professional. There are some idiots renting houses on the white river, but this place is heavenly , homey, comfy and decorated to the T. I prefer this house over all other houses and cabins on River Road near Gaston’s. Avoid some of the way overpriced homes on vrbo by staying at this place. Book Directly to save even more money. I’ve been tot he white river for over 40 years fishing with Tommy Due, Crazy Mike, Pete Cobb and others. I’ve stayed in almost every house and cabin for rent on the white river… you can’t go wrong here, so very nice and all the screened in and sealed off patio on one side allows AC for half the outside area. Super Duper Nice and Homey. Stay away from other rentals on River Road, they are overpriced and not near as nice!!! I had people in big houses tell me not to use the lights because bugs in get their house, but that’s not a problem at this place. Awesome fishing from bank and across the river.

This was the third time we have stayed at this house and we are making plans to return again in the fall! We have been fishing the White River for over 30 years and have stayed at a myriad of houses and resorts but nothing can hold a candle to this place. Our guides pick us up and drop us off on the river at the bottom of the stairs behind the house. It doesn’t get more convenient than that! The house has every amenity you could ask for and more. The house is impeccably clean and organized. The beds are AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!! We hope to continue to stay here twice a year for many years to come!! Thank you Gary and company!!!

This place sits directly on the white river. The fog would come each morning then slowly lift. The river is so beautiful. Quiet. Short drive to the boat launch. The house was clean and very well stocked. Owners were very responsive. Beautiful, relaxing place. We all loved it.

We always love staying here when we meet family at the state park for a reunion. Anytime of the year, the back sitting room facing the river is so peaceful. Quiet location and very private. Just perfect for a weekend getaway.

We love Lakeview, Gaston’s, Bull Shoals, the White River, and Bull Shoals Lake. This home, with an amazing view of the White River, is right in the middle of all of it. Gary was a great host and very responsive. All 8 of us enjoyed our fishing and lake weekend. Thank you, Gary!

Very clean and well appointed and the owner left a few nice touches for us to enjoy like a fresh loaf of sourdough and goodies to make smores. The yard was maintained and nice for our Italian Greyhound. Back windows in river room did not lock as well as a couple others in other areas of the home. My family loved staying at this gem on the White River. The house is beautiful and decorated appropriately for being a fishing destination. We loved being able to eat meals on the screened in porch to get the flavor of being outside but not deal with bugs. The house also provided easy access to the river. We had stayed at Gaston’s down the road for years but in the future we will definitely look to see if this house is available again.

Really enjoyed this property!! Stayed here with a group of friends for our annual fishing trip. It's a nice house in a great location on the river. The fishing was good. Highly recommend this place to anyone with a larger group.

Stayed here celebrating my brother’s bachelor party and could not have been happier with our stay. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. The house is very clean, plenty of your day to day things to cook with, towels, and provided everything we needed for a very enjoyable visit. Backing up to the river we couldn’t help but just sit out and enjoy a fire and BBQ as well as hook into some great Trout! Already looking forward to future trips here.

I've been taking this trip for years and we landed with Gary and his White Riverfront Retreat four years ago. Love this house, love the location, love the dock. Super comfortable, super convenient, very peaceful. If you love to fish and have a boat in tow, this is definitely the spot for you to come. Gary is fantastic to deal with, very accommodating, great people. Every need is always met.
