A very lovely hotel. Great location next to old town. Very attententive, polite and friendly staff. Fantastic service. Staff at breakfast station is helpful and kind. Breakfast is ok, best of my stay in hanoi but not great compared to other places. They have laundry service for 3 usd/kg. Did not tried out the rooftoop pool, but it looks nice, and drinks at bar are decent.Room is great sized and bed comfortablem Balcony with view to the street. Did not use at it rained during my stay. Room felt damped though, and got a slight of smell from bathroom, when the rain was at worst. The hotel is newly renovated and do attempt to get better. Elevator is small but we did not need to wait long. Everything was like could be better, but I really enjoyed my stay. Can definetly recommend, and hopefully they will improve through time.

Amazing stay! All the staff - from the front desk, spa, lobby, and breakfast - were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room is comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We had a great massage at the spa. The breakfast has many options with Vietnamese, Asian, and western foods - both for the buffet and a la carte options. Hotel is centrally located in the old quarter and walkable to food and main attractions. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi !

Excellent hotel, we all enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and very stylish. The shower in particular is amazing, really good water pressure. Pool on the roof is small but lovely and has jet bubbles, there is also a bar next to it which is open in the afternoons. The location is excellent, close to lots of cafes, restaurants, shopping, convenience stores and pharmacies. The buffet breakfast is varied and tasty, as well as having menu items available to order. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond - when they saw we were heading out for a day trip they quickly put together a bag with fruit and water for us to take with us, and same when they saw we were leaving early for the airport, brought us a bag with drip coffee filters and coffee to make at the airport. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. They were fantastic in assisting us with forward bookings, and even packed us off on our journey with food to keep us going. A new hotel so everything works. Best shower that we have had in Vietnam if not ever. Pool was working but a bit small and poolside bar was yet to be developed. Highly recommend and we will be back when returning to Hanoi.

I had the pleasure of staying one night at Solaria Tesori Hotel and honestly, I wish I could’ve stayed longer! From check in to check out, everything was smooth and relaxing. The room was spotless and cozy, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I also booked a Ha Long Bay tour via this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. After the tour, I treated myself with 60 mins spa treatment at the hotel, the atmosphere was serene and the therapists were professional. I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time❤️❤️❤️

The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had booked rooms assuming we had outdoor windows as that is what the pictures looked like, but were surprised to find the windows facing indoor corridors. The staff were very apologetic and we were given some compensation for the inconvenience. The rest of our stay exceeded expectations as breakfast, spa, cleanliness and staff were great.

An elegant hotel with truly brilliant and helpful staff. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, beautifully laid out, and came with a large balcony. A small suggestion would be to add some outdoor furniture so guests can enjoy the space more. The open-style bathroom design felt a little unusual as we value some privacy, but otherwise the room was excellent. Breakfast was simply outstanding—the best of our trip. While not a huge spread, the focus on quality over quantity was clear and much appreciated. The hotel even went out of their way to make a birthday wish, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service. Thank you for everything!

Great hotel with wonderful staff. They were fantastic in assisting us with forward bookings, and even packed us off on our journey with food to keep us going. A new hotel so everything works. Best shower that we have had in Vietnam if not ever. Pool was working but a bit small and poolside bar was yet to be developed. Highly recommend and we will be back when returning to Hanoi.

We stayed at the Solaria Tesori Hotel in Hanoi, and it was a pleasure. It’s situated in a prime location which is close to all tourist attractions. It’s surrounded by restaurants and street food vendors as well. It’s a new hotel in town with good size and very clean rooms. The service we received was above expectations especially by the manager himself. The hotel receptionist was really nice. Staff responded quickly to requests and answered all our questions in a timely manner. They recommended places to go and where the good food is. Lovely hotel right in the heart of Hanoi old town. Convenient for restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and staff friendly even if the dense nature of the area means the view was that of an escape ladder. We did have a minor issue which was sorted incredibly well and left us satisfied.

A very lovely hotel. Great location next to old town. Very attententive, polite and friendly staff. Fantastic service. Staff at breakfast station is helpful and kind. Breakfast is ok, best of my stay in hanoi but not great compared to other places. They have laundry service for 3 usd/kg. Did not tried out the rooftoop pool, but it looks nice, and drinks at bar are decent.Room is great sized and bed comfortablem Balcony with view to the street. Did not use at it rained during my stay. Room felt damped though, and got a slight of smell from bathroom, when the rain was at worst. The hotel is newly renovated and do attempt to get better. Elevator is small but we did not need to wait long. Everything was like could be better, but I really enjoyed my stay. Can definetly recommend, and hopefully they will improve through time.

Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. This hotel was a highlight of our trip. The room was spacious, with a nice shower and enough places to put down our things. It is right in the heart of the old quarter so you can walk anywhere. There are a few convenience stores nearby and so many restaurants. We paid for laundry service with the hotel and it was fairly priced and efficient. Last but not least, the breakfast. What incredible variety! Western-style and Vietnamese cuisine were both served with some strong, delicious coffee. We had such a great stay and are grateful to all the kind staff who helped make it memorable.
