Everything was great, the only thing I’d suggest is having an express checkout box as we had to leave at 0430 and had no idea where to put the room key or if there was anything else needed.

Our quadruple room was good, it was cleaned daily. Breakfast was great with good selection, the view is spectacular. Sofia, Thomas, & Louise were great accommodating us. The only thing we didn't like was the food. We made dinner reservation for 4 people, & ordered the steak. The staff didn't know which plates were medium or medium rare when it was served. The steak didn't have char on the outside, it looked like it was boiled with a lot of blood coming out of it, it was rare! The other table from us were also pointing out how rare theirs were but because the server focused on their table, we were kind of left behind. Dessert came and we were told they ran out so they offered ice cream, at that point I didn't want to eat anymore because we already had enough ice cream during a hot day, I was expecting the published menu included on the dinner reservation. Then we requested if breakfast can be packed for us because we are checking out early, and since breakfast is included on the room rate. They only packed us for 2 people instead of 4. The other family of four who had the same request so they can hike early said the same thing, was only given for 2 people instead of 4. How can a reservation be made and say they ran out of it and make a request and say it wasn't a problem but mess it up. I would stay again but definitely not eat at their restaurant. Overall, a good stay, just skip the restaurant.
