my family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. I believe we have found a place to stay when we are on vacation in this area. Thanks Homewood for your professional staff. You all took great care of us. The only complaint i have is expedia is saying that there is an inside pool and there isnt. Other than that our stay we great we enjoyed the friendly staff and stay!!!!!

Expedia states that this Hotel has an indoor pool. IT DOES NOT. When ask the manager and the desk they blamed Expedia. I would have not stayed there due to having young children wanting to swim.

It has a swimming pool and spa but they were closed"for the season" They don't say that on the website. We only stayed here to have a spa and swim. Everything is a bit souless. On the plus side the rooms are big.

Love the location. Staff are friendly. However, my daughter found a dirty sock in our bed the first night. House keeping came and removed but but then the next night, I found the other sock on the bed. Like to hotel but now worried about the cleanliness.

Overall 7/10. Stayed in 2 rooms in the course of 2 days. Both rooms were semi clean in my opinions. Fingerprints and remnants of the previous guests were on every appliance in the kitchen, glad I brought my bleach wipes to the second room. The remotes sucked in both rooms, either aDelay due to need of changing in batteries or tv not working due to full calibration needed altogether. Overall not the worst I’ve stayed in. Staff was polite and be helpful. During my first reservation, I called prior to checking in and asked if I could extend or get another room for the next night and was told,” no we’re sold out”. However, was able to book online immediately. Not to sure what happened there but instead of an immediate certain no, actually look and make sure nextime.

When we checked in and went to our assigned room, it had not been cleaned. We went back to the front desk and they reassigned us a second room. When we went up to our second room, it was also not clean. The front desk then assigned us a third room; it had not been cleaned. Finally, the fourth room was clean and we settled in. Only thing was, our room was situated next to the housekeeping, so the next morning at 8 AM we heard them banging around and washing all the sheets so it was quite noisy. I felt sorry for the lady at the front desk. She was very friendly and apologetic, and I know this was not her fault.

Arrived and everything seemed fine. Once into the room the bathroom was covered in hair and was not clean. The rest of the room was fine. The next morning breakfast was burnt and one of the ladies cooking the breakfast was in the back hacking like crazy. The ladies by the front desk were gossiping about other co-workers. Just overall not a good experience. Very unprofessional

We chose this hotel because of amenities , price, proximity and reviews for our granddaughters wedding. We found the room to be exceptionally well equipped, big, and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we could want as well as a nice place to eat. The living room was spacious with a couch and tables. The bed was big and comfortable as was the bathroom. I require a handicap accessible room due to mobility issues and this room was perfect. I was most impressed with the big tv which had an easy to use remote! The breakfast was free and had a good selection of items every day. The area had plenty of tables, the food was hot and tasty, and staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and friendly place to stay in Fredericksburg!

The staff was great. Breakfast was great. The only little issues i had was the rrom had a weird smell but i travel with air freshener and that took care of the problem. Also ac in the bed room didnt work as well as the onle in the living area. Aside from that we would stay again. Very convenient location.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and great for 2 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. We did have to put a towel in front of the front door - the gap was a little too thick of our comfort but not really a huge issue.

The hotel was a great stay for a weekend getaway. For the price that I paid for, I had low expectations but when I entered the room that I was staying in I was amazed. So clean and spacious and the bathroom was modern. Definitely will try to stay here again and maybe I’ll bring my pet with me.

Was a really nice hotel. Our room wasn’t ready until a couple hours after check in time but I got the sense that they had a house keeping issue outside of their control. They offered us an upgraded room - which was very nice of them. When we got to the room, it ended up being the same room size we had booked but we were just happy to be in a room, it was fine with us!

The hotel staff were very friendly. However this hotels policies are not accommodating to early travelers. Waited 11/2 hours to check in, after 2:20 arrival. Sign said 3 pm checking, hotel staff said 4. At 3:55, after watching other arrivals check in, I pleaded, and they moved us to a room that was ready. Informed breakfast at 7, said coffee avail able earlier. We were leaving at 6. Had to heat cold coffee in microwave.

Reserved a King 1br suite non-smoking. What we got was a king studio, accessible, and although "non-smoking", it had clearly been smoked in. A lot. We had our dogs with us, we were tired, and only there for 36 hours so didn't feel like making a fuss. But perhaps we should have? Check out was supposed to be at noon. Non-english speaking cleaning staff (or at least I think she was - no apron or cart) banged on the door at 10:30 to scoot us away. I did like our location - across street from Wegmans! And easy access to restaurants, stores, hwy & downtown. The breakfast buffet was decent, although I would've liked it being open past 9am.

We only stayed one night passing through but we typically used to stay at another hotel in another part of Fredericksburg. This by far is better, newer and roomier. I loved the location and being next to Wegmans is a major plus. Free hot breakfast was pretty good to however would had liked more choices than egg patty and potato mixture. Normally places have at least Waffles. Might had been because we stayed a Thursday night, I'm not sure. But all in all this is now my go to place when traveling through there.

So many positives - had a king bed studio suite for a one night stay. Very clean, comfortable and stylish room.
