I like they have everything you would need for a family vacation. Plenty of room with full kitchen. Clean place cant say enough good things here. The little market in the lobby has everything you could want. It was just a great hotel.

Great place to stay. Brand new!!!! The only downside was that wifi didn’t work well and it is only free for one device and not great speed , but the staff helped fix the connection problem.

I booked 3 nights at this place. After a 10 hour drive, I made it to the hotel only to receive slow service checking in. Once in the hotel room, I turned down the covers and noticed the bed sheets were not clean and it appeared had recently been slept in. I tried to contact the front desk but no answer. I sent a message through the App and the took a quick shower hoping to get a reply. I pulled the blanket back up on the bed and laid down to find the bed was very hard, except for a spot that seemed very soft. I tried to contact the front desk again and was told someone would get back to me. I contacted HOTELS.COM and let them know the situation and I indicated I wanted to cancel the remainder of my stay via their chat. Was told by Hotels.com that they would refund the remaining 2 nights and for me to get a new reservation. I did all that... only to be informed the next day that this hotel would not refund my money and basically, it is what it is. This hotel was less than 1/2 full and I can see why... Terrible business practices, unclean room, lumpy hard bed and virtually no service. STAY at another place... even a Motel 6 Shame on you HOTELS.COM for misleading me into getting another room and it costing me for both Hotels.com for the same nights!! STILL HAVE NOT HEARD from this hotel... pitiful!!

Took 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and check me in. So we started off on the wrong foot. Room was clean, except spots/streaks on the bathroom mirror, which is forgivable, but the night stands had residue from sticky drinks and clearly weren't cleaned. That's not so forgivable. Overall a clean and attractive, albeit a bit basic, hotel.

They had to change me rooms because my check in room had a lot of spiders and the ac did not work the second room the bed was really low and the mattress had a big dip in the mid section and the upstairs room was real loud moving heavy objects around and jumping around

The hotel itself is very clean and updated. The days I stayed it was terrible however because it was full of kids! They were jumping, running, banging the walls, screaming, yelling at all times of the night!! I didn’t get much sleep at all because of all of the noise! Not a great experience. I think they should have considered other guest when giving the hotel rooms away and keeping the kids on the lower levels and having others on the top floor and a little more secluded from the kids.

Everything was perfect with the refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Had pots and pans, everything needed for cooking. The only thing we did not like, was that the rooms were not clean at least every other day. Cleaning would be an additional charge. Other than that, it was perfect.

I was extremely turned off with my first interaction at check in I was told that I needed to take out my own trash to the dumpster in order to avoid a few. The sofa in the room was not a sofa sleeper, just a basic college room dorm seater. The bed frame was a simple metal spring frame inside a fake box looking bed frame. The bed was uncomfortable. This was an obvious newly built, modern looking hotel that was on a tight budget and cut corners on what matters. Will never come back

everything was amazing, but on the last night we stayed the room next to us were up until 3am, kids fighting and crying, tv loud, people talking and laughing. we had a door joining the two rooms and i believe since it wasnt insuilated we were able to hear everything. had there not been a door the noise would have probably not been an issue

The Hotel would not work with us on a "no show policy" they had. Paid for a room for an entire week and we couldnt make it the hotel until the next day after check in time due to car trouble. The Hotel canceled are reservation and stilled billed my card for the entire week. When arrived they wanted us to make a new reservation and would not refund the original weeks charge of $507.12 dollars. Be mindful of their "no show" policy becuase they are not flexible. A call letting us know they were cancelling the reservation would have been nice but they did not

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We rang the bell and waited for 5 minutes before Jasmin came and asked how she could help. There was no apology for the wait. She checked us in and then we came to the room, the key cards did not work. I go back to the front desk and again No One is there. I wait for 3-5 minutes and again no apology for the wait. I told Jasmin that the card keys didn’t work and she seemed in disbelief but fixed them. I go back upstairs to get in the room, the key cards work but the room had 1 king size bed instead of 2 queens. I again, go back to the front desk. Again, Jasmin is not there. I tell her that the room is not what we reserved and she said ‘no, that room has 2 beds’. I told her that I was just there and it only had 1 bed and she went and asked a janitorial staff. After that she changed my room. This wait and treatment is unacceptable. I know this hotel is new: it looks new and it smells new but the staff should be better trained. For the price point, I expect someone at the front desk at all times. Acknowledgment or an apology for the wait. The correct room with the correct number of beds. And the staff believing guests.
