10/10 for such happy attentive staff! Overall lovely presented, clean, quirky hotel! However the hotel has recently opened, this came with a few teething problems such as a lack of liquor license in the bar so only wine and soft drinks available,I am sure this will be solved in time. Staying during the July heatwave we were impressed with the climate control in the room and just how cool it kept the space however the aircon unit did begin to leak water from the ceiling onto the floor and side table - luckily we had no belongings underneath. Finally, we booked with breakfast however in comparison to other hotels and the cost of €19 I would not include breakfast in future when comparing to what you could get for the same price in a local cafe,pub - it has enough to fill your belly but only 4 hot (warm) options (tomatoes, scrambled egg, sausage and bacon) again this may be planned to be expanded as the hotel gains pace and visitors.

Hotel was in a great location for walking to the attractions we wanted to see. Complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby would have been a nice touch, not sure if this is not a common thing to do in the hotels in Ireland!

Really liked this hotel from check in to out. It’s high tech … check yourself in and out, everything in the room is controlled from a iPad. The rooms are small and minimalist, perfect for a couple. There’s no room service, but there is a bar with food service. The location is great.. right behind St Patrick’s and about 15 mins walk to Temple Bar area. Plenty of buses around the corner on Whitefriar St (the 16 bus goes right to DUB … just over and hour and @ €2.60 ). Really liked the staff and whole atmosphere of this hotel.

This room was fascinating for us! There was so much convenience packed in the minimal area, and we were still comfortable. We really appreciated the blackout curtains, especially for adjusting to the different time zone. Everything was automated, which was wonderful. The parking garage was quite a walk away and very expensive.

Excellent location near St Patrick’s cathedral and not far from major attractions. The hotel is brand new and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and coffee options plentiful. The dinner menu could be expanded a bit in case you do not want to leave the hotel

I've stayed in other CitizenM locations, so great to see them in Dublin. The room was exactly the same in terms of fittings and fixtures as the other CitizenM hotels I've stayed in, so no surprises there, but I do wish the room had been a bit cleaner, e.g., there was a lot of dust on the shelf above the clothes rail. It didn't leave a great impression. However, the staff members I interacted with on check-in and check-out were both incredibly friendly and a credit to the hotel.

There is a convenience store by the Radisson Blu hotel a couple blocks away. The hotel is half a block away from the gardens around St. Patrick's Cathedral. The hotel is a bit further away from the main Dame St road. However there are a couple short cuts one by the Dublin Castle and through the courtyard. The other one was by going by the Radisson Blu hotel. This gave a couple options and was a great selection of pubs restaurants and shopping in this area. I thought I would hate the small rooms at the hotel but I loved it! My only complaint is that there was hair in the bed upon check in and also every time they changed the sheets so three times in ten days. Not my hair as it was long black hair. Staff should check the sheets so there is no hair in the bed.The bed and pillows were great as I have a bad back and neck and neither gave me problems. Wish I could have taken them home! I visited the bar a few times but they did not have the Kopparberg cider I was addicted to and limited food options. I would definitely stay again.

While the overall stay is fine and it’s a very walkable area, the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. There was hair left on pillow cases, the shower was also subpar. The hotel staff was friendly. This hotel served its purpose and if you don’t need all the extra bells and whistles it’s a great place to stay. The rooms are small and depending on how long you’re staying they are required to clean your room. As a solo traveler I prefer not to have my room cleaned for safety reasons.

This is a new morden hotel good for young people or short term business traveler，lobby is very big and busy，looks as an WeWork Office，but room is too small，not worth the money. The lighting control system is hard to control. Room clean is almost no，the so called “light clean” is just changing the towels，we requested for deep cleaning one day，but found there's still hair in the shower ground and one of the towel hasn't changed.

Loved the location of this hotel. It was easily walkable to a lot of places within 15-25 minutes like Trinity College, Grafton Street, Dublin Castle, St. Stephen Green, Temple Bar. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. It was perfect for me but might be a little cramped with 2 people in there. Lights and blinds were controlled by the iPad and some switches. While it’s modern, I found it annoying at times if I just wanted one light on, especially in the bathroom. Staff were amazing and so helpful. It would be nice if they allowed early check in though. There were quite a few of us who were exhausted from red-eye flights and they told everyone they were at capacity and rooms weren’t ready. I’m sure they were instructed to say that but all the rooms were miraculously ready right at 2pm. On the plus side, at least it was 2 and not 4pm I guess. Breakfast was delicious and there were decent options. Overall, great experience and I would stay at this hotel again.

Modern rooms and property with pop art meets tongue-in-cheek decor and thoughtfully compact layouts. Close to lots of dining and attractions but interior rooms are quiet. If traveling in a pair, note you'll need to crawl across or around your bedmate to get out of (the large and comfortable) bed. You'll also need to pass them any devices, as chargers/plugs are all on one side of the bed. Our shower drain was backed up upon arrival, which caused water to pool in the main room. While the front desk couldn't relocate us because their booking system was down at the time, maintenance and housekeeping teams fixed the issue within an hour. Other than that hiccup, the room was neat and clean.

Comfortable stay - the room was compact, but had everything that was needed and well thought out solutions to things. I loved that the blackout blind meant the room was perfectly dark so I could get a good sleep. The only thing that I thought could be improved was that the bathroom pod door didn't close propery, and kept opening - not ideal when you are not a solo traveller.

The room was on the small side but its fine. It was very clean. Bed was comfy. I didnt have breakfast here. There are alot of cafés nearby. The location is a little tucked out of the way however it is only a short walk to Grafton Street and that whole area. Dublin is a walkable city so easy enough to get around. foot. Also Luas and buses

The entire staff was amazing. Very friendly. Very helpful and accommodating. I wish I'd written their names down. When a room we were in was not warming up they switched us to another room. Loved the ambiance, dug the art. Very cool vibe.

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this hotel was impossible to get in touch with by phone. And Marriott (who now owns the property) was not helpful at all either. Ended up losing the money on my room that I was never able to stay in. Disappointing to say the least.

I love the Citizen M brand - and try to stay thrrr whenever possible. The newly opened location in Dublin didn’t disappoint! The standard citizen M room layout with its amazingly comfortable king sized bed was very quiet (didn’t hear my neighbours at all). The hotel is well located within walking distance to Temple bar, Grafton Street, Trinity College and RCSI. Friendly staff managed to get me in to my room early, after a transatlantic flight, which i greatly appreciated. Can’t recommend this spot highly enough, and will happily stay here again next time in Dublin.

Die Lage quasi neben der St. Patrick's C. ist gut, aber ansonsten stimmte für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider gar nicht. Beim Selbstcheck-In gab es schon technische Probleme (bei den Personen vor mir auch), es gab überhaupt keine Einführung (z.B. von wann bis wann ist Frühstück, wie läuft das ab, welche Gwtränke sind umfasst etc.). Alles im Zimmer soll man über das Ipad steuern, was auf Dauer nervig ist. Am vorletzten Tag fiel dann das komplette System im Hotel aus und es war kalt und der Ventilator (den man nicht ausschalten kann!) lief gefühlt auf Hochtouren, was dazu führte, dass ich jetzt krank zuhause sitze. Im Laufe von fast einer Woche Aufenthalt wurde nur 1x (!!) das Zimmer "komplett geputzt", ansonsten werden auf Wunsch nur Handtücher gewechselt und der Müll geleert.. Die "Komplettreinigung" wurde zunächst nicht mal durchgeführt, sondern musste an der Rezeption eingefordert/angemahnt werden und war dann nichtmal besonders gründlich (Waschbecken+Spiegel z.B. immer noch offensichtlich dreckig). Zweimal habe ich ein Lunchpaket vorbestellt, weil ich vor Frühstücksbeginn zu Tagesausflügen aufbrechen musste. Beide Male war das Personal total überfordert, interne Absprachen klappten nicht und man wusste nicht mal, ob man Verpackungsmöglichkeiten hatte. Die Sachen musste man sich am Ende hektisch selbst zusammensuchen.
Die Lage quasi neben der St. Patrick's C. ist gut, aber ansonsten stimmte für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider gar nicht. Beim Selbstcheck-In gab es schon technische Probleme (bei den Personen vor mir auch), es gab überhaupt keine Einführung (z.B. von wann bis wann ist Frühstück, wie läuft das ab, welche Gwtränke sind umfasst etc.). Alles im Zimmer soll man über das Ipad steuern, was auf Dauer nervig ist. Am vorletzten Tag fiel dann das komplette System im Hotel aus und es war kalt und der Ventilator (den man nicht ausschalten kann!) lief gefühlt auf Hochtouren, was dazu führte, dass ich jetzt krank zuhause sitze. Im Laufe von fast einer Woche Aufenthalt wurde nur 1x (!!) das Zimmer "komplett geputzt", ansonsten werden auf Wunsch nur Handtücher gewechselt und der Müll geleert.. Die "Komplettreinigung" wurde zunächst nicht mal durchgeführt, sondern musste an der Rezeption eingefordert/angemahnt werden und war dann nichtmal besonders gründlich (Waschbecken+Spiegel z.B. immer noch offensichtlich dreckig). Zweimal habe ich ein Lunchpaket vorbestellt, weil ich vor Frühstücksbeginn zu Tagesausflügen aufbrechen musste. Cons - Arrived after our day of traveling to be told there was no room for us upon check in - as in the hotel was overbooked. Can you imagine?! Sat in reception for over an hour until a taxi was called for us to go to a different hotel. Got woken up by this hotel saying if we didn't leave in 10 mins we would be charged extra - even though this wasn't explained to us upon check in (but that's a separate issue). Couldn't get through to this hotel on the phone to arrange a taxi for us to return to the hotel we had actually booked. Wasted loads of time for this extra travel and faffing with, instead of enjoying our trip. Pros - were given free drinks, room got upgraded and they offered a to refund 1 night. Still a terrible experience. Would not reccomend.

I love the Citizen M brand - and try to stay thrrr whenever possible. The newly opened location in Dublin didn’t disappoint! The standard citizen M room layout with its amazingly comfortable king sized bed was very quiet (didn’t hear my neighbours at all). The hotel is well located within walking distance to Temple bar, Grafton Street, Trinity College and RCSI. Friendly staff managed to get me in to my room early, after a transatlantic flight, which i greatly appreciated. Can’t recommend this spot highly enough, and will happily stay here again next time in Dublin.

Hotel was very clean and staff were super nice. It’s right across from St Patrick’s cathedral and super walkable to most touristy things in downtown Dublin. I liked how you could control everything in the room from a iPad and the shower was awesome. Would def recommend.

The room was on the small side but its fine. It was very clean. Bed was comfy. I didnt have breakfast here. There are alot of cafés nearby. The location is a little tucked out of the way however it is only a short walk to Grafton Street and that whole area. Dublin is a walkable city so easy enough to get around. foot. Also Luas and buses

Small rooms that are more affordable than other hotels work well for allowing every member of a family to have their own room, so just like home. Convenient to have canteen open for food and drink. Controllable lights and climate are excellent, as are shower options. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the prime Shopping and pub area of town, but just across the street from St Patrick’s cathedral, which is very nice and surrounded by a a beautiful park.

10/10 for such happy attentive staff! Overall lovely presented, clean, quirky hotel! However the hotel has recently opened, this came with a few teething problems such as a lack of liquor license in the bar so only wine and soft drinks available,I am sure this will be solved in time. Staying during the July heatwave we were impressed with the climate control in the room and just how cool it kept the space however the aircon unit did begin to leak water from the ceiling onto the floor and side table - luckily we had no belongings underneath. Finally, we booked with breakfast however in comparison to other hotels and the cost of €19 I would not include breakfast in future when comparing to what you could get for the same price in a local cafe,pub - it has enough to fill your belly but only 4 hot (warm) options (tomatoes, scrambled egg, sausage and bacon) again this may be planned to be expanded as the hotel gains pace and visitors.

Modern rooms and property with pop art meets tongue-in-cheek decor and thoughtfully compact layouts. Close to lots of dining and attractions but interior rooms are quiet. If traveling in a pair, note you'll need to crawl across or around your bedmate to get out of (the large and comfortable) bed. You'll also need to pass them any devices, as chargers/plugs are all on one side of the bed. Our shower drain was backed up upon arrival, which caused water to pool in the main room. While the front desk couldn't relocate us because their booking system was down at the time, maintenance and housekeeping teams fixed the issue within an hour. Other than that hiccup, the room was neat and clean.

The staff were snippy, not helpful at all. The room was very small with one of us having to crawl over the other to get in and out of bed. There were no glasses or facecloths in the room. I was told there were no facecloths and to get my own glasses at the bar downstairs. It was very clean but that is the only positive. I will not stay there again

Really fun, eclectic hotel. Nicely decorated. Everything in the room (AC, lights, curtains) are controlled by an iPad which was really easy to use. Very comfortable bed. Great bar in the lobby. My only complaint was a lack of coffee in the room.
