En general todo en el hotel es muy bueno, solo en esta ocasión el jacuzzi me quedo a deber temperatura, estaba muy frío.

Buena ubicación y adecuada atención. Lo criticable es tener estacionamiento y elevadores insuficientes.

Awesome little economical 1 star hotel. Heated pool and a great hot tub.

The hotel staff told me I could use the "business center" to work however there is no longer a business center area, there are still the signs pointing that is available for guests but when I went to work there the area was taken for more office space. The internet was beyond terrible and there is not enough parking space for the hotel guests, I had to park on the street which is extremely bad as the hotel is located in a very busy area. I would never book in this hotel ever again.

Super limpias las instalaciones

Sábanas sucias , olían a húmedo , el baño se llenaba de agua cuando nos bañabamos por qué no se iba por la tubería , la taza del baño no bajaba

El balcon estaba super sucio lleno de botellas y basura, el baño y la regadera tenia mo incrustrado en la cerámica

Toallas rotas ,cama sucia ,baño sucio regadera tapada

La actitud pésima del personal y habitaciones sucias con cucarachas

Cuándo llegue me encontré en el baño con el jabón y otras cosas del anterior huésped Toda la habitación llena de pelis Los chicos de recepción jamás me ayudaron con mis maletas La señora que según se encarga de venderte tours no tenía ni idea de los lugares (obviamente turísticos y de Mazatlán) que le estaba preguntando

Le hace falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones en general. Los elevadores no funcionan bien, la puerta de la habitación tuvo fallas y no pudimos ingresar por un rato, una lámpara de techo dejo de funcionar, y lo peor de todo fue que había chinches de cama. El personal es amable, pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. No recomendaría este lugar.

Mi experiencia fue mala, es muy caro para lo que ofrece en la habitación habia cucarachas reporte pero no hiceron nada, la liempieza no es buena el aire goteaba mucha agua lo arreglaron pero jamas fueron a limpiar el agua. Te cobran un anticipo de 500 pesos. El personal de la tarde amable. Lo unico bueno y que si me gusto la comida del restaurante. De ahi en fuera no fue buena mi experiencia. Puedes hospedarte en otro hotel de la zona por el mismo costo y mil veces mejor.

Ok beach hotel. Nice pools. Absolutely no place to put your things. 0 dresser drawers,shelves. 2 hangers in a closet. Kind of bizzare really for a hotel. We either left our stuff in the suitcase or it was on the floor.

El hotel no tiene buena señal de internet y en la habitación que estabamos era nula ademas que el aire acondicionado hacia bastante ruido. Pero por el resto de los servicios y atencion fue buena.

The hotel and the pool are nice, they should have a mini fridge in the room and the WiFi was horrible. If your a light sleeper don’t get a beach front room because the noise from the street is very loud. They need a new elevator it’s very slow and I did get stuck in it a worker had to come and open it. The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location for walking.

Great hotel. Comfortable and safe for a solo woman traveler. The staff was eager to help and friendly. The bed was decently comfortable. The food was good. I had a beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the Malecon. If you need quiet, the beach view is not for you. Tons of street and fiesta noise.

I did not like the complete lack of any type furniture with drawers. This means all clothing must be left on top of the marble table tops, out in the open. I also got tired of going down stairs each night to ask for ice. The most scary thing is the shower floor. as soon as it gets wet your feet slide all over the place. Also the shower is always cold never warm.

El hotel en general se me hace muy bueno, solo que la habitación que nos tocó el aire acondicionado sumvaba muy fuerte y la ventana del balcón para ver el mar no pudimos habrirla.

Cuando llueve las habitaciones se inundan. tuvimos 2 noches de lluvia y casi nadábamos en la habitación. Es necesario que resuelvan el problema porque los huéspedes llegan a descansar y no a pasar noches despiertos tratando de detener la entrada de agua. Ojalá que se haga algo pronto para resolver ese problema; lo demás es bueno.

Uno de los puntos que más me encantó es el salvavidas que siempre estuvo al pendiente de los niños y también a la gente grande, aunque renegaba porque la gente no hace caso, pero pues es parte de su trabajo

El recepcionista, se porto poco accesible con un problema que tuvimos con una de las reservas sin dar opciones para solucionarlo, era de tez morrna. Al solucionarlo, acudimos con otro chico que estaba en recepción (tez blanca) y se portó muy accesible, nos dió opciones para darnos las habitaciones al momento y todo fluyó mucho mas rápido.

En recepción el joven que nos había recibido no fue muy empatico, el problema es que en la reservación estaba como Alex Aguirre y mi nombre es Alejandro Aguirre y se porto muy grosero y como que no le importaba, fue que Hotels.com me ayudo. El resto estuvo todo muy bien

Nos gustó mucho la estancia, al llegar el check in fue tardado pero es entendí le por la cantidad de gente que había. La habitación qué habíamos reservado estaba en remodelacion pero lejos de ser un problema con el staff del hotel se porto super amable y nos ofrecieron una mejor. En las cosas no agradables es que estaban en remodelacion y uno de sus elevadores estaba cubierto con bolsas negras de plástico y hacia ruidos raros y aun así estaba en funcionamiento. Y el buffet del restaurante nos gustó sin embargo por el precio puedes encontrar algo mucho mejor en los alrededores. Y algo super bueno, es su ubicación, esta excelente.

The staff needs to work on their customer service. When we arrived the front desk could not find our reservation, since they were having a hard time finding it, they kept ignoring us and helped other guests. My son and his girlfriend stayed at another hotel and we were all meeting there to go out to eat, I asked them if they can hang by the pool until everyone got there. I expressed to them that they will not get in the pool , they were going to sit by the bar and buy some drinks while our whole party got there. They said No and just they’re attitude was very short and didn’t even have eye contact with us. And lastly I go downstairs to check out all 3 rooms, one of the rooms where my nieces stayed, they just gave me the room key and didn’t bring the tv remote control. The lady had me go upstairs to bring it down, when I go upstairs, the room is opened and the control is gone. I go downstairs and tell the lady at the front desk what happened, I told her probably housekeeping took it. She called somebody on the radio and according to her nobody had taken it. She sends me upstairs ti search again, as I’m going in the room , housekeeping lady asked me, if I was looking for the control and I said yes, she said her boss had taken it. I was LIVID!! I go back downstairs and told the lady at the front desk that the supervisor had taken the control! She never apologized, she did not care, and I told her I will Never go back to that hotel again! Worst customer service ever!!

Excellent service.

Was in Mazatlan for the holidays. Stayed with friend for 8 days and then four nights at the hotel. The people were fantastic. The reservation staff was very helpful, restaurant and front lobby to those cleaning etc. really appreciate the friendly and efficient of everyone.

Good value and in a good location

Close to everything you need. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Room service was excellent. Food was delicious and they have a morning buffet. Transportation stops right outside the hotel, taxis, pulmonias and even the local bus. Beach is only across the street. Rodolfo the bartender was the best of all. From making your favorite drink to giving you the best spots to visit during your stay. Overall 10/10 would stay there again.

There was most definitely a language barrier. The only English Speaking people are the ones trying to sell you a timeshare. Very noisy place in the evenings until late at night. The room had a very strong disinfectant odor. You get what you pay for. It would be nice if they had English instructions that you need to return the TV remote when checking out. Otherwise, the people appeared mostly friendly. Food in the restaurant was good. Not much in the surrounding area where you can go eat. Overall, it was OK

This was a last minute stay and it turned out pretty good. Was clean and checking was quick. The only issue is one night went for dinner it was great. The next night we didn’t even finish our food. The prawns weren’t deveined (if anyone knows that prawn poop inside), and my spaghetti was like a can of spaghetti O’s. Other than that it needs a few upgrades with plumbing. It was a fun stay and easy to get around in a wheelchair.

El servicio e instalaciones estuvo bastante bien, excepto el desayuno en su restaurante muy tardado, se tardo mas de 1 hora y no lo sirvieron, nos retiramos cancelando el desayuno, porque aun no estaba
