Bring your own cloth hangers, none in closet. Low quality towels but ok. Chair in room had stains, the blinds in the room were dusty, sheets stained and closet wall also had stains. Take off all pillowcase and check your pillows. One pillow had a yellow stain.

Horrible experience. When we checked in and entered the room, it was messy and dirty, and the curtains were torn (it’s clear they don’t care about maintenance). When we contacted them by phone, the person didn’t even bother to apologize, he acted like he didn't care at all. It took over an hour (and three phone calls later) to send someone to clean the room. Terrible experience, I would never stay there again. I wish I could upload photos of how we found the room to warn others.

Only good thing is staff were always responsive. However, be mindful of risky check-in protocols. There’s nobody on site. They asked guests to take a selfie with their faces next to their ID/Passport & share before receiving check-in instructions. Basically all critical info in one place: full name, date of birth, nationality, document expiry, address (for ID) and your real face right next to it. This is perfect Identity Theft catastrophe in the making. We refused to check in because we work in IT Security and we know what AI can do with these if the selfies/data got leaked. Wouldn’t mind sending copy of passport because it’s standard at hotels, but with real face next to it then nope. In addition, they also got our phone numbers and email addresses already. Now anyone with bad intentions can open some credit cards online under our names. This business cheap out on staff on-site for check-in and expose guests to all the risks down the road. Good luck removing your selfie from dark webs once it’s leaked.

Parking was weird. Room needs temperature control. More like an air b n b. No real staff on hand just some dude who can’t really help. Walls are thin. But the place was clean the neighborhood was except able room looked modern. So if you just need a room for the night perfect. But if you want luxury or some spicy time it’s no good for that. So it really depends on what you need
