I loved the cleanliness, the all white bedding, the pillows we GREAT!! I so want some!! We had the pool to ourselves and it was also great! Breakfast was smelling so good and tasted great as well! The ONLY complaint We had was the Toilet paper!! Please get better tp!! Loved our stay and can't wait to come back to Holiday City again!! Quality inn who???? 😊

The staff was friendly. Hopsekeeping staff was great and freshened our room up every day. The pool was a nice amenity, THe breakfast options were very good and the bkft staff was very nice and accomodating. We will stay here again when visiting family in the area. We stayed her 2-3 times before and this stay was just as pleasant.

NO ELECTRIC CAR CHARGERS AS ADVERTISED. When we called to confirm destination charging ability, were told two stations were available but when we got there, we’re directed to a standard household outlet in the front of the building that charged 2 miles/hr. The front desk associates were unprofessional and dishonest. The bathroom shower/tub had hair on the walls and ledges. The room was beat up and smelled overwhelmingly of cheap air freshener. It felt and smelled musty and damp. Very uncomfortable/dirty accommodations paired with dishonest staff made for a horrible overnight stay.

We stayed here with our dog one night while we were out on the road traveling. They gave us a room all the way by the side door, and we were able to park right outside of our room and there was LOTS of grass for a nice dog walk. Super convenient and comfortable! Great choice.

The room itself was clean. The bathroom smelled of mildew and the shower head was broken. The entire third floor smelled of pot. I called the front desk and got no answer. Then I went down to the desk and rang the bell. No one showed up to help me. I finally found a lady in the kitchen who went looking for the night manager and never found him. Very frustrating

This hotel has been the best one we’ve stayed in on our trip across the states. Impressed with how clean it smelled and looked. And well kept. Haven’t had the breakfast yet so that will tell just how wonderful it is.

Nice peaceful location. But, my room had a raw sewage smell in the bathroom that got worse/more noticeable as the night went on. I just was too tired to move, but in the morning it was quite bad and the front desk didn't care at all about it.

This one is a mixed bag. Parking is easy, last minute rate was very fair. Rooms are roomy with nice furniture and lobby area is very welcoming. But the spring mattress is terribly uncomfortable, the sink drain was backed up, the WiFi wouldn’t connect and the staff is mostly disinterested. Also, we checked in at 2am and were there for all of 9 hours - but had to leave a $50 fee for “incidentals” that they can take up to THREE WEEKS to return? For what, high end room service and a couple spa treatments? Finally, this is the first time I’ve ever had a hotel check in clerk take my drivers license and write things down off of it - why do you need to study and record my license number? The whole experience just felt creepy.

The hotel was great. Large updated rooms. Great staff. The only thing I can say is that it is located across the street from a farm which definitely had barnyard aromas. Didn’t smell them once you got in the facility though so it’s not that big a deal but maybe it is to some people.

I am shocked in 2024 how a hotel would not have USB ports in the room. Today’s age almost all families have phones and tablets. I had 2 separate rooms and no (zero) USB charging ports in either room.

Was very disappointed with staff friendliness and helpfulness. Knew nothing about the area and where to eat when something was closed had to figure it out myself. Early wake up with banging noises. Housekeeping knocking on the door when it wasn't even 8:00 and then opening the door and saying oh sorry sorry going to the next room and starting the vacuum cleaner. Breakfast was until 9:30 at 9:00 there was no more bacon made the statement to employee, response... Oh by the time I get it done breakfast will be over... Eggs were cold or omelets whatever they were very poor service! Would not recommend and will not return!

The staff tried charging me again on my ‘held’ card when it was paid for on Expedia. Language seems to be an issue. Found them rude when two staff were trying to check us in and weren’t speaking English. They need more training and not in front of customers. Overall they didn’t seem to know what they were doing which made us not trust the transaction.

This is a modest yet very sufficient and comfortable hotel run by people who are always very nice. It’s easy location from the turnpike, but it is a bit of a drive back into the neighboring town(s) and away from restaurants, stores, etc.

This hotel is about 10 minutes north of Bryan OH. There is nothing around the hotel but lots of food, grocery, shopping in Bryan. We stayed here while traveling from Michigan to Columbus to check out the Spangler Candy World.

Just something to note: It would have been nice to disclose the pet fee on Expedia (who I booked through out of sheer convenience) but it wasn't a deal breaker when we arrived at checked in. The room was pleasant with comfortable beds and lots of pillow options. Ample towels in the bathroom and the shower had plenty of hot water pressure.The morning breakfast was very enjoyable with many options. May I suggest some non dairy milk options to add to your breakfast buffet. My son while not complaining ate dry granola because he is vegan. He still had many options to choose from. Overall was a pleasant stop on our journey to Utah
