Everything was new and clean. The bed is comfortable, but got a bit sweaty due to the waterproof mattress cover? The hot tub was broken so we didn't get to try it. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The hotel is being renovated and looks like a war zone. Our room was finished and nice except the huge, brand new smart TV wasn't hooked up to TV services so it was useless. The shower was new and nice. The pool was closed and they didn't have creamer for the coffee (half&half is not the same). We got in late and left early so it wasn't too inconvenient for us. We have stayed here a few times and it is always nice. I am sure when the renovations are completed, it will be great!

Qe booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was out of order and the pool was too cold to swim in. The water in the shower was either scorching hot or cold. Gym was small and over crowded. Breakfast was okay.

We stay here every time we drive to FL from Chicago. Always consistent -nice staff and great breakfast with some healthy options. There are at least 4 restaurants that are under a 7 minute walk and lots more to drive to. There’s a pool, workout room, whirlpool and they are pet friendly!! Great place!

After a long full day drive, I was quite happy to find that the pool was open so late in the evening. It was a welcome chance to relax after sitting for so long. Sadly I did not feel up to enjoying it that evening for as long as I would have liked, because while it was supposedly 80-something degrees, it felt much colder. I don't doubt it would be very comfortable in the middle of summer, and I do realize that it is hard to keep a large body of water warm in the middle of January. But at any rate, I enjoyed it for as long as I could stand feeling cold. The next morning, I took a short swim before departure, and it actually felt a little bit warmer at that point. My room was clean and comfortable. I was a little bit disappointed to find that the mini fridge was so small that it didn't even have a freezer compartment like some do. Also, the bathroom door would not latch. But since I was traveling solo, it didn't really matter. Overall, I was satisfied enough with my stay that I stayed there again on my return trip a week later.

Love the pool and the hot tub, which were crystal clear, in spite of the dozens and dozens of children in the pool the night before, who I think were there for some sort of baseball camp. Early the next morning, as soon as the pool was opened, a worker came in and straightened everything, checked the pool chemicals and kept things stocked and tidy. Impressive considering how much use the pool and hot tub were getting. Excellent job.

The manager is wonderful! He even came out into the parking lot talking to us! This was a great place to stay! Marriott’s have Bibles in the rooms, thank you it’s much appreciated! I leave a tip in my favorite verse! Roman’s 10:9 If you confess with your mouth, that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the attitude of the second desk clerk that dealt with our check in. The first clerk was very helpful and attentive, but she went off shift while we were waiting for our room to be cleaned so we could check in. When I asked the second clerk for an update on the status of our room at approximately 3:45, she responded with “ I just came on shift and I won’t know anything until they tell me.” I asked her if she would please check, but she repeated that she would have to wait until someone contacted her and let her know that the room was ready. She wasn’t rude, but she definitely didn’t care whether we got a room or not. We finally got in our room at 4:00. We had arrived at 2:30, but was told we would have to wait until 3:00 to check in.

I have a service dog, he is registered with ADA. Clyde at front desk insisted he had the right to ask me what my disability was. Got VERY snotty with me telling me had has the right to ask. This is totally AGAINST the law. I did call corporate to make a complaint but have NOT heard any response. CLYDE is very lucky if I don't decide to sue him & this branch. It is NONE of his business and I DONT, by law, need to explain ANY PERSONNAL INFO. I was so embarrassed and made to feel like I was a second-class citizen.

It started with the check in; We have a service animal and got charged a "pet fee" and the desk clerk was rude too. Went to the room smelled heavily of bleach. The refrigerator only had 1 shelf and didn\'t get real cold so we had to get ice from the 1st floor ice machine because 2nd floor machine didn\'t work. The room has issues that should of been fixed; like the cabinet, wall paint, wall has chunk out of it, sink has cracks, The bath tub base seal looked bad. The pool has lights that don\'t work plus it\'s dirty. We won\'t stay there again!

The check in person Demetrius was the rudest (he absolutely hater people or hated white people) I’ve never had anyone look down and talk down to me like he did. Ignored everything I said to him from “hello I hope you are having a good night “ to finally saying “you should listen to Denzel Washington when it comes to being a happy person” I don’t see color but I see character and I see terrible character. He’s a dangerous individual full of anger and hate!

I reserved a king size bed for the night. Staff came up after TV was acting up and couldn't get it working either. They offered me a different room and included a nice upgrade as well. Much appreciated!

Hotel was very nice, newly renovated. Room was very large with an even larger bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The road outside was under construction, but there was a Cracker Barrel restaurant across the street. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
