Very cheap, but also very clean, very accessible, and very polite staff. Had toothbrushes, q-tips, and other toiletries available for use in room. Also had great wheelchair accessible rooms. That's not always a given. I don't need a wheelchair accessible room, I just think they're a good idea.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property manager (?) was VERY friendly + helpful. The wifi was good, bed was comfortable and had snack machines etc available. Place was quiet and we slept well. Downsides are - our room was quite dusty and there were lots of flies both dead and alive. Pretty inevitable given the door opens to outside, but worth noting. There were a couple questionable people late at night in the area but car was left alone and we felt safe. No amenities in terms of a pool or breakfast etc, but was basic and exactly what we needed for a quick sleep on our trip across America.

The staff was professional and pleasant. It's obviously an older hotel. It had beautiful flower arrangements around it. The rooms were quite dated but clean and comfortable. I've stayed at this hotel three times now. I travel alone and would stay again.

The owners have done a great job renovating the place. Clean. Parking outside the door and viewable. There was even toothpaste and toothbrush in case you forgot👍👍👍👍

The staff was great. No hand towels or wash clothes. Said they ran out. Fridge was dirty. Bed was hard and squeaky, no soap in bathroom. Guest washer was broken and full of bugs. Bathroom sink was filmy. Limited ada accessibility. People parked in handicapped space that weren't handicaped. Big cracks around the door. Not sealed. Charged $250 over regular price because of music festival for no additional services.

First off, this ain't no hotel. This a motel bruh. The staff at the front desk were friendly, but that was genuinely the highlight of our stay. Our hotel room itself had leftover hair in the shower and that kind of uncleanliness was hard to shake from our minds for the rest of our stay, which was only one night. We had trouble backing out of our parking spot, because some local homeless people with shopping carts decided to make camp directly outside the motel front office. That also made us feel uncomfortable. Lastly the breakfast menu was extremely limited with items like yogurt being left out unrefrigerated and some simple store bought cinnamon rolls still in it's packaging on the counter. Extremely mid if you ask me. Overall our experience at both the "Hotel" Inn Pendleton and with the town of Pendleton itself led us saying to one another as we were leaving the city "we will not be back".

This property smelled like old smoke, the bedding had stains and the carpet was full of crumbs. I would not recommend. And checking in late was a hit of a hassle, no phone number and the answering service couldn’t even get a hold of the front desk.

Older motel but room was clean. Plenty of furniture and clothing storage. Thin walls and ceiling. Air conditioning was inconsistent, loud and positioned next to bed. An outlet beside the bed was not functioning so no bedside lighting. Shower rod was falling off the wall, not secured. Management recognized issues and will address them immediately. Homeless encampment across the street at City Hall.

While I was checking in the young man asked me if I needed “heat in the night”? I replied “Yes, if it gets cold”. He looked disappointed saying many people don’t need it… The motel advertised “free breakfast” but when I went for breakfast he said, “We are not offering it this week” He said “we are having many problems.” The telephone was disconnected. There was a small coffee maker with one packet of coffee and no cream, sugar, coffee cups or stir sticks. When I asked for more coffee, cream, sugar, cups and a stir stick, he acted very hesitant, even rude. The hairdryer fell off the wall. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep. When I was packing my car to leave the man paced back and forth in front of my door. It was creepy. Clearly this place has some major problems.

Over the last decade, have stayed at just about every hotel/motel located downtown Pendelton during round up and frankly, none have matched this Inn in regards to hospitality and patience. We had the unfortunate incidence of accidental double bookings, one cancellation and poor communication via hotels.com. Despite all of that and it being the busiest weekend of the year, dear Rom and the rest of the team handled our booking (and worked out the subsequent mess) with aplomb. Would happily stay here again during round up or otherwise. The rooms are clean, updated, and basic without being depressing. I appreciated every minute of our stay. Let r buck!

The hotel was a great value. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was OK, not great, nice refrigerator, no microwave. The staff were friendly. The housekeepers were great, overall it was a great value. The only real concern we had was the amount of homeless people in the area, especially right across the street.
