1月31日から2月3日まで宿泊させて頂きました。建物は古いのですが、お部屋はとても綺麗にされていて居心地が本当に良かったです。水回りもとても清潔で綺麗でビックリしました。ただ少し物足りないないなと思ったのは、ランドリールームがない事と氷の機械がないという点あったら嬉しいと感じました。とにかくあそこまで綺麗にしているというのが私的には感動でした。

The staff was attentive and friendly, making the check-in process easy to complete. The hotel itself is fancy and the rooms were clean and quiet. Parking is not free, there is a lot in front of the hotel in which you can get a parking pass that is stamped by the hotel staff upon check out. The price may be steeper than other nearby parking lots, but I didn't check. It is also very close to a subway station, which was convenient. Overall I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

駐車場　平置きでよかった。スタッフさんの、対応が丁寧でとても気持ち良く宿泊できた。急いでいることを伝えたらすぐにタクシーの手配をしてくれた。季節もあると思うけど部屋が乾燥しているが加湿器あり。

地理位置不錯，附近就有地鐵站自駕的話泊車位都足夠酒店旁就是中島公園，步行10分鐘就到狸小路商店街，沿路都有不少餐廳和便利店。職員服務很好，由入門一刻就招待到入電梯。房間整潔很大。住宿多於一晚而不需每天收拾房間的話就有飲料贈送。但房間是比較舊式的，花灑龍頭是舊式冷熱分開調轉那種。唯一注意的是沒有自助洗衣機。整體而言不錯又很方便的。

우선 칭찬할 부분입니다. 꽤 오래된 호텔 입니다. 건물과 비품 침구류 등은 오랜된흔적이 있으나 직원들이 매우 친절하게 응대해주고 배랴해 줍니다. 우리는 10층 executive 룸에 삼일간 머물렸습니다. 첫째날 불행하게도 방안에는 음식 냄새가 났지만 몇분지나니 후각이 무뎌저서인지 괜찬은것 같았습니다. 그러나 다음날 아침에 두통과 메스꺼움을 느끼고서야 문제를 인식하고 직원분에게 상황을 설명했고 직원은 죄송하다며 11층 증식당 때문일거라 했습니다. 방은 교체되었으나 강도가 낮을뿐 냄새는 났습니다. 만일 이호텔에 간다면 10층 이그제큐티브룸은 절대 선택하지 마세요. 아울러 호텔 관계자 분은 조속히 공기순환장치에 대한 점검을 해보기 바랍니다. 고객은 안전이 무었보다 중요하기 때문이며 또한 냄새가 나는 10층 방들은 즉시 판매를 중단하고 시설 정비후 영업을 하라고 권해드립니다.

Hotel has nice view. Despite an old hotel, this hotel do maintain high level of cleanliness and we can hardly see any stains on the furniture / wall. Staff are all friendly and approachable. However, it’s time to change the chairs as it looks old and torn. But the rest of the furniture looks new. The bed linen is rough and bed is too firm. Decoration around the hotel is superb especially during Christmas season, it does give people the Christmas atmosphere.

Very corporate hotel which doesn't quite hit the target. Main issues Heating You couldn't control the temperature of your room. We were there in spring and the centralised heating was on. Our room was on the south side of tbe hotl so when the sun shone it was an oven and stayed baking all night. Reception said there was no cooling available because it was all controlled centrally. After much discussion the eventually unlocked the window. It was then cool enough to sleep except for the howling of the wind. Breakfast I know it caters for their home market and the Japanese food was nice but the western food offering was inedible. Raw sausages, practically raw eggs, very odd bacon. Staff Far too many of them and embarrasingly over attentive. I know this is a cultural thing but I've travelled a fair bit in Japan and never noticed it to this extreme before.

We had a 3 bedded room. In order to fit in 3 beds, we had very little room left to move around. But there were a lot of drawers so we unpack and kept the luggages away. The hotel was a minute away from the station and had a very beautiful view of the park.

역 바로 앞에 위치해서 매우 편하고 공원 옆이어서 정말 좋아요! 공원이 정말 이쁘더라고요,,, 직원들은 정말 친절하셨고요 다만 방음이 잘 안되고 옛날 시설들이 남아있어 좀 생경한 정도?? (따뜻한 물 찬물 각각 수도꼭지를 틀어야한다거나 욕조 수채가 좁아 물빠짐에 많이 걸린다,,) 그치만 담에도 묵고 싶어요

とてもいい景色の部屋で、落ち着いて過ごすことができました。カードキーになれていたので、最初は部屋に入るのに時間がかかりましたがそれはそれで趣きがあると感じてます。洗面の蛇口がゆるんでいたのか、ピタピタと水がたれて初日眠りが浅かったです。パッキンは修理したほうがいいです。あとはとても満足です、、

ロビーなどの設えはクラシックですが雰囲気が良いです。客室も今回中島公園側だったので眺望が良く気持ちの良いお部屋でした。ただアメニティはもう少しグレードの高いものを用意頂けると嬉しいです。朝食は「なだ万」の和定食とブッフェが選択できましたので今回はブッフェで。帆立貝の鉄板焼きなどのライブメニューは正直クオリティは大したことないのでホテル定番メニューを選んだ方が良さそう。時間のある方は朝食後に中島公園を散策するのもおすすめです。

札幌で格の高いホテルであり、数年ぶりに宿泊しましたが、やはり古さは否めず、食事やサービス面もあまり評価できることはありませんでした。老朽化はわかっていましたが、壁紙か剥がれかかっていたり、廊下の空気清浄機の列をみると古さを実感します。地下のバーもGWで休み(向かいのマリオットのラウンジにいきました)、朝食も値段のわりに品数少なく、内容も平凡など、いずれも期待していたので残念でした。また連日、朝食待ちの行列ができていましたが、別会場を用意したり、幼児や高齢者には、椅子の用意するなどもう少し対策を講じたほうが良いと思います。(ホテルのロビーに朝食待ちの行列は見栄えも良くないです) エレベーターのカードキーがないせいか、スタッフのチェックするような視線がきになりました。もう少し笑顔と挨拶をしてむかえいれる姿勢が欲しかった。朝食時も感じましたが、全体的にスタッフの硬い表情や元気のなさがきになりました。在室時にノックもなく清掃スタッフが入ってくることもありました。人出不足や繁忙期だったせいかもしれませんが、設備面では劣るぶん、老舗のホスピタリティの高さを期待していたので、今回は正直残念な宿泊でした。

駅から降りてすぐなのが1番助かりました！ホテルの方もとても感じがよく、丁寧な対応でした。とても綺麗でした！メイク落とし、洗顔はありませんでした。ホテルの周りにご飯屋は少ないように感じました。ですが、中島公園が部屋からも見れ、素敵な場所だと思います。

さすがに高級感あふれるホテルで，接客もたいへん丁寧で申し分ありませんでした。地下鉄の駅が至近で，すすきのにも近く，たいへん便利なだけでなく，目の前が中島公園で，ロケーションもまずまずでしたので，札幌の中心に近いのに，快適な環境で過ごすことができました。

Very corporate hotel which doesn't quite hit the target. Main issues Heating You couldn't control the temperature of your room. We were there in spring and the centralised heating was on. Our room was on the south side of tbe hotl so when the sun shone it was an oven and stayed baking all night. Reception said there was no cooling available because it was all controlled centrally. After much discussion the eventually unlocked the window. It was then cool enough to sleep except for the howling of the wind. Breakfast I know it caters for their home market and the Japanese food was nice but the western food offering was inedible. Raw sausages, practically raw eggs, very odd bacon. Staff Far too many of them and embarrasingly over attentive. I know this is a cultural thing but I've travelled a fair bit in Japan and never noticed it to this extreme before.

4人家族で1泊しました。ホスピタリティが高く、チェックインやチェックアウトも非常にスムーズで丁寧でした。 1階のレストランは子供と夕食で利用しましたが、そちらもとても丁寧な接客でした。アラカルトメニューと飲み物、2人で7000円と高めでしたが、空いていてゆっくり食事でき、美味しかったです。朝のビュッフェもメニューが豊富で最高でした。隣の中島公園は広大で景色がよく、朝の散歩におすすめです。

朝食がなだ万ということで期待していったが、全くの期待外れ、ビュッフェの方が圧倒的にＣＰ高そうです。施設全体は年数経ているものの、しっかりメンテ入れて頑張っている印象でした。ただやはり季節の変わり目は特に、空調が厳しいと感じました。

I found the Sapporo Park to be excellent value for the money. First, recommend getting a superior room with a (Nakajima) Park view. The Park is gorgeous viewed from the room and is also a great morning (or late afternoon) walk before breakfast. While my room was a bit dated, it was excellent value for the money with an advance purchase. The room was clean and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. In terms of marginal improvement, I think replacing the carpets would do wonders; I question how many guests care if the desk and drawers are a bit dated. The breakfast was very good – buffet of the 1st floor and a Japanese set meal on the 11th (and top) floor. The hotel is also very convenient – Nakajima Koen (Park) is 3 stops from Sapporo station – take exit 3 and you are steps form the hotel. The train from the main airport (New Chitose) takes about 35 minutes. When returning to Sapporo I will stay again.

The Park Hotel in Sapporo is great value these days. The cheaper rooms are a bit tired but if you get a park view room and include breakfast you will have a great stay. The hotel’s Japanese and Chinese restaurants are excellent and the surrounding Nakajimakoen park is beautiful. It’s my favorite place to stay in the fabulous city of Sapporo!

The Sapporo Park is located next to a large beautiful park – Nakajima Park – recommend getting a superior room with a park view. I found this to be excellent value for the money – even though the rooms were a bit dated. The breakfast was fine and a good value – you have two choices – a buffet on the 1st floor or a set Japanese meal on the 11th floor. The buffet in the 1st floor restaurant also has a good choice of Japanese breakfast offerings. The hotel is located on the Namboku Subway line – get off at the Nakajima Koen stop and take exit 3. The Hotel will be steps ahead going straight. If it is raining when you leave, however, beware that exit 3 only has escalators going up – walk a bit further to exit 1 for an elevator.

Location is wonderful, such a beautiful building. The rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the park is what makes this place so special, truly one of the best central city parks I’ve seen. Sad to see that it Will be closing next year.

You must use the very heavy, very third-world metal key to manually open the room. Who does that in the 21st century? Everything else about the hotel is good. The location is amazing. It's only 3 stops away from Sapporo station. This hotel is just 2 minutes away from the Nakajimakoen station. Very convenient.
