The Front Desk Help was Excellent!! The Room Keys kept having to be Reset, the Pool water was Dirty and COLD!!!!and the Jacuzzi was Broken.

over priced and not worth any stars... room was ok but phone didn't work, coffee maker didn't work...rained for a bit and we had a small flood leaking through a faulty window seal. ( Many other guests experienced the same as we all congregated at the front desk to complain) Asked for towels and were told they didn't have enough to go around.. elevator was even leaking during the rain.... DO NOT STAY here... breakfast was underwhelming as someone dropped waffle batter and it was not cleaned up for some time. toaster didn't work and even if it did, there wasn't any bread laid out to out into it.

Pool was closed for deep cleaning, no notice of this. Upon arrival when we mentioned how excited our kids were, no one told us. Ceiling in room was poorly patched. Most of it was stained from a leak and then just patched in the middle. Nothing but plastic cups in the kitchen area. No plates, no silverware. There is an induction stove top, but no pans. Went to the bathroom one night and light switch wouldn’t work. Got it to work a few hours later. Asked for an extra pillow, no extra pillows. Light with an outlet and usb port on wall did not work. Breakfast was breads and sugars. Pictures have bacon and eggs, but don’t be fooled. Carpet in stairway smells. We assumed maid service would be by, we needed more towels, but they weren’t. It says “upon request” when talking about more towels, I just didn’t realize that meant no maid service. One small trash can in the bathroom. No trash can in the hallway. Grout in shower was gross along the bottom. I understand that this is not a safe area, I understand that things must get stolen consistently from the rooms, but I feel the quality is abysmal. The beds weren’t bad. If you’re staying for one night for a flight, it’d suffice. But don’t take your kids like we did. We were so excited about the pool, about not having to get breakfast, and hanging out in the room after exploring. It was a huge letdown.

Pictures were very misleading. Parking is very inconvenient and there is rarely a staff member at the front desk. There was also a weird smell right when you walked in, like a mix of smelly food and something putrid. Also, side door would not open with a keycard, making us walk around to the front to get back to our room.

I have never stayed at a property were they try to blame their mess on construction. The hallways and stairwells have not been vacuumed in at least a month. They were terrible. The room floors had crumbs all over. You had to wear shoes in the room. The pool and hot tub were cloudy and murky. The jets do not work in the hot tub. It was nasty. Not to mention, the customer could not get into the pool area without asking the only employee/manager for permission. Room key card didn’t open the pool door. They told us it’s to keep kids out of the pool. That is not acceptable for customers without children. The worst experience we have ever had in a hotel. We will never stay here again. Can’t imagine a need to ever need to stay bad enough to stay at a place that can’t even provide two towels for us. They didn’t have any more towels for the two of us. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing but waffles and tiny muffins. No drinks except the worst coffee you have ever tasted. Waffle maker beeped the entire morning, and that wasn’t to let you know the waffle was done. If I could have canceled I would have. They would refund anything. If I could give a zero stars, I would. There was no other way in or out of the building, besides the front door. All other doors were blocked, which should have been a fire hazard. Don’t waist your time or money.

There was only one way to enter the property which was kind of inconvenient. The staff barely spoke to anyone. The indoor pool area lacked lighting for swimming and the jacuzzi was out of order. The room was clean and ready for an extended stay (small kitchenette area) but the stove top didn't work. The breakfast served was good and the area was decent, would stay again.

We chose this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. After traveling all day and being very tired we called for the shuttle only to be told they would call us back in 5 to 10 minutes. When they called back they asked us to hire an Uber because they could not pick us up. After updating the app we finally got an Uber ride after a wait of 20 minutes. The next day we requested the airport shuttle again. After waiting about 30 minutes we asked the same receptionist again about the shuttle. She said '' you need a shuttle?" I said yes we do we asked you 30 minutes ago. Finally the shuttle took us to the airport. Do NOT stay here, you will regret it!

Slitet och ganska ostädat. Solkiga dörrar, utslitna mattor, fläckar på rentvättade lakan, brännmärken på överkasten. Poolen hade grönt vatten så den vill man inte bada i. Det sitter lappar att de renoverar, ursäkta ev störningar pga detta, men de lapparna har nog suttit länge, de ser slitna ut. Frukosten var ok.

This hotel had so many things wrong with it, apart from the horrible service the room we were given wasnt the one we booked and we had to pay more money per night for a room similar to what we had already booked, we couldnt pay with card because their card reader didnt work, they didnt want to give us extra towels and decent room service, the pool was horrendously green, there was chemicals floating in the hot tub and after my kid got out of the hot tub his skin started icthing horribly, the coffee machine didnt work, the outlets didnt work, the wifi didnt work, the ironing table was broken, and the iron didnt work either. These are just some of the many horrible things that happened during our stay. I dont recommend this hotel in the slightest. If you need a hotel go literally anywhere else.

The property was extremely dirty. They charged a $100 damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting. When I checked in the front desk clerk said they do not accept credit cards only cash for the pet charge luckily I had $50 on me. The first room the front desk clerk gave me had blood stains on the bedspread. The second room she gave me looked like it hadn’t been clean because the floor was dirty. The hotel carpets were filthy dirty and stained. I do not recommend this hotel. 😡

The first room we checked into was Filthy. Their was hair on one of the beds, second bed had what looked like little bugs, the shower had dirt in it, the were stains on several of the walls it looked like someone had wiped there nasty hands on the walls. We finally got moved to a different room around 3 am in the morning. That wasn't much better. We had no Options we tried to find a different hotel but it was to late and the hotel were booked up. We came to pick our Oldest daughter up from the hospital which was on oxygen. Such a horrible experience. We'll never stay there again. There was so much more wrong with this hotel. Which they were very happy about telling us they just had a new remodel. You had to walk through dirty hallways concrete floors to get to your room.

Our room was not clean. The sheets were stained. The smell of the room was awful. My daughter and I had no choice but to stay. We sprayed Lysol and i purchased a bottle of floor cleaner. There was hair everywhere .

The floor in the room smelled like someone urinated all over the floor. The odor was so strong it was overwhelming. When I asked for another room, I was treated as an inconvenience. Once in our "newly renovated" room, mind you that is the room for the pictures online, the only renovating was the floor. The couch was almost too disgusting to even put your luggage on. There was fecal matter splattering the wall. I would rather stay in my car than ever stay at this place again.

We were only checked into the hotel for a few minutes before we decided to check out and go to a new hotel. It was dirty and gross and we didn't feel comfortable staying here.

It was dirty. The minute we walked into the room, there was trash on the floor. Some bugs running around and the roof was about to collapse due to weather conditions.

I was disappointed. The room we stayed in was dirty, black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, no vents, hair and tissue particles on the bathroom floor and shower stall, dirty walls. Refrigerator and microwave oven were dirty and sticky. No light bulb in the table lamp, no telephone cord, dusty walls and ceiling, the ceiling fan had dust buildup. The security lock didn’t lock properly, so I had to push a chair in front of the front entrance through out the night. The coffee table was dirty, had stains. Lumpy bed/blanket, peeling wallpaper. Coffee pot still had coffee grains in it, dirty with smudges. So, yeah, what a disappointment. There were signs posted that they were under construction by the elevator, but why didn’t they close the place down for renovations. This Hotel is a safety zone. 😠

Check in seemed fine. When we got to our room there were a few issues, Cigarette burns in the bed, Mattress in the pullout couch had massive holes in it so you could see the stuffing and springs, Also, no bedding was provided for the pullout couch. When I brought up these issues to the front desk they decided to move us up to the third floor. The second room that we got to was much nicer than the first room. No noticeable issues other than the pullout couch had no bedding. When we asked the front desk for bedding we were informed that it was our responsibility to provide bedding and that they would not be providing any for us. The next evening my son choked and vomited on the comforter so I went down to the desk and explained what happened and asked if we could get a replacement and I was told by the front desk staff that it was not the hotels fault my son spoiled the comforter and that they did not have to give us a new one. I brought the comforter down to the desk and asked where the laundry facilities were so I could wash it myself and was told that I could not and that my only option was to go to the store and buy my own blanket. I know that management will see this and respond as they have responded to every other bad review and I just want to say don’t bother unless you are refunding my stay, because we all know you won’t be fixing the hotel.

The lobby is actually really nice, and the room itself was really nice, modern, spacious, and clean. There was an issue with the door to the room I originally had, and then an issue with the door for another room that they moved me into, so that was a big concern, but once I had settled down in the room for the night, everything was fine.

Beautiful building and room design. Poor maintenance ceilings are falling off, and parts that were repaired poorly or should I say sloppy.

Floors were dirty. Hair in shower. Hair on bedsheet. No tissue. Fridge was filthy so did not use it. Internet was extremely slow. TV size was good. Towels were clean. Breakfast was minimal.

The door locks kept changing. You use your door card and leave, come back the card don't work

Size of room was great, very large. Pool was dirty, water oily. Room and hallway floors were dirty. Somewhat outdated.

The rooms are dated and can use some remodeling. Especially the bathtub we had, it was corroded with mildew from years of use. The lock needs replaced. But it was a quite stay and over all it was clean.

Convenient, Air conditioner didn’t work good at all, outlets not working.

Room was mostly nice. the common areas are dirty and need maintenance, such as cracked tile floors in the elevator, dingy, stretched and worn carpet. I had no hot water, and there were cigarette burn holes in the comforter of my non-smoking room.

They had active redecoration, they closed the pool not because of anything being done with the pool but because they were bringing in furniture through those doors. They did not list that the pool was closed and had a small sign at the front desk and a small sign on the door to the pool. No one at the front desk there were 5 seperate parties waiting 20 minutes at the front desk for check in.

Upon check in i was given an issue about my 2 service dogs. The gentleman at the front desk told me that the room i selected was not "pet friendly". I informed him that it wasn't an option n the website that i booked from and that my dogs were "certified" service dogs and showed him their credentials. With a smug look he asked me to email them to the hotel, I refused so he took a photo with his personal cell phone grudgingly handed me my room key card. The room itself was ok, fairly clean. The comforter was stained a bit. The doorknob of the bathroom and the sink faucet handle came off but were still useable. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty. We only needed a place to sleep, so it was sufficient for the night.

Went to desk had to wait 25 minutes to get new room. Floors carpet filthy needing replaced. Breakfast only waffles not at all like night before quality inn. Needto remodel or close this one

The night staff literally have a random guy the key to my room. And her tried to gain entrance while I was alone in the shower

They had no alternate phone number, and their phone service was out all evening when we needed to call the shuttle from the airport. We finally paid for a taxi, and when we arrived, the person behind the desk said, "Sorry," without checking the phones. Also, maid service was not available to us.

Upon arriving we were given a key for a room that was occupied and upon notifying the front desk we found out that our room had been given to another guest and they did not have another room with two beds, so our kids had to sleep on the floor (they offered us a pack and play, but then could not get it from storage so we never got it). I then had to get an Uber from the airport after dropping off my rental car because (this was after I confirmed with the front desk about the availability of the shuttle, and they failed to tell me that the shuttle service didn't start until 11pm that night). Overall it was a poor experience and I would not recommend this hotel nor would I ever return.

Do not stay here. It was not very clean. Outdated. I really did not feelbsafe. I was worried about my car. Pay the extra to say somewhere else.

My wife and I needed a clean, quiet, safe, comfortable room for a night. It needed to be inexpensive and near the VA hospital. This accommodation filled those needs. Pros: Comfortable beds. Clean, well-furnished rooms. The refrigerator, microwave oven and TV's all worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a surprise! It was nutritious, delicious, and had many choices--as good or better than other establishments for which I paid much more. Cons: The location of my suite was in a very noisy area of the building. There was too much banging on the walls and in the halls--even way past normal bed-time. There was, also, loud shouting in the halls with children running, playing and calling to each other. The toilet did not even flush the water and paper well. The shower base was not caulked in properly. I was afraid it would leak onto the floor or to lower levels. I would stay there again after a discussion with management to overcome the "cons" listed above. The beds and bedding were very good and the other furnishings were nice, convenient and functional.

Everything does not work! Tv. Elevator. Heater. Outlets. No parking spaces. Floor is uneven and falling apart. Homeless hanging around vehicles. No bathtub when it is advertised. Pictures on website is nothing actual in person. Don’t waste your money staying here!!!

False advertisement with pictures of a nice breakfast with eggs sausage and biscuits. Then they only had a waffle maker and yogurt. I only reserved there bc the pictures show a good breakfast. I am really upset i stayed there 5 nights.

The Motel was undergoing a remodel. The breakfast was poor and no one was keeping it stocked. Took 25 minutes to get fresh coffee. Room was clean but had no info for tv channels or things to do in the area.
