Everything went great, after we got our room... check in was 3pm, when we arrived, a little after 4, it still wasn't ready... had to wait another 30 minutes or so... we went out to the pool deck to relax for a bit our last night there... only to have a local lady, that i guess someone at the hotel knows, and was a little tipsy and a very chatty woman decided that we were her new best friends... she said she brings her daughter there to swim sometimes... she was harmless, but there was no relaxing with her chatting so much... not sure also the hotel wants the liability of locals coming and swimming at free will....

Always go here. So nice to have bar and light dinner food or steak.. after a long travel day. Breakfast not included but $10pp online for fresh cooked deliciousness. Comfy bed, pilliow.

I've stayed hete before. Love it. Room excellent, staff exceptional, love the food and small bar area after a long drive the convenience of not having to get in the car again to go find somewhere to eat was fantastic. You'll see me here again! And Pet friendly!

Terrible - room smelled of mildew - tub had mold , front desk was unhelpful laundry was broken wasn’t posted no options given by front desk - front desk wasn’t knowledgeable wasn’t helpful …. Couldn’t get late checkout - will NOT stay again

The reception area looked great! However, our rroom left a bit to be desired. The carpets were not very clean, especially next to the A/C unit. The foyer light worked when it wanted. The A/c kept shutting itself off, not just in “down mode” but completely off. Try shower curtain rod was bent so that the curtain would not close on either end, leaving a puddle on the floor from the shower. Front desk was friendly and helpful. They were great!

We were disappointed in our stay. We thought that by booking a Hilton it would be more updated and comfortable. After a long day of traveling we were looking forward to relaxing. Our beds were very uncomfortable and neither of us slept well. It was very quiet which was good. The room was very outdated. The icing on the cake was when we were leaving a mouse ran across in front of us in the lobby!! Not the greatest experience!

The hotel was extremely noisy and felt as if it was overcrowded or booked by noise. Could not sleep at all. Guest above my room we’re running back and forth all night. The a/c fan would not stay on to help with the noise and when it did turn on it had a whining noise too. The staff upon check in obviously didn’t want to be there and that was first impression. The staff who checked us out with two bags of candy and deck of cards ($16?????) was very nice. Hotel room was clean!!!

The beds were old and did not have any support in them. The gentleman in the kitchen was so kind and friendly, but the lady taking the orders at 7AM hated her job. She was fussing about why so many people was up at 7AM.

The room was of mid 1990’s quality. Clean. Shower faucet handles were backwards so hot was cold and cold was hot. Was texted by the manager after check in to see how we were and if the room was ok. That was nice. I responded that we were unable to connect to WiFi on Amy of our devices. We never heard back and WiFi didn’t work the entire stay.

Nice place. Very happy with the facilities and location. It was definitely an upgrade over many other areas, so was worth a few extra bucks. Beatrice at the front desk was especially accommodating and made sure our visit was great.

Hotel was under renovation. Sad that Hotels.com didn’t tell me. We would have chosen another. First room we got has a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain. Help came right away but couldn’t clear it. So we had to repack and move rooms. Frustrating! And they didn’t offer any concessions.

When I arrived I was ignored by the front desk while she was on her personal cell phone. Then when she final started to help me she said I didn’t have a reservation only to find out that I was already checked in. They checked someone else into my prepaid room. After resolving that they tried to tell me that I didn’t book a room with a king bed even tho I should her that I did. All she kept saying is that I booked through a 3 rd party and that what I get. At one point she actually shushed me and said she needed to think. It took a lot out of me dealing with her. For being a so called high end hotel they should have staff that can handle themselves better. I understand that this may have been a lot to deal with but they should be able to defuse the situation instead of escalating it.

The front desk clerk when we checked in around five was totally rude. Unfriendly rolled her eyes. I was amazed at the lack of customer service checking in. She should not be at the front desk.

Loved the bed height. Most hotels have beds that are very difficult for a short person to get into without difficulty This was a very pleasant change. The front desk person, Chelsey, was exceptional. She was professional, curtious, informative and pleasant.
