The carpet of the lift and corridor has stain and dirt. Need to improve the hygiene.

Excellent stay. Very clean and modern. It's mostly self service but that's good. The kiosk is easy to use. The onsen is nice. Breakfast was also good. It's not a buffet but it's ok. .

It’s a tidy modern hotel located in the party area Susukino but luckily in a quiet street. Our room was very small - basically just the bed fit in. The breakfast was ok but very limited. The spa with an onsen and sauna is nice even if it gets very crowded in the evenings. I would say that this hotel is meant for youngsters.

The Fav Lux Hotel Sapporo was decent overall, but its location made things tricky. It’s quite a walk from the nearest station, which isn’t ideal, especially when you’re dragging suitcases through the snow. The room itself was a compact tatami-style space, clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, but the distance would make me think twice about staying again.
