Some parts of the bathroom and cabinet were broken, the room was too tight, the location is far from the city center, not to say it is bad though, it is actually great, right next to the metro station, the Atomium museum, and a calming park.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the front desk employee was dealing with an intoxicated guest who had paid with the wrong amount of money. As a result, we had to wait quite a while before being checked in. We were then given the keys to five rooms. Shockingly, every one of those rooms could be opened from the outside without using the key, which made us question the security of the property and whether anyone could have entered the rooms before our arrival. To make matters worse, two of the rooms were clearly occupied or had not been properly cleaned. The bedsheets had been opened, there was used toilet paper in the bathroom trash, and two empty milk bottles were left on the counter. Although the receptionist replaced those two rooms, the overall experience left us feeling unsafe and very uncomfortable. The replacement rooms were also in poor condition. There was mold in the rooms, and the toilet seats were not properly cleaned. Given the serious security, cleanliness, and maintenance issues, I believe a full refund is justified. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families traveling with young children.
