Even though pool was not open, you should be able to sit by it. Maid service is only offered afyer 3 days ??? It should be offered everyday. Workers were very friendly. Would not stay here again sorry not sorry and we are. Oh neat western fans

The sheets and beds were comfortable. AC worked well and was quiet. Flooring was carpet and I felt it necessary to wear shoes at all times. Front desk help was kind. Swimming pool was small but clean. Front desk provided welcome bags with bottled water and snacks in them. Price was reasonable.

I stayed a total of three nights housekeeping was very friendly. I traveled 9 hrs away …. I will say the pool was not open from 10 am to 10 pm as it says on the website it was more like 1130 12 o’clock to 10 customer service was good but the pictures on the website, do not coincide with the room. Also, the continental breakfast was from 7 AM to 9 AM for all three days. They ran out of food. NOT GOOD ! The room is very outdated. It had a lot of rough areas on the frames of the doors in the room had a small nasty scent. Overall, I will give it a three out of five.

The parking was a little tight. We couldn't find parking on our side of the building. The room was clean and comfortable. The hairdryer was broken, but I brought my own just in case of that. We left on Monday morning and tried to get breakfast at 8:40am. There was nothing left but waffles. not even ora nge juice. Breakfast is served until 9:30. Very disappointing. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well.

Room was clean. Shower had great water pressure. Very pleased that the room also had hot water almost instantly! The man at check-in and check-out was super nice and friendly. Even had snack bags for us! Only complaint was the parking lot was kind of small and hard to park. Would come back for sure!

Overall stay was good. Room was not the cleanest - a lot of spiderwebs, ac wasn’t working properly - but it was better cold than not working at all. It was set at 80 And never shut off unless we turned off. Check in lady was awesome very nice! Gave us cute little welcome bags filled with snacks.. breakfast was alright. It was nice they served something different every day. But most of it was not cooked all the way and still cold. If the gentleman was cooking - he was late every day.. pool was cleaned when we got there but no more after that.. overall happy with our stay.

The bathroom was visibly not clean. The comforter had an odor. A lot of the appliances look rusted and outdated. The staff was kind but the room was not up to date at all. I would not recommend this hotel.

The only positive is it is close to the Chesapeake Bay Tunnel/Bridge. The carpet was dirty. Shower curtain ripped Rust on all the stainless steel lamps and luggage rack. Broken closet door. Mold around tub. Homeless couple observed camped next to parking lot. Couldn't use Pool - not working. Toaster in breakfast area had something stuck in it burning. This room was subpar!

This property was dirty and when asked to clean our room, it went uncleaned for 3 of our 4 days of stay! When I told the front desk clerk every night about our uncleaned room and that we will be checking out, he said the mgr told him we would have to pay double for unused stay!!! The mgr never called me back and the desk clerk said I could not have the mgrs. superiors number either!

Love the area of this hotel. It is right down the road from the Norfork Outlets. Plenty of shopping and food places around. The room was clean and comfortable and I had no problems with the staff or the room and I would stay there again.

Got in very late, but someone was there to check us in. Room was renovated, updated, clean, and comfortable. Very nice and comfy beds. A/C worked great! Good water pressure in shower and sink. Overall, an excellent stay!!

Front staff was great. Breakfast was good with hot options. This is a weird area with prices high for motels though. Room was clean but TV had dead line in the screen, and the fridge wouldn't close all the way and was frosted inside. There was persistent dripped noise we couldn't find too. For anywhere else this would be a much cheaper stay but was fine for an overnight after a late night airport arrival.

At 10am the day I was supposed to arrive, they ran my credit card, it declined, and instead of contacting me to see if I would be using another payment, they instead canceled my reservation WITHOUT TELLING ME they were cancelling. I DID NOT receive a text message, phone call or email of their decision to cancel. Instead, I found out at 9:00pm when I finally arrived that they had canceled and I had to find another place to stay. I will NEVER make another reservation at a Best Western every again.

Some one needs to train the counterperson on basic customer service. We asked about restaurants in area and we were told she didn't live in the area so we had to google. Office area was a mess. Website needs to say that there is no elevator. So, a handicap person needs to stay on the ground floor which is very unsafe as it is near the parking lot in a questionable area. It is really just an old fashioned motel. I had to pay a fee which won't be returned in up to 10 days. I took pictures of the broken lamp, curtains that don't close and the pillows. She said they counted pillows and will charge if there weren't 4 left. Sad.

I recently stayed at the Best Western and overall had a great experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which made my stay very convenient. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed. The only downside for me was being placed on the second floor since I was traveling with kids. I would have preferred a first-floor room for easier access. Other than that, everything else was great, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

My only complaint would be the breakfast. The fried (baked) eggs, sausage links and cornbread hash was cold although on heaters . The hash browns were hot though. Definitely needs a microwave in area to heat food up but still would not recommend breakfast unless REALLY low on funds. Besides that this hotel was AMAZING.

The front desk person was not friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was awful. We went at 8AM. There was no food left, Hot or cold. Enough waffle batter for 1/2 a waffle. Very disappointed as I usually enjoy Best Westerns. I will stick w/ Marriott, Hyatt & Hilton properties. Judy Appel

We stayed here twice. It was just for two quick trips for a funeral. The rooms were clean and nice. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is very comfortable. The free breakfast was not that great. The food was cold but the rest of the place was great! We would stay here again.

Check in went smoothly and quickly considering it was after midnight. The room had an old musky smell. We stayed for four nights. The breakfasts weren't good, the eggs were watered down and no flavor, the potatoes were the same cubed every day and were dry and favorless. Only exception was the day they had biscuits and gravy and I smothered the eggs with gravy to make it taste better. The canadian bacon tasted old and expired. It was a convenient location to where I needed to be but I don't think I'll be back.
